c. B, transporting the machine-made sand concrete, namely placing all raw materials of the machine-made sand concrete in the step b into a stirrer in a transport vehicle by adopting a high-pressure pump, continuously stirring at a speed of 1-3 revolutions per minute in the transport process, and discharging after stirring by a stirring cylinder for 1-2 minutes before transporting to a site for discharging;
d. pumping machine-made sand concrete, namely paving a conveying pipe, namely paving straight, short and flat conveying pump inlet horizontal pipes by at least 15m, fixing the conveying pipe every 3m, covering the conveying pipe by using a gunny bag in summer construction, and watering and cooling;

e. The machine-made sand concrete is vibrated, namely mechanical vibration is adopted when the machine-made sand concrete is conveyed to the site, the vibration time of each vibration point is controlled to be 20-30 s according to different conditions such as the consistency of a mixture, the vibration position and the like, the machine-made sand concrete is easy to liquefy and isolate compared with natural sand concrete with the same slump by taking the concrete as the degree of non-sinking, non-bubbling, flat surface and floating slurry, and excessive vibration or leakage vibration is avoided;

Technological principle of machine-made sand concrete:
1. Referring to table 1, as the stone dust content in the machine-made sand increases, the bleeding segregation problem of the corresponding pumped concrete no longer occurs, the workability is remarkably improved, and the slump is also greatly improved. However, the optimal control amount of the stone powder content in the machine-made sand is about 10 percent, once the content of the stone powder is more than 15 percent, the water quantity of the pumped concrete is increased, the slump of the pumped concrete is obviously reduced, the strength of the pumped concrete is improved to a certain extent by increasing the stone powder content, and the strength value of the pumped concrete is reduced if the content is too high, mainly because the early stage of hydration of the cement plays a role in nucleation of C-S-H and calcium hydroxide, the early stage strength of the cement is changed, and the stacking density of machine-made sand particles is improved, so that the strength of the pumped concrete formed by the machine-made sand can be improved. If the stone powder content in the machine-made sand is relatively large, the most dense stacking structure in the concrete is damaged, the cement-bone ratio of the concrete is affected, and the strength value of the concrete is reduced, and along with the continuous increase of the stone powder content in the machine-made sand, the corresponding dryness of the pumped concrete is presented as a change trend of decreasing before increasing, because the stone powder in the machine-made sand contains a plurality of fine particles with filling effect, the tortuosity degree of capillary holes of the concrete is increased, and the pore structure of the concrete is thinned, so that the dryness of the pumped concrete formed by the stone powder can be inhibited to a certain extent by using the stone powder in a proper amount. Therefore, the stone powder content in the corresponding machine-made sand is properly controlled to be about 10 percent in the machine-made sand concrete mixing process, the workability of the machine-made sand can be effectively improved, the compressive strength of the concrete mixed by the machine-made sand is improved, and the drying shrinkage performance of the concrete is reduced, so that the machine-made sand concrete meeting the concrete pumping requirement can be mixed.
TABLE 1 influence of stone dust content on the performance of concrete mixes of different strength classes
2. Referring to table 2, since the machine-made sand is affected by the production equipment and the parent rock material, the grain is coarse, generally medium coarse sand, if the sand rate is too small, the configured concrete is coarse, bleeding, segregation, stirring, vibrating and pumping are easy to occur, the poured concrete is easy to generate honeycomb pitting surface, the surface is more air bubbles and is not smooth, if the sand rate is too large, the concrete strength is too low and uneven, the shrinkage is large, cracks are easy to occur on the surface, and the effect of improving the sand rate by 2-4% is optimal when the machine-made sand concrete with the same water-cement ratio as the natural sand concrete is configured through multiple experiments.

The quality control standard of the machine-made sand concrete in the invention is that the construction method mainly conforms to the current regulations, regulations and standards of execution, and mainly comprises the following steps:

The quality assurance measures of the machine-made sand concrete comprise:
1. the metering precision is strictly controlled;
2, increasing the grain composition, fineness modulus and detection frequency of stone powder content (containing methylene blue test) of the machine-made sand;
3, when the machine-made sand and coarse aggregate are piled and taken, measures are taken to prevent segregation;
4, strictly measuring the water content of the machine-made sand and the coarse aggregate, and timely adjusting the weighing of the machine-made sand, the coarse aggregate and the mixing water according to the water content change so as to ensure the consistency of the laboratory mixing proportion and the construction mixing proportion of the concrete;
When 5 machine-made sand concrete is stirred, when the machine-made sand powder content, MB value change are large, sand rate and water reducer dosage should be adjusted timely, and concrete mixing fluidity and workability are ensured to be good.
And 6, adopting machine-made sand concrete transported by a stirring transport vehicle, and after the machine-made sand concrete reaches the site, rotating at a high speed for 20 seconds to stir uniformly, when the slump loss is large and the construction requirement cannot be met, adding a proper amount of water reducer with the same component as the original blending ratio into a transport vehicle tank, rapidly rotating and stirring uniformly, pumping or pouring after the required working performance is achieved, wherein the adding amount of the water reducer is determined by a test in advance and recorded.
The grain composition of the machine-made sand is large in fluctuation, segregation and layering of a machine-made sand concrete mixture are easy to be aggravated by jolting and the like in the transportation process, and the stirring tank is required to continuously stir at a slow speed of 2-4 r/min in the concrete transportation process. Before the concrete is discharged, the stirring tank can discharge the concrete by adopting a rapid gear high-speed rotation for more than 30 seconds, so that the concrete is ensured not to be layered and isolated. The time from the machine-made sand concrete discharging to the pouring and molding is not longer than the initial setting time of the machine-made sand concrete.
8, Due to poor workability of the machine-made sand concrete, the machine-made sand concrete of the vertical component is evenly distributed in a layering manner when being poured, and the layering thickness is reduced to 300-400 mm from 500mm specified by the natural sand concrete.
And 9, adopting machine-made sand concrete for pumping construction, wherein the transportation of the machine-made sand concrete can ensure the continuous pumping of the concrete and meet the specification of JGJ/T10 of the current industry standard concrete pumping construction technical regulations.
10. The machine-made sand concrete should adopt mechanical vibration, the vibration time of each vibration point is controlled to be 20 s-30 s according to different conditions such as the consistency of the mixture and the vibration position, so that the surface of the concrete mixture is smooth and the degree of no bubble overflow is basically achieved, and vibration and lack of vibration are strictly forbidden.
The 11 machine-made sand concrete should strengthen early moisture maintenance, the exposed surface should adopt water retention maintenance, spray and even sprinkling maintenance after removing the mould, the maintenance time should be not less than 7d, the winter construction machine-made sand concrete should not be directly watered when the environmental temperature is lower than 5 ℃.
