一种涉及新能源纯电动车的车轮链接万向节钢丝软轴驱动发电机。
背景技术
对于一辆车,我们可以将其分成簧下质量和簧上质量两个部分。如果给簧下质量下个定义,它是指不由悬挂系统中的弹性元件所支撑的质量,一般包括有车轮、弹簧、减震器以及其它相关部件等,而簧上质量自然就是车辆剩余部分的质量,一般包括车架、动力系统、传动装置、乘员等,增加簧下质量,对于舒适性和操控性都是极为不利的。
对于普通民用车辆来说,常常用一些相对轻质的材料比如铝合金来制作悬挂的部件,以减轻簧下质量,提升悬挂的响应速度。可是轮毂发电机恰好较大幅度地增大了簧下质量,同时也增加了轮毂的转动惯量,这对于车辆的操控性能是不利的。此外,轮毂发电机工作的环境恶劣,面临水、灰尘等多方面影响。
发明车轮链接万向节钢丝软轴驱动发电机优点:
可实现多种复杂的驱动方式。由于车轮发电机具备单个车轮独立驱动的特性,因此无论是前驱、后驱,它都可以比较轻松地实现,车轮发电机驱动的车辆上实现起来非常容易。

针对上述现有技术的不足,本申请的目的是提供一种涉及新能源纯电动车的车轮链接万向节钢丝软轴驱动发电机。把发电机安装在底盘车架上用万向节钢丝软轴连接车轮轴,车辆行驶中后车轮的转动通过万向节钢丝软轴驱动发电机发电,万向节钢丝软轴有变向性和弯曲性,车辆行驶在颠簸路面时对发电机及乘车人和货物没有任何影响,而且发电机安装在底盘车架上有防水、防震、防灰尘的好处。
本申请的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
车轮链接万向节钢丝软轴驱动发电机,其特征是:包括后车轮、万向节钢丝软轴、发电机、车架、前驱动车轮、车轮轴、法兰盘两个、飞轮、发电机转子,所述万向节钢丝软轴包括万向节两个,钢丝软轴一根,其中所述钢丝软轴包括钢丝绳、轴承、橡胶软管、弹簧,所述钢丝软轴两端的钢丝绳与万向节连接,所述万向节钢丝软轴两端与法兰盘连接后,一端与车轮上的车轮轴连接,另一端与飞轮连接,所述飞轮与发电机转子连接,所述万向节钢丝软轴有变向性和弯曲性。
优选的,所述万向节钢丝软轴可自由弯曲转动,用于链接后车轮和发电机。
优选的,所述安装在车架上的发电机通过万向节钢丝软轴与后车轮链接,在后车轮转动时发电。
优选的,所述发电机放置在车架上,可以防水、防震、防尘。
本申请具有的有益效果:把发电机安装在底盘车架上用万向节钢丝软轴连接后车轮的车轮轴,车辆行驶中后车轮转动通过万向节钢丝软轴驱动车架上发电机发电,车轮和车架之间有减震器,万向节钢丝软轴可以拐弯,车辆行驶在颠簸路面时对发电机、车上人员和货物没有任何影响,而且发电机安装在底盘车架上有防水、防震、防尘的好处。车轮链接万向节钢丝软轴驱动发电机发电主要解决了纯电动车续航不足,蓄电池用量多,过重的问题。

新能源纯电动车在行驶过程中,后车轮1通过万向节钢丝软轴2驱动车架4上的发电机3发电。
有益效果
目前,电动车受充电桩和电能储量限制,行驶距离有限,通过车轮链接万向节钢丝软轴驱动发电机,可以不断产生电能,为行驶的电动车不断的提供动力。

1.车轮链接万向节钢丝软轴驱动发电机,其特征是:包括后车轮、万向节钢丝软轴、发电机、车架、前驱动车轮、车轮轴、法兰盘两个、飞轮、发电机转子,所述万向节钢丝软轴包括万向节两个,钢丝软轴一根,其中所述钢丝软轴包括钢丝绳、轴承、橡胶软管、弹簧,所述钢丝软轴两端的钢丝绳与万向节连接,所述万向节钢丝软轴两端与法兰盘连接后,一端与车轮上的车轮轴连接,另一端与飞轮连接,所述飞轮与发电机转子连接,所述万向节钢丝软轴有变向性和弯曲性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车轮链接万向节钢丝软轴驱动发电机,其特征是:所述万向节钢丝软轴可自由弯曲转动,用于链接车轮和发电机。
