Background
The sacroiliac joint dislocation is a common disease and frequently encountered disease, more female than male, and more common postpartum women and middle-aged and elderly people. The dislocation of the sacroiliac joint is manifested by pain of lumbosacral part, hip part and legs, numbness, cold feeling, inconsistent length of both legs, limited movement such as walking, squatting up, turning over and the like, severe pain of waist and lower extremities of serious patients and influence on normal work and life.
The reasons for the dislocation of the sacroiliac joint are mainly as follows: external injury, resulting from a brute force impact or a fall; after delivery, when the women are in the period from pregnancy to puerperium, the sacroiliac joint opens the ligament between bones to be loose, and the recovery of the restoration state is not good after delivery; the weak constitution can cause ligament and muscle relaxation, which can not play a role in protection and cause dislocation; the spinal column is strong and straight, and bone tuberculosis, etc.
Conventional treatment methods for sacroiliac joint dislocation include: traditional Chinese medicine bone setting manipulation treatment, aiming at dislocation of sacroiliac joints in different directions, performing reduction by pulling, pushing, rotating, moving and other manipulations, and performing conditioning and loosening treatment by massaging and other manipulations; the medicine treatment is that oral or external medicines are used for treating inflammation diminishing, pain relieving, muscles and tendons relaxing, blood circulation promoting and the like, so as to achieve the effects of relieving symptoms and reducing pain; physical therapy, which is therapy by heat therapy, electrotherapy, phototherapy, magnetotherapy, ultrasonic therapy, hydrotherapy, etc.; surgical treatment is often used for patients with severe or recurrent episodes of persistent disease.
Through the search of the prior published patent documents, there are several related patent documents:
