Referring to fig. 1-5, this embodiment is a water purifying device with a dirt-flushing device, which includes a base 1, two sets of pillars 2 are fixed on the upper end of the base 1, a processing box 3 is fixed on the upper end of the pillars 2, a partition plate 4 is fixed on the upper and lower walls of the inner cavity of the processing box 3, through holes 5 are provided on the upper and lower sides of the partition plate 4, a rotating shaft 6 is rotatably connected with the left wall of the inner cavity of the processing box 3 via the partition plate 4, a servo motor 7 is provided on the left outer wall of the processing box 3, the output end of the servo motor 7 is fixed on the left end of the rotating shaft 6, a plurality of sets of crushing blades 8 are provided on the upper and lower ends of the left side of the rotating shaft 6, the number of the crushing blades 8 is not less than three sets, impurities can be more sufficiently crushed, a sterilizing component 9 is provided on the right side of the inner cavity of the processing box 3, the right side of the rotating shaft 6 is rotatably penetrated through a connecting block 13, a sewage flushing component 14 is arranged at the upper end of the treatment box 3, the upper wall and the lower wall of the treatment box 3 are respectively communicated with a feed hopper 15 and two sewage discharge pipes 16, and the right wall of the treatment box 3 is communicated with a water outlet pipe 17; two groups of scraping rods 18 are arranged on the side wall of the middle part of the rotating shaft 6, and the right ends of the two groups of scraping rods 18 are respectively in sliding contact with the left ends of the PP cotton filter screen 11 and the activated carbon filter screen 12; the two groups of scraping rods 18 rotate to scrape off particle impurities and the like on the PP cotton filter screen 11 and the activated carbon filter screen 12. The upper end of the feed hopper 15 is hinged with a cover plate 19, the cover plate 19 can prevent external impurities from entering the treatment box 3, and a valve is arranged on the sewage discharge pipe 16 to control the discharge of impurity and dirt.
The driving component 7 comprises a first straight gear 701, the first straight gear 701 is fixedly connected to the left end of the rotating shaft 6, a servo motor 702 is arranged on the outer wall of the left side of the processing box 3, a second straight gear 703 is fixedly connected to the output end of the servo motor 702, and the second straight gear 703 is in meshing transmission with the first straight gear 701.
The disinfection component 9 comprises a hollow shaft 901, the hollow shaft 901 is rotationally connected with the upper wall and the lower wall of the inner cavity of the treatment box 3, the side wall of the hollow shaft 901 is communicated with a plurality of groups of stirring rods 902, a plurality of vent holes 903 are respectively formed in the hollow shaft 901 and the stirring rods 902, the bottom of the treatment box 3 is provided with an ozone generator 904, and the output end of the ozone generator 904 is communicated with the inside of the hollow shaft 901; the ozone generator 904 is started to generate ozone, the ozone enters the hollow shaft 901 and the stirring rod 902, and the ozone is discharged into sewage from the air vent 903 and reacts with the sewage to sterilize and disinfect the water body.
The linkage assembly 10 comprises a fixed rod 1001, the right end of the fixed rod 1001 is fixedly connected to the right wall of the inner cavity of the treatment box 3, the left end of the fixed rod 1001 is fixedly connected with a linkage box 1002, a hollow shaft 901 is rotatably connected to the upper wall and the lower wall of the linkage box 1002, the part of the hollow shaft 901, which is positioned in the linkage box 1002, is fixedly connected with a first bevel gear 1003, the right end of a rotating shaft 6 rotatably penetrates through the left wall of the linkage box 1002 and is fixedly connected with a second bevel gear 1004, and the second bevel gear; the rotation of the rotating shaft 6 drives the second bevel gear 1004 to rotate, so as to drive the first bevel gear 1003, the hollow shaft 901 and the stirring rod 902 to rotate, so that the ozone and the sewage can be more fully mixed.
The sewage flushing component 14 comprises a water pump 1401 and a water storage tank 1402, the water pump 1401 and the water storage tank 1402 are arranged at the upper end of the treatment tank 3, the input end of the water pump 1401 is communicated with the inside of the water storage tank 1402, the output end of the water pump 1401 is communicated with a three-way pipe 1403, the left end and the lower end of the three-way pipe 1403 are respectively communicated with a first connecting pipe 1404 and a second connecting pipe 1405, the other ends of the first connecting pipe 1404 and the second connecting pipe 1405 penetrate through the upper wall of the treatment tank 3 and are communicated with a water distribution pipe 1406, the water distribution pipe 1406 is arranged on the upper wall of the inner cavity; the water pump 1401 is started to suck water in the water storage tank 1402, then the water is discharged into the first connecting pipe 1404 and the second connecting pipe 1405 through the three-way pipe 1403 respectively, then the water enters the water diversion pipe 1406 and is finally sprayed out from the spray head 1407, the sprayed water is sprayed onto the PP cotton filter screen 11 and the activated carbon filter screen 12, and granular impurities and dirt on the PP cotton filter screen 11 and the activated carbon filter screen 12 can be flushed to the bottom of the treatment box 3.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when using this device, at first open apron 19 and drop into sewage through feeder hopper 15 to treatment box 3 in, can add the treatment agent as required, then start servo motor 702 and rotate and drive second spur gear 703 and rotate, and then drive first spur gear 701 and pivot 6 and rotate, and then drive crushing blade 8 and rotate and to carry out the breakage to bulky debris in the sewage, make it broken into less volume to prevent the phenomenon of pipeline and filter screen jam, the practicality is strong. Then sewage passes through opening 5 and gets into 4 right sides of baffle, at first can effectively remove various granule impurity in the sewage through the cotton filter screen 11 of PP, and the filter flow is big more sanitary safety, also possesses acidproof, alkali, organic solution, oils simultaneously, has good chemical stability, then remains little particulate matter and active material and deodorization in adsorbing the sewage through active carbon filter screen 12, can greatly improve the quality of water that has purified sewage.
Then the sewage after filtration enters the right side of the treatment box 3, the ozone generator 904 is started to generate ozone, the ozone enters the hollow shaft 901 and the stirring rod 902, the ozone is discharged into the sewage from the vent 903 and reacts with the sewage to sterilize and disinfect the water body, the water body components are purified, the water body is disinfected, the sewage purification effect is good, the purified water quality meets the requirements of discharge and secondary utilization, the environment is protected, and the water source waste is reduced. Meanwhile, the rotating shaft 6 rotates to drive the second bevel gear 1004 to rotate, so that the first bevel gear 1003, the hollow shaft 901 and the stirring rod 902 are driven to rotate, ozone and sewage can be mixed more fully, and the sewage treatment effect is further improved.
After the device is used for a period of time, water in a water storage tank 1402 can be sucked by starting a water pump 1401, then the water is respectively discharged into a first connecting pipe 1404 and a second connecting pipe 1405 through a three-way pipe 1403 and then enters a water dividing pipe 1406 to be finally sprayed out from a spray head 1407, the sprayed water is sprayed onto a PP cotton filter screen 11 and an activated carbon filter screen 12, granular impurities and dirt on the PP cotton filter screen 11 and the activated carbon filter screen 12 can be washed down to the bottom of a treatment box 3, meanwhile, two groups of scraping rods 18 are driven to rotate through rotation of a rotating shaft 6, the granular impurities and the like on the PP cotton filter screen 11 and the activated carbon filter screen 12 can be scraped down, the dirt and the like on the PP cotton filter screen 11 and the activated carbon filter screen 12 can be washed down to the bottom of the treatment box 3 through water sprayed by matching with the spray head 1407, and finally can be discharged through a discharge pipe 16, the device has a dirt washing effect, the blockage caused by more impurities left on the PP, the practicability is high, and the processing requirement is met.
