The cleaning device 3 comprises a limiting component 31, a flushing component 32 and a wiping component 33, wherein the limiting component 31 comprises a first connecting bracket 311, a first connecting rod 312 and a limiting block 313, the first connecting bracket 311 is fixedly arranged on the supporting plate 22, and the first connecting rod 312 passes through the first connecting bracket 311 to connect the stopper 313, and the first connecting rod 312 is provided with a stopper 34 and a spring 35 at both sides of the first connecting bracket 311, respectively, the spring 35 is fitted over the first connecting rod 312, one end of the supporting plate is abutted against a limit block 313, the limit block 313 is in a semi-circular arc shape, two groups of the supporting plates 22 are symmetrically arranged, and two stopper 313 that the symmetry set up can piece together into complete annular shape, pass the cable during use between two stopper 313, and stopper 313 can strike off cable surface's earth, also can play control cable trend effect simultaneously.

The wiping component 33 comprises a third connecting bracket 331, a third connecting rod 332 and a wiping block 333, the third connecting bracket 331 is fixedly mounted on the support plate 22, the third connecting rod 332 penetrates through the third connecting bracket 331 to be connected with the wiping block 333, the third connecting rod 332 is provided with a stop block 34 and a spring 35 on two sides of the third connecting bracket 331 respectively, the spring 35 is sleeved on the third connecting rod 332, one end of the spring abuts against the wiping block 333, the wiping block 333 is in a semi-circular arc shape, two sets of wiping blocks are symmetrically arranged on the support plate 22, the two symmetrically arranged wiping blocks 333 can be spliced into a complete circular ring shape, a cleaning sponge 334 is arranged on the inner side wall of the wiping block 333, and a cable sequentially passes through the limit block 313, the flushing block 323 and the wiping block 333 and can be wiped clean by the cleaning sponge after being flushed by the flushing block 323 334.
