Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of materials, and particularly relates to a polycarbonate material injection molding process which comprises polycarbonate and a yellow removing agent, wherein the ratio of the polycarbonate to the yellow removing agent is 10:3, the injection molding process comprises the steps of raw material pretreatment, material mixing, baking, preheating an injection molding machine, setting injection molding parameters, injecting the baked raw materials into a charging barrel of injection molding equipment, stirring and melting the raw materials by a screw of the injection molding equipment, and injecting the melted raw materials into a mold cavity under high pressure.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of materials. In particular to an injection molding process of polycarbonate material.
Background
Generally, the housing of the electrical equipment should meet the requirements of proper heat resistance and flame retardance in addition to providing insulation protection from the outside because the electrical equipment itself generates more heat when operating or operates in a higher temperature environment. Demolding: after cooling, the injection molded article is removed from the mold.
Furthermore, the injection speed of the injection molding machine is set to different speeds according to the injection times, wherein the first injection is set to be 20 +/-10%, the second injection is set to be 12 +/-10%, the third injection is set to be 35 +/-10%, and the fourth injection is set to be 12 +/-10%.
