The die casting is a metal casting process and is characterized in that high pressure is applied to molten metal by utilizing an inner cavity of a die, the die is usually processed by using alloy with higher strength, the process is similar to injection molding, and the manufacturing cost of the die casting die is high, so that the die casting power supply box can be generally only used for manufacturing a large number of products in batches, the die casting is particularly suitable for manufacturing a large number of small and medium-sized power supply box castings, and the outer corner surface of the power supply box produced by using the die casting die is usually provided with a burr water gap.
In the prior art, the burrs are usually manually treated, so that the efficiency is low, the labor is consumed, and the ground metal scrap powder often pierces the skin if not centrally treated, so that the technology is very unsafe.
The water gap capable of processing the die-casting power supply box in batches and the clearing and processing device with high safety coefficient need to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water gap removing and processing device of a die-casting power supply box, which aims to solve the technical problems that the water gaps of the die-casting power supply box cannot be processed in batches and potential safety hazards exist during processing in the prior art.
The invention provides a water gap removing and processing device of a die-casting power supply box, which comprises a bearing table, a drainage mechanism, a rotating mechanism, a fixing mechanism, a polishing mechanism, a filtering mechanism, a safety mechanism and an auxiliary box, wherein the drainage mechanism is obliquely arranged at the top of the bearing table, the rotating mechanism is arranged in the bearing table along the length direction of the bearing table, the fixing mechanism comprises a plurality of fixing mechanisms, each fixing mechanism is sequentially arranged above the bearing table and positioned at the top of the rotating mechanism, the polishing mechanism is fixedly arranged on one side of the bearing table and matched with the fixing mechanism, the safety mechanism is arranged at the top of the polishing mechanism, a filtering part is fixedly arranged on the other side of the bearing table, and the auxiliary box is arranged on the outer wall of one end of the bearing table.

firstly, a die-casting power box to be processed is placed into a fixing box fixedly arranged at the top of a rotating rod before processing, the die-casting power box to be processed is fixed in the fixing box through the matching of a fixing block, a T-shaped block and a spring, then the height of a polishing disc is manually adjusted through a regulating block, a regulating plate and a screw rod, a water injection pipe is communicated with a water source, a screw rod sliding table and a second motor start to work simultaneously, the screw rod sliding table drives the polishing disc to move horizontally, the second motor drives the polishing disc to rotate and polish the die-casting power box, metal scrap powder generated when the die-casting power box is polished is blocked through an arc baffle plate arranged above the polishing disc, the metal scrap powder is prevented from splashing, sparks generated when the die-casting power box is polished are extinguished through water injection through a water injection hole on the baffle plate, so that the safety factor of the device is improved, when the polishing work of one surface of the die-casting power box is finished, the first motor starts to rotate to drive the transmission rod fixedly connected with the output end of the first motor to synchronously rotate, then the driving bevel gear fixedly connected with the transmission rod drives the driven bevel gear meshed with the driving bevel gear to rotate, so as to drive the rotating rod fixedly connected with the driven bevel gear to rotate, finally the fixing box is fixedly connected with the top of the rotating rod through the fixing box to drive the fixing box to rotate, the rotating angle of the fixing box is controlled through the rotating number of turns of the first motor, so that the purpose of face changing and polishing of the die-casting power box is achieved, the practicability of the device is improved, when the mixture of metal filings powder and water produced by polishing the die-casting power box flows into the fixing box, the mixture is arranged in a water storage tank through a drainage plate and a drainage groove on the fixing box, and finally the mixture is guided into a filter box through a water guide plate on the water storage tank, and a pull plate and a filter hole group on the filter box, can separate the mixture of metal filings powder and water, reach environmental protection effect.
And secondly, the water storage tank is obliquely arranged, so that mixed liquid of metal scrap powder and water can be discharged, and the water guide plate plays a guiding role in the mixed liquid of the metal scrap powder and the water, so that liquid drainage is facilitated.

Fifthly, the lead screw sliding table achieves transverse uniform movement of the polishing piece, a water gap of the die-casting power box is uniformly polished, and the position of the polishing piece can be adjusted by matching the threaded hole in the polishing piece with the external thread on the output end of the second motor.
Sixthly, the filtering mechanism enables the mixture of the metal filing powder and the water to be physically separated, and the effect of protecting the environment is achieved.
Seventhly, the baffle can prevent that the metal fillings powder from flying to jet out when polishing, and the water injection hole can prevent to sputter the spark when polishing, has improved factor of safety.
Its eight, the regulating block of different thickness has been placed in the groove of accomodating in the supplementary box, when handling the power pack of different batches, makes things convenient for operating personnel to adjust the piece height of polishing, can also prevent to put indiscriminately and cause the losing of regulating block.
