Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The following describes a cooking appliance and a method and a device for washing food thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for washing food materials by an electric cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, a method for washing food materials by a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s11, recognizing that the temperature of the solution in the inner pot of the cooking appliance reaches a preset temperature threshold value, wherein the solution is used for cleaning food materials.
In particular, it may be identified by a temperature sensor whether the temperature of the solution in the container reaches a preset temperature threshold.
In this embodiment, the order of placing the solution and the food material may be determined according to actual situations, and is not limited herein.
Optionally, before the temperature of the solution in the inner pot is identified to reach the preset temperature threshold, the food material can be controlled to enter the inner pot from the food material storage area in the cooking appliance. Or
And after the temperature of the solution in the inner pot is identified to reach a preset temperature threshold value, controlling the food material to enter the inner pot from a food material storage area in the cooking electric appliance.
And S12, controlling the food materials in the inner pot to be cleaned.
Specifically, when the temperature of the solution in the inner pot reaches a preset temperature threshold, the food materials in the inner pot are controlled to be cleaned.
And S13, after the food material is identified to be cleaned at the time, controlling the solution to be discharged from the inner pot.
Specifically, when the food material is completely washed, the solution can be controlled to be discharged from the inner pot. When recognizing whether the food material is cleaned at this time, the food material cleaning method can judge according to the preset cleaning time, wherein if the current cleaning time reaches the preset cleaning time, the food material cleaning is judged to be completed at this time.
It should be noted that as the temperature of the solution increases, the activity of the molecular state in the solution also increases correspondingly, so that when the food material is washed, the molecules in the solution continuously impact the surface of the food material, thereby promoting the dirt or dust on the surface of the food material to fall off. Simultaneously, the food material also can be heated by the solution to a certain extent, and this also can improve the molecular activity on food material surface, improves the friction dynamics between food material and solution to be favorable to eating the foul and the dust on material surface and drop.
In summary, according to the method for washing food materials by a cooking appliance provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the temperature of the solution in the inner pot of the cooking appliance reaches the preset temperature threshold, the food materials in the inner pot are controlled to be washed, and after the solution is identified to be washed, the solution is controlled to be discharged from the inner pot. Because under the temperature threshold value of predetermineeing, the molecular state in the solution is comparatively active, consequently uses the solution of predetermineeing the temperature threshold value to wash the edible material, can increase the dynamics that the molecule strikes edible material in the solution to impel the foul or the dust on edible material surface to drop, further, improved the ability of cooking electrical apparatus washing edible material.
In addition to the above embodiments, when heating the solution, the solution may be heated by a container dedicated to heating the solution in the cooking appliance, or may be heated by an inner pot in the cooking appliance. For ease of understanding, the two modes are described separately below.
When heating by a container dedicated to heating the solution in the cooking appliance is selected, a container dedicated to heating the solution is separately provided in the cooking appliance. The solution is heated to a preset temperature threshold value through the container, and then the solution is placed into the inner pot. Specifically, the method can be implemented by the following steps, as shown in fig. 2, including:
and S21, controlling to heat a container in the cooking appliance, wherein the container contains the solution.
Specifically, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of solution to the container and then control the cooking appliance to heat the container containing the solution.
And S22, identifying that the temperature of the solution reaches a preset temperature threshold value.
And S23, controlling the solution to enter the inner pot.
Specifically, when a temperature sensor in the cooking appliance detects that the temperature of the solution reaches a preset temperature threshold, the solution is controlled to enter the inner pot through a pipeline between the container and the inner pot.
It should be noted that, a container specially used for heating the solution is separately arranged in the cooking appliance, so that the solution can be separated from the food material, and the situation that the food material is cooked to be fully cooked or half cooked and the like due to heating of the food material while heating the solution can be avoided.
When the inner pot in the cooking appliance is selected for heating, the heating of the inner pot can be directly controlled to heat the solution. Specifically, this can be achieved by the following steps, as shown in fig. 3, including:
and S31, controlling the solution to enter the inner pot.
Alternatively, the solution may be automatically controlled by the cooking appliance to enter the inner pan through a pipe, or the user may manually place the solution into the inner pan.
S32, heating the solution.
Optionally, the cooking appliance can be controlled to heat the inner pot to heat the solution; and stopping heating when the temperature of the recognition solution reaches a preset temperature threshold.
In addition, the solution with the temperature higher than the preset temperature threshold can be directly added into the container under the control, and the solution is naturally cooled to the preset temperature threshold. Specifically, the selection may be performed according to actual situations, and is not limited herein.
On the basis of the above embodiment, if the solution is heated and food materials are placed in the solution, the food materials are heated at the same time; at this time, the food material will be cooked in advance. This allows the nutrients of the food material to flow into the solution during heating; when the solution is discharged, the nutrition of the food materials is lost along with the discharge of the solution. Therefore, in order to avoid the situation, the food material in the inner pot can be controlled to be separated from the solution in the inner pot before the solution is heated; and controlling the food material to enter the solution after the temperature of the solution reaches a preset temperature threshold value so as to clean the food material.
Further, a height-adjustable food material placing part is arranged in the cooking appliance. When the food material is required to be separated from the solution, the height of the food material placing part in the cooking appliance can be controlled to be raised, so that the food material in the food material placing part is separated from the solution in the inner pot. When the food materials are required to enter the solution, the height of the food material placing part can be controlled to be reduced, so that the food materials in the food material placing part can enter the solution. It should be understood that before the food material is cleaned, the food material needs to be controlled to enter the food material placing part from the food material storage area in the cooking appliance through a pipeline; or, the food material is manually placed on the food material placing part.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the food material placing part may be, but not limited to, funnel-shaped, and a through hole is opened on a side wall thereof, the through hole being mainly used for flowing in/out the solution into the food material placing part.
As a possible implementation manner, after the food material placing part is controlled to be lifted, in order to ensure that the food materials can be washed clean, the food material placing part can be controlled to discharge the solution existing among the food materials.
Optionally, when the bottom of the food material placing part is not provided with a through hole, the food material placing part can be controlled to rotate by a certain angle, such as: 30 degrees to promote the discharge of the solution among the food materials. It should be understood that the rotation angle may be determined according to actual situations, and is not limited herein.
Alternatively, when the bottom of the food material placing part is provided with the through hole, the food material placing part can be controlled not to select, but to maintain the original state, so that the solution between the food materials is automatically discharged, namely drained.
As another embodiment, the cooking appliance is provided with a food material placing part with a movable valve, when the movable valve is closed, the food material is separated from the solution in the inner pot, and when the movable valve is opened, the food material enters the inner pot and is mixed with the solution in the inner pot for cleaning.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to ensure that the amount of the solution matches the amount of the food material, the required amount of the solution may also be determined according to the amount of the food material. Specifically, the required amount of the solution may be determined according to the following steps, as shown in fig. 5, including:
and S51, obtaining the quantity value of the food material.
It should be noted that the value of the food material in the present embodiment refers to a value that can indicate the amount of the food material, such as: weight or volume of food material, etc.
Specifically, the weight of the food material may be detected by a weight sensor; or the height of the food material in the food material placing part is detected through an infrared sensor to determine the volume of the food material in the food material placing part.
And S52, determining the required amount of the solution according to the quantity value.
Specifically, by obtaining the amount of the food material, the required amount of the solution can be determined. For example, the required amount of solution may be determined from a mapping between the amount of the food material and the required amount of solution.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to ensure that the food material can be washed clean, the number of times of washing required by the food material can be determined according to the value of the food material. For example, the number of times of washing required for the food material can be determined according to the mapping relationship between the quantity value of the food material and the number of times of washing required for the food material.
In addition, the food materials can be cleaned according to the cleaning times input by the user besides the cleaning times automatically acquired according to the quantity values of the food materials. For example, the user may communicate with the cooking appliance through the network by using the terminal device, and then adjust the number of times of cleaning by using an application program on the terminal device. Or, the user may directly control a number selection button on the cooking appliance to select a corresponding number of times of washing.
Further, in this embodiment, the actual number of times of washing the food material may also be detected, and whether the number of times of washing required by the food material or the number of times of washing input by the user is reached is determined; then, whether to finish the washing of the food material is determined again. Specifically, whether to end the washing of the food material may be determined according to the following steps, as shown in fig. 6, including:
And S61, acquiring the actual washing times of the food materials.
Note that, the number of times of one cleaning in this embodiment refers to: starting with the addition of the solution to the vessel until all of the solution added is drained from the vessel. That is, steps S11 to S14 are a complete cleaning process. Therefore, the actual number of times the food material has been washed can be obtained by detecting the number of times the solution is added to the container and/or controlling the number of times the solution is drained from the container.
And S62, detecting and determining that the actual cleaning times are equal to the cleaning times, and finishing the cleaning of the food materials.
Specifically, after the actual number of times of washing is obtained, the actual number of times of washing is compared with the number of times of washing required for the food material or the number of times of washing input by the user, and if it is detected that the actual number of times of washing is equal to the number of times of washing required for the food material or the number of times of washing input by the user, it is indicated that the washing operation is completed. At this time, the control ends the washing of the food material. It should be understood that the number of washes here refers to: the number of times of washing required for the food material or the number of times of washing input by the user.
And S63, detecting and determining that the actual cleaning times are less than the cleaning times, and continuously cleaning the food materials.
Specifically, if it is detected that the actual number of times of washing is less than the number of times of washing required for the food material or the number of times of washing input by the user, it is indicated that the washing work is not completed. At this time, the cooking appliance is controlled to continuously wash the food materials.
On the basis of the embodiment, after the food cleaning work is finished, the cooking electric appliance can be controlled to cook the food. In particular, the food material may be cooked according to the following steps, as shown in fig. 7, which include:
and S71, acquiring cooking information of the food material.
Specifically, after the food material washing operation is finished, the cooking information of the food material can be acquired.
Alternatively, when the food placing part is provided in the cooking appliance, the food placing part may be controlled to place the food in the container. Specifically, the food material placing part can be controlled to rotate in the container, such as: rotated 180 degrees to place the food material in the container. In addition, after the food is placed in the container, the food placing part can be controlled to move to the outside of the container or be stored in the container at a fixed position, so that the food placing part is prevented from affecting cooking.
As a possible implementation manner, the cooking information of the food material may be acquired according to the type of the food material and the magnitude of the food material.
Specifically, an image of the food material can be acquired by the image acquisition device, and the image is analyzed to determine the type of the food material. Or determining the type of the food material according to the interaction information between the user and the cooking appliance. For example, the user may select the type of food material by a food material type selection key on the cooking appliance.
Further, the cooking information of the food material is obtained according to the mapping relation among the type of the food material, the magnitude of the food material and the cooking information of the food material. Wherein the cooking information includes: cooking function, cooking duration, cooking power, cooking temperature, etc.
As another possible implementation manner, the cooking information of the food material may be determined directly according to the interaction information between the user and the cooking appliance. For example, the user may select cooking information through a cooking information selection button on the cooking appliance.
And S72, controlling the cooking electric appliance to cook the food material according to the cooking information.
Specifically, the cooking information is acquired, and the cooking appliance can be controlled to cook the food material according to the cooking information.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to enable the food material placing part to place food materials with different sizes, the through hole on the food material placing part can be set to be a through hole with adjustable diameter.
Optionally, when the cooking appliance conveys the food material to the food material placing part, the image of the food material can be collected by the image collecting device, and the size of the food material can be determined by analyzing the image. Further, the through holes on the food material placing part are controlled to be enlarged or reduced so as to adapt to the food materials with corresponding sizes.
In order to realize the embodiment, the embodiment of the invention also provides a device for cleaning food materials by the cooking appliance.
