a screw thread (43), the screw thread (43) is arranged on the upper part of the rotating rod (42);
the electric push rod (47), the electric push rod (47) is arranged on the right rear side of the upper part of the base (1), and the electric push rod (47) is positioned on the left side of the rotary sleeve (41);
the fixing sleeve (46), the said fixing sleeve (46) is set up in the upper portion of the said electric push rod (47);
the one-way bearing (49), the one-way bearing (49) is rotatably arranged in the fixed sleeve (46);
the screw sleeve (44) is arranged on the one-way bearing (49), and the thread (43) at the upper part of the rotating rod (42) is matched with the screw sleeve (44);
the seals (45) are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the one-way bearing (49);
