In view of the foregoing, it is desirable to provide a fracture tab that solves the above-described problems.
The application provides a fracture pull tab which is used for fixing a first template and a second template, the fracture pull tab comprises a connecting section and two fixing sections, the two fixing sections are arranged at two ends of the connecting section and used for extending into and fixing the first template and the second template. Embodiments of the present application will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all, examples of the present application.
It is noted that when one component is considered to be "connected" to another component, it may be directly connected to the other component or intervening components may also be present. Example 1
Referring to fig. 1,2 and 3, the present application provides a fracture tab 100 for fixing a first template 200 and a second template 300, where the fracture tab 100 includes a connecting section 10 and two fixing sections 20, and the two fixing sections 20 are disposed at two ends of the connecting section 10 and are used for extending into and fixing in the first template 200 and the second template 300. The connection positions of the two fixing sections 20 and the connecting section 10 are provided with crease grooves 30, the crease grooves 30 are symmetrically arranged on two opposite end surfaces of the fracture pull tab 100, each crease groove 30 is internally provided with a fracture groove 31, and the fixing sections 20 can be separated from the connecting section 10 along the fracture grooves 31.
Referring to fig. 2, the connecting section 10 is used for connecting the fixing section 20, so that when the connecting section 10 is received in the first and second templates 200 and 300, the fixing section 20 extends out and is fixed on the first and second templates 200 and 300.
The connecting section 10 comprises a connecting part 11 and a breaking part 12, wherein the breaking part 12 is arranged at two ends of the connecting part 11, and the breaking part 12 is tightly attached to a wall surface. Further, the connecting section 10 is fixedly connected with the fixing section 20 through the breaking portion 12.
The connecting portion 11 is disposed in the first and second templates 200 and 300, and is used for connecting the first and second templates 200 and 300. In an embodiment, the connection portion 11 is a substantially linear plate structure, and it is understood that the shape of the connection portion 11 is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the connection portion 11 is tapered.
The two ends of the breaking portion 12 are respectively disposed on the connecting portion 11 and the fixing portion 20, so that the fixing portion 20 is separated from the connecting portion 10 along the breaking portion 12 when the fixing portion 20 extends out of the first die plate 200 or the second die plate 300. In one embodiment, the breaking portion 12 is integrally formed with the connecting portion 11 and the fixing portion 20. It will be appreciated that the manner of fixing the break 12 to the connecting portion 11 and the fixing section 20 is not limited thereto, as in other embodiments, the break 12 is welded to the connecting portion 11 and the fixing section 20.
The breaking portion 12 is provided with breaking grooves 121, and the breaking grooves 121 are used for concentrating stress so as to break the fixing section 20 along the breaking grooves 121 when the fixing section 20 extending out of the wall surface is cleaned. In an embodiment, the breaking grooves 121 are symmetrically disposed on two opposite sides of the breaking portion 12, and the breaking grooves 121 are substantially V-shaped. It should be understood that the opening position and shape of the breaking groove 121 are not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the breaking groove 121 is provided on the breaking portion 12 side, and the breaking groove 121 is a rectangular groove.
Referring to fig. 2, the fixing section 20 is used to fix the connecting section 10 to the first mold plate 200 and the second mold plate 300 when the connecting section 10 is received in the first mold plate 200 and the second mold plate 300, so as to define a distance between the first mold plate 200 and the second mold plate 300, thereby ensuring a thickness of the cavity after casting. In one embodiment, the stationary section 20 is generally rectangular. It is to be understood that the shape of the fixing segment 20 is not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the fixing segment 20 is circular.
The fixed section 20 is provided with mounting holes 21. The mounting holes 21 are used to mate the first and second templates 200 and 300 to fix the first and second templates 200 and 300 and the fixing section 20. In one embodiment, the first and second templates 200 and 300 are fixed with pins that extend into the mounting holes 21 to fix the fixed segments 20 and the first and second templates 200 and 300. The mounting hole 21 is formed in the middle of the fixing section 20, and the mounting hole 21 is a circular hole. It will be appreciated that the location of the mounting hole 21 is dependent on the location of the pin and will vary with the location of the pin. The shape of the mounting hole 21 is not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the mounting hole 21 is a square hole.
Referring to fig. 3, the crease grooves 30 are used to break the fixing segments 20 along the crease grooves 30 when the fracture tab 100 is fixed on the first and second templates 200 and 300. In an embodiment, four crease grooves 30 are respectively provided on two opposite sides of the contact portion of the fixing section 20 and the connecting section 10, so that the thickness of the fracture tab 100 at the crease groove 30 is reduced, the fixing section 20 is convenient to fracture along the crease groove 30, and the crease groove 30 is arc-shaped. It should be understood that the number and shape of the crease grooves 30 are not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, two crease grooves 30 are provided on the same side of the connection position of the fixing section 20 and the connection section 10, and the shape of the crease grooves 30 is a straight line.
A fracture groove 31 is provided in each crease groove 30. Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the first mold plate 200 and the second mold plate 300 are aluminum alloy mold plates, and the first mold plate 200 and the second mold plate 300 are substantially flat plates. It is understood that the types and shapes of the first and second templates 200 and 300 are not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the first and second templates 200 and 300 are steel templates, and the first and second templates 200 and 300 are triangular prisms.
Example two
Referring to fig. 4, the fracture tab 100 of the second embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that the shape of the crease groove 30 is a bent linear groove.
When in operation, the two fixing sections 20 extend into the joints of the first template 200 and the second template 300, and the pins arranged on the first template 200 and the second template 300 extend into the mounting holes 21, so that the fracture pull tab 100 is fixedly connected with the first template 200 and the second template 300.
Concrete is poured into the fixed first and second forms 200 and 300. After the concrete is set, the fixing segments 20 extending out of the first and second templates 200 and 300 are knocked using tools. The two fixing segments 20 are broken straight along the fracture grooves 31, respectively. At this time, the first and second templates 200 and 300 are fixed, and the connection section 10 is received in the first and second templates 200 and 300.
The above-mentioned fracture pull tab 100 is provided with the crease grooves 30 at the connection positions of the two fixing sections 20 and the connecting section 10, and the crease grooves 30 are symmetrically arranged at two opposite sides of the fracture pull tab 100, so as to reduce the thickness of the fracture pull tab 100 at the crease grooves 30, thereby facilitating the cleaning of the fixing sections 20. And a fracture groove 31 is arranged in each crease groove 30, when the fixing section 20 is cleaned, the fracture groove 31 is arranged on the wall surface, and the fixing section 20 is broken along the fracture groove 31 in a straight line so as to thoroughly clean the tab head left outside the wall body.
