Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for enhancing the installation stability of a cabinet, which relate to the field of air purification equipment, and the device comprises: the hanging and buckling structures are respectively arranged on the edges of two sides of the top of the cabinet; the two fixing pieces are arranged in a staggered mode, one end of each fixing piece is fixedly connected with the hanging buckle structure, and the other end of each fixing piece is connected with the fixing wall. Through the implementation of the invention, the stability of the cabinet can be greatly improved, the cabinet can not collapse easily even if being collided by accident, and the large body vibration and swing phenomenon caused by the gravity center of the cabinet far away from the ground and the rotation vibration of the motor can not be generated when the cabinet is electrified; and the problem that the cabinet shakes due to the resonance phenomenon caused by the shaking of the vibration frequency of the motor and the cabinet under a certain condition is avoided.

Background
The existing cabinets on the market are supported only by the base at the bottom of the cabinet, and the installation has the problem that the cabinet is easy to swing, especially for the cabinet with higher height.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a device for enhancing the installation stability of a cabinet.
The device comprises a cabinet, wherein the cabinet comprises an upper box body 1 and a lower box body 2, and the upper box body 1 is positioned on the vertical upper part of the lower box body 2.
The device also comprises a hanging buckle structure 3. The two hanging buckle structures 3 are respectively arranged on the edges of the two sides of the top of the upper box body 1.
Fig. 1 shows the buckle structure 3 in an uninstalled state, and fig. 2 shows the buckle structure 3 in an installed state.
In fig. 1, when the cabinet is in an uninstalled state, the hanging buckle structure is installed in a forward direction and attached to the surface of the cabinet without protruding out of the surface of the cabinet, so that transportation, packaging and the like are not affected.
In fig. 2, when the cabinet is in an installation state, the position of the hanging buckle structure is adjusted to reversely install the hanging buckle structure, and the hanging buckle structure protrudes out of the surface of the cabinet, specifically, the hanging buckle structure extends out of the top of the cabinet.
The hanging buckle structure 3 is square, and is provided with a vertical extension (as shown in fig. 3 and 4) at one side of the square, and at least one reserved hole is arranged at the vertical extension part.
A plurality of screw holes are formed in the square of the hanging buckle structure 3, and the hanging buckle structure is fixedly connected with the cabinet through the screw holes. Because there are a plurality of screw holes, can realize installing hanging knot structure 3 on the position of relative rack different height through the dislocation of different screw holes.
The device also includes two fixtures. The two fixing pieces are arranged in a staggered manner, one end of each fixing piece is fixedly connected with the hanging buckle structure, and the other end of each fixing piece is connected with the fixing wall (as shown in fig. 5).

When the fixed stay cable or the fixed pull rod is installed, prestress cannot be formed, namely, the fixed stay cable and the fixed pull rod are not stressed, and the cabinet is mainly supported under normal conditions.
