本发明提供了一种辅助高压水致裂煤体的干冰封存装置及其控制方法,包括多个封存单元,多个封存单元相互排列组成封存装置设置在预设的钻孔,钻孔的入口处通过封孔材料固定有高压水管,通过高压水管向钻孔内注水完成封存装置的使用,封存单元包括保温层外壳、保温层、内胆外壳、出气口压盖、泄压头和进水口单向阀,本发明通过多个封存单元构成封装装置,放置在钻孔内后,可在煤矿井下实施高压水压裂的煤层钻孔内保温封存干冰,防止在高压水致裂钻孔封孔固化时间内干冰气化损失,有效阻止地下水侵入钻孔后提前进入本装置使其泄压失效,本装置保存干冰效果好,自动工作,可有效辅助高压水致裂煤体作用。

本发明属于水力致裂技术领域,具体涉及一种辅助高压水致裂煤体的干冰封存装置及控制方法。
背景技术
我国煤矿地质条件复杂,煤层普遍存在瓦斯高而透气性低的现象,给瓦斯灾害防治带来极大挑战。为了增加高瓦斯低透气性透气性,改善抽采效果,国内开发了诸如深孔炸药爆破、水力冲孔、水力割缝、液态二氧化碳爆破等增透技术,截至目前各种增透技术在煤矿均得到广泛应用,但各自有其优缺点。
对于高压水致裂煤体增透技术,高压水泵工作压力越大投入成本越高,同时超高压水力压裂作业对管路承压性能要求苛刻,安全性也会降低;此外,高压水压裂过程中,钻孔内经常会遇到大型的新生或原生裂隙,造成工作水压突然降低,产生波动。因此,提出一种辅助高压水致裂煤体的干冰封存装置及控制方法,可以在井下完成干冰的封装和保存,抵抗侵入钻孔地下水,具有良好的干冰封存效果,辅助高压水压裂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种辅助高压水致裂煤体的干冰封存装置及控制方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种辅助高压水致裂煤体的干冰封存装置,包括多个封存单元,多个所述封存单元相互排列组成封存装置设置在预设的钻孔,所述钻孔的入口处通过封孔材料固定有高压水管,通过高压水管向钻孔内注水完成封存装置的使用;

S2、将封存装置放置在钻孔内,利用封孔材料对封存装置的入口进行封孔处理,并在封孔材料中间固定有与封存装置入口连通的高压水管;
S3、通过高压水管向钻孔内注高压水,当钻孔内压力达到进水口单向阀阈值5MPa后,高压水由进水口单向阀进入封存单元并与干冰反应,释放二氧化碳气体,辅助致裂。

本发明通过多个封存单元构成封装装置,放置在钻孔内后,可在煤矿井下实施高压水压裂的煤层钻孔内保温封存干冰,防止在高压水致裂钻孔封孔固化时间内干冰气化损失,有效阻止地下水侵入钻孔后提前进入本装置使其泄压失效,确保仅在实施高压水压裂时快速释放大量气体二氧化碳发挥辅助作用,本装置保存干冰效果好,自动工作,可有效辅助高压水致裂煤体作。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-2所示,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种辅助高压水致裂煤体的干冰封存装置,包括多个封存单元17,多个所述封存单元17相互排列组成封存装置设置在预设的钻孔16,所述钻孔16的入口处通过封孔材料15固定有高压水管14,通过高压水管14向钻孔16内注水完成封存装置的使用;
所述封存单元17包括保温层外壳1、保温层3、内胆外壳4、出气口压盖5、泄压头7和进水口单向阀9,所述保温层外壳1内部设置有一层保温层3,所述保温层3具体为经过抽真空处理的填充型珠光砂,所述封存单元17靠近进水口单向阀9的一端设置有第一气体单向阀2,所述第一气体单向阀2的内部延伸至保温层3的内部,通过第一气体单向阀2对保温层3进行抽真空处理,保温层3抽成真空状态后相对真空度为-6000~-3000Pa。
所述内胆外壳4设置在保温层3的内部,所述内胆外壳4内设置有内胆12,所述内胆12设置在内胆外壳4内,内胆外壳4和保温层外壳1为同心圆结构,所述内胆12侧端固定有进水口单向阀9,所述内胆外壳4、保温层3和保温层外壳1均固定在进水口单向阀9的外侧;
所述出气口压盖5固定在保温层外壳1与内胆外壳4的另一端,所述出气口压盖5的中间螺纹连接有泄压头7,所述泄压头7的中间设置有单向阀出气口8,所述出气口单向阀8用于释放气体二氧化碳,在内胆12内装填的干冰在遇水反应后加压至1MPa,冲破定压剪切片11,由出气口单向阀8释放,出气口单向阀8只能由装置内向外释放气体,装置外部水无法进入内部,防止外部水地下水压力破坏定压剪切片11,即起到保护定压剪切片11作用,另外泄压头7与出气口压盖5连接处还有垫片10,也起到密封作用。
所述泄压头7为中空结构,在其内部填充有珠光砂,所述泄压头7上设置有第二气体单向阀13,所述第二气体单向阀13的内部延伸至泄压头7的内部,用于泄压头7内部抽真空处理。
为了便于使用,所述第一气体单向阀2和第二气体单向阀13的进口处均设置有滤网。
所述出气口压盖5为凹槽空心柱体结构,在其凹槽内侧设置有用于与泄压头7螺纹连接用的螺纹6,所述泄压头7与出气口压盖5的连接处设置有垫片10和定压剪切片11,所述定压剪切片11设置为1MPa的阈值。
其中,所述内胆外壳4使用低温压力容器钢板16MnDR,所述保温层外壳1使用压力容器钢板Q345R,所述出气口压盖5材料使用低温压力容器钢板16MnDR。
一种辅助高压水致裂煤体的干冰封存装置的控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、根据钻孔16的长度选择合适数量的封存单元17,先将泄压头7和定压剪切片11拆下,然后向内胆内装填干冰,再将定压剪切片11和泄压头7螺纹连接在封存单元17上,并将封存单元依次排列组成封存装置;
S2、将封存装置放置在钻孔16内,利用封孔材料15对封存装置的入口进行封孔处理,并在封孔材料15中间固定有与封存装置入口连通的高压水管14;
S3、通过高压水管14向钻孔16内注高压水,当钻孔16内压力达到进水口单向阀9阈值5MPa后,高压水由进水口单向阀9进入封存单元17并与干冰反应,释放二氧化碳气体,辅助致裂。

Claims (8)

1.一种辅助高压水致裂煤体的干冰封存装置,包括多个封存单元(17),其特征在于:多个所述封存单元(17)相互排列组成封存装置设置在预设的钻孔(16),所述钻孔(16)的入口处通过封孔材料(15)固定有高压水管(14),通过高压水管(14)向钻孔(16)内注水完成封存装置的使用;
所述封存单元(17)包括保温层外壳(1)、保温层(3)、内胆外壳(4)、出气口压盖(5)、泄压头(7)和进水口单向阀(9),所述保温层外壳(1)内部设置有一层保温层(3),所述内胆外壳(4)设置在保温层(3)的内部,所述内胆外壳(4)内设置有内胆(12),所述内胆(12)设置在内胆外壳(4)内,所述内胆(12)侧端固定有进水口单向阀(9),所述内胆外壳(4)、保温层(3)和保温层外壳(1)均固定在进水口单向阀(9)的外侧;
所述封存单元(17)靠近进水口单向阀(9)的一端设置有第一气体单向阀(2),所述第一气体单向阀(2)的内部延伸至保温层(3)的内部,通过第一气体单向阀(2)对保温层(3)进行抽真空处理,所述泄压头(7)上设置有第二气体单向阀(13),所述第二气体单向阀(13)的内部延伸至泄压头(7)的内部,第二气体单向阀(13)用于泄压头(7)内部的抽真空处理;
所述出气口压盖(5)固定在保温层外壳(1)与内胆外壳(4)的另一端,所述出气口压盖(5)的中间螺纹连接有泄压头(7),所述泄压头(7)与出气口压盖(5)的连接处设置有垫片(10)和定压剪切片(11),所述定压剪切片(11)设置为1MPa的阈值,所述泄压头(7)的中间设置有单向阀出气口(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助高压水致裂煤体的干冰封存装置,其特征在于,所述保温层(3)具体为经过抽真空处理的填充型珠光砂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助高压水致裂煤体的干冰封存装置,其特征在于,所述第一气体单向阀(2)和第二气体单向阀(13)的进口处均设置有滤网。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助高压水致裂煤体的干冰封存装置,其特征在于,所述出气口压盖(5)为凹槽空心柱体结构,在其凹槽内侧设置有用于与泄压头(7)螺纹连接用的螺纹(6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助高压水致裂煤体的干冰封存装置,其特征在于,所述泄压头(7)为中空结构,在其内部填充有珠光砂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助高压水致裂煤体的干冰封存装置,其特征在于,所述封存单元(17)的内胆外壳(4)和保温层外壳(1)为同心圆结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助高压水致裂煤体的干冰封存装置,其特征在于,所述保温层(3)抽成真空状态后相对真空度为-6000~-3000Pa。
8.根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的一种辅助高压水致裂煤体的干冰封存装置的控制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、根据钻孔(16)的长度选择合适数量的封存单元(17),将泄压头(7)和定压剪切片(11)拆下,在其内胆内装填干冰,并将其首尾依次排列组成封存装置;
S2、将封存装置放置在钻孔(16)内,利用封孔材料(15)对封存装置的入口进行封孔处理,并在封孔材料(15)中间固定有与封存装置入口连通的高压水管(14);
S3、通过高压水管(14)向钻孔(16)内注高压水,当钻孔(16)内压力达到进水口单向阀(9)阈值5MPa后,高压水由进水口单向阀(9)进入封存单元(17)并与干冰反应,释放二氧化碳气体,辅助致裂。
