Abstract
The invention provides a method and a device for determining a position. The method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that User Equipment (UE) detects whether a first signal which is triggered by a user and used for displaying transfer point information is received or not; when the first signal is received, acquiring current position information of the UE, determining at least one piece of preset pickup point information of which the distance from the current position of the UE is smaller than a preset threshold value, and displaying the at least one piece of preset pickup point information; and generating departure place information according to the pick-up point information selected by the user, and sending a taxi taking request comprising the departure place information to a taxi taking system. The invention also provides a device for determining the position, which comprises a signal detection unit, a transfer point display unit and a sending unit. The invention can effectively reduce the complexity of communication between the driver and the passenger to the departure place, thereby improving the taking efficiency and the experience of taking and driving.

As shown in fig. 1, a schematic flow chart of a method for determining a position according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is provided, where the method includes the following steps:

detecting whether a first signal triggered by a service demand side of a taxi taking system is received or not;

determining at least one preset transfer point information with the distance from the current navigation position smaller than a preset threshold;
displaying the current navigation position and the determined take-over point information in a map;
setting origin information as the selected pick-up point information in response to the selection of the pick-up point information by the service demander;
and generating a taxi taking request according to the departure place information and the destination information input by the user, and sending the taxi taking request to a server of the taxi taking system so as to generate a taxi taking order of the taxi taking system, which can be accepted by a service provider.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving map information of the map, wherein the map information of the map comprises the preset transfer point information; and
and updating the preset transfer point information included in the map information by updating the map information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the preset take-over point information is preset taking into account at least one of the following criteria:
a preset distance is used as a reference distance between two adjacent multiplication points;
the position of the taking-over point is obvious, so that the passenger can conveniently find the taking-over point;

the pick-up point is convenient for the driver to stop.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein displaying the current navigation location and the determined waypoint information in a map comprises:
displaying the current navigation position and the take-over point information in different patterns or colors in the map.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the pick-up point information as the origin information in the pick-up order is to be set as a navigation destination by a terminal of the service provider to plan a navigation route.
6. A user equipment, comprising:
the taxi taking system comprises a signal detection unit, a signal processing unit and a control unit, wherein the signal detection unit is configured to detect whether a first signal triggered by a service demander of the taxi taking system is received;
a navigation position obtaining unit, configured to obtain a current navigation position of the user equipment through a positioning function of the user equipment when receiving the first signal, wherein a taxi taking system performs navigation by using the positioning function of the user equipment;
a transfer point determination unit configured to determine at least one preset transfer point information whose distance from the current navigation position is less than a preset threshold;
a display unit configured to display the current navigation position and the determined take-over point information in a map;
a processing and transmitting unit configured to set departure point information as the selected pickup point information in response to selection of the pickup point information by the service demander, and generate a taxi taking request according to the departure point information and destination information input by the user, and transmit the taxi taking request to a server of the taxi taking system to generate a taxi taking order which can be accepted by a service provider of the taxi taking system.
7. The user equipment of claim 6, further comprising a take-over point update unit configured to: receiving map information of the map, wherein the map information of the map comprises the preset transfer point information; and updating the preset transfer point information included in the map information by updating the map information.
8. The user equipment of claim 6, wherein the preset take-over point information is preset taking into account at least one of the following criteria:
a preset distance is used as a reference distance between two adjacent multiplication points;
the position of the taking-over point is obvious, so that the passenger can conveniently find the taking-over point;
the pick-up point information indicates detailed location information;
the pick-up point is convenient for the driver to stop.
9. The user device of claim 6, wherein the display unit is further configured to:

10. The user device of claim 6, wherein the pick-up point information in the taxi-taking order as the origin information is to be set as a navigation destination by a terminal of a service provider of the taxi-taking system to plan a navigation route.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
