本发明涉及饲料加工设备技术领域,具体为一种饲料用高效加工设备,其结构包括机架、固设于机架上的机体、设于机体内侧的破碎腔以及铰接于破碎腔上侧的机盖,所述机体一侧设有出料口,所述机体内侧设有筛选装置,所述筛选装置设于出料口一侧,所述机体上侧设有吸尘装置,所述机架一侧设有输送电机,所述输送电机设于筛选装置一侧,通过传动带将饲料输送到筛选网处进行筛选,过大的饲料会在清扫刷的作用下再次扫入破碎腔内的混合破碎装置,再次进行混合搅拌破碎,为了能更好的减少破碎腔内的粉尘飞入大气中,通过设置的鼓风机连接环形管使得产生负压,粉尘从通口进入收集箱内,并在过滤网的作用下对空气进行净化。

本发明涉及饲料加工设备技术领域,具体为一种饲料用高效加工设备。
背景技术
饲料料主要是为家禽、水产、宠物等动物提供的食物,由于需要喂食的目标不同也就需要对饲料进行加工,饲料包括大豆、豆粕、玉米、鱼粉、氨基酸、杂粕、添加剂、乳清粉、油脂、肉骨粉、谷物、甜高粱等十余个品种的饲料原料,一般来说只有植物饲料才被称为饲料,这些饲料中包括草、各种谷物、块茎、根等,一般的饲料破碎完成后需要筛选工作,且为了饲料营养均匀充分,通常会将一些饲料混合在一起,而目现有的步骤较多且设备的功能结构过于单一,通常需要额外的人工操作以及不同加工作用的设备进行加工,且费时费力加工效率太低,较落后的饲料加工工序不能满足较高的市场需求,因此有必要提出一种流水线饲料加工设备。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明目的是提供一种饲料用高效加工设备,以解决上述背景技术中提到的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种饲料用高效加工设备,其结构包括机架、固设于机架上的机体、设于机体内侧的破碎腔以及铰接于破碎腔上侧的机盖,所述机体一侧设有出料口,所述机体内侧设有筛选装置,所述筛选装置设于出料口一侧,所述机体上侧设有吸尘装置,所述机架一侧设有输送电机,所述输送电机设于筛选装置一侧,所述机架前侧设有控制器,所述破碎腔内设有混合破碎装置,所述筛选装置设于混合破碎装置一侧;将设置筛选装置、吸尘装置、混合破碎装置均集于一体,不仅能够实现对饲料的高效加工,并有效减少饲料加工时产生的粉尘对环境的污染。
进一步改进的是:所述筛选装置包括三个传动辊、传动带、清扫刷、筛选网,所述三个传动辊位置呈三角形,其中右侧的传动辊与输送电机轴连接,所述传动带套设于三个传动辊外表面,所述清扫刷设有若干个,且分别与传动带表面连接,所述筛选网连接于出料口一侧,所述筛选网设于传动带下方,且与清扫刷相邻;通过设置的输送电机传动三个传动辊中做右侧的传动辊转动,使得传动辊传动传动带转动,并通过传动带将饲料输送至右侧,并于筛选网进行筛选其过大的饲料会在清扫刷的作用下再次扫入破碎腔内的混合破碎装置再次进行破碎,依次反复大大提高饲料的加工后的质量。
进一步改进的是:所述吸尘装置包括鼓风机、环形管、收集箱、出气口,所述鼓风机和收集箱均安装于机架上侧,所述环形管锁固于破碎腔上侧,所述鼓风机出气端设于收集箱内侧,所述鼓风机吸气端与环形管一端相连通,所述环形管下侧设有若干个通口,所述收集箱上侧设有出气口,所述出气口下侧设有过滤网,所述过滤网固设于收集箱内侧,为了能更好的减少破碎腔内的粉尘飞入大气中,通过设置的鼓风机连接环形管使得产生负压,粉尘从通口进入收集箱内,并在过滤网的作用下对空气进行净化。
进一步改进的是:所述混合破碎装置包括转轴、破碎刀组、螺旋叶片,所述转轴倾斜安装于破碎腔内侧,所述破碎刀组和螺旋叶片均固设于转轴上,所述破碎刀组的刀辊分别错开分布设于螺旋叶片的转子之间,所述转轴轴连接有破碎电机,所述破碎电机安装于机体一侧,由于破碎刀组的刀辊分别错开分布设于螺旋叶片,因此转轴带动转子和破碎刀组对饲料进行混合破碎,其混合破碎效果好,且螺旋叶片能提高饲料进入筛选网的速率,加快筛选进度。
进一步改进的是:所述鼓风机、破碎电机和输送电机均连接并受控于控制器,所述破碎刀组设于传动带上方,所述传动带下侧的清扫刷与破碎腔下侧相邻,便于清扫刷对饲料进行清扫,且提高饲料流动性,提高筛选效率。
进一步改进的是:所述破碎腔底部一侧安装有备用阀,所述出料口内腔下侧设有若干个V形分散板,所述V形分散板呈树状图形向出料口外侧递增分布,V形分散板能够让出料口出料更为均匀分散,减少堆积一起,便于饲料的装载。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种饲料用高效加工设备,该技术方案同时筛选装置、吸尘装置和混合破碎装置的破碎筛选以及混合除尘功能集于一体,大大减少了额外人工成本和设备成本,且提高了饲料加工工作效率和质量,对现有技术来说具有较大的突破和使用价值。

工作原理:通过将饲料从破碎腔3投入后并盖上机盖4,通过破碎刀组102和螺旋叶片103对饲料进行高效混合搅拌破碎,且螺旋叶片103能提高饲料进入筛选网64的速率,加快筛选进度;传动带62上的清扫刷63分别与破碎腔3下侧和筛选网64相邻,便于清扫刷63对饲料进行清扫,且提高饲料流动性,提高筛选效率,通过传动带62将饲料输送到筛选网64处进行筛选,过大的饲料会在清扫刷63的作用下再次扫入破碎腔3内的混合破碎装置10,再次进行混合搅拌破碎;为了能更好的减少破碎腔3内的粉尘飞入大气中,通过设置的鼓风机71连接环形管72使得产生负压,粉尘从通口721进入收集箱73内,并在过滤网的作用下对空气进行净化;并且设置的若干个V形分散板51呈树状图形向出料口5外侧递增分布,能够让出料口5出料更为均匀分散,减少出料堆积一起。
