本发明公开了一种高效散热型的LED路灯,包括底座,所述底座内部设有连接腔,所述连接腔内部固定连接有蓄电池,且所述底座顶部固定连接有灯柱,所述灯柱顶端设有支撑板,所述支撑板两端均固定连接有滑块,且所述灯柱上方设有箱体,所述箱体两侧内壁均设有滑槽,所述滑块均与滑槽滑动相连,所述箱体两侧均固定连接有太阳能电池板,所述灯柱两侧均固定连接有连接件,所述连接件一端均与箱体固定相连,所述箱体顶部固定连接有连接壳体,所述连接壳体顶部设有多个灯座,所述灯座顶端均安装有LED节能灯管,该种高效散热型的LED路灯,散热效果好,且便于检修,节约能源,保护环境,能够作为应急光源设施使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及路灯技术领域,具体为一种高效散热型的LED路灯。
背景技术
路灯,指给道路提供照明功能的灯具,现有的路灯包括灯杆、底座、灯体,底座设置于灯杆底部,灯体设置于灯杆上部,设置于灯杆上部的灯体作为照明的工具,离地面高度是固定。当灯体出现损坏,需要更换新的灯体时,由于灯体较高,人们往往需要使用吊车等大型机器来完成灯体的更换,从而浪费了大量的人力物力,同时,现有的灯杆一般采用市政供电,不能达到环保节能的要求,这样远远无法满足当前人们对该产品的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效散热型的LED路灯,散热效果好,且便于检修,节约能源,保护环境,能够作为应急光源设施使用,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高效散热型的LED路灯,包括底座,所述底座内部设有连接腔,所述连接腔内部固定连接有蓄电池,且所述底座顶部固定连接有灯柱,所述灯柱顶端设有支撑板,所述支撑板两端均固定连接有滑块,且所述灯柱上方设有箱体,所述箱体两侧内壁均设有滑槽,所述滑块均与滑槽滑动相连,所述箱体两侧均固定连接有太阳能电池板,所述灯柱两侧均固定连接有连接件,所述连接件一端均与箱体固定相连,所述箱体顶部固定连接有连接壳体,所述连接壳体顶部设有多个灯座,所述灯座顶端均安装有LED节能灯管,且所述灯座外侧固定连接有多个散热鳍片,所述连接壳体两侧均设有多个散热孔,且所述连接壳体上端设有灯罩,所述灯罩两侧底端均设有散热扇,所述LED节能灯管与散热扇均通过导线与蓄电池相连。
进一步的,所述灯罩两侧内壁均固定连接有衔接块,所述连接壳体顶端两侧均设有衔接槽,所述衔接块均与衔接槽卡和连接。
进一步的,所述散热扇包括驱动马达与扇叶,所述扇叶与驱动马达输出端固定相连,且所述散热扇一侧设有防护网罩,所述防护网罩与灯罩固定相连。
进一步的,所述连接件一端通过固定螺栓与箱体固定相连。
进一步的,所述连接腔一侧设有检修板,所述检修板通过固定螺栓与底座固定相连。
进一步的,所述连接壳体设为筒体结构,且所述连接壳体底部设有多个通孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
通过设置太阳能电池板,在蓄电池内部储存电量,节约能源,保护环境,通过设置滑块与滑槽,使箱体能够移动,在检修时,能够使箱体向下移动,不用工人爬高进行检修,通过设置连接件,便于固定与拆卸箱体,通过设置散热鳍片,吸收灯座上的热量,通过设置散热孔与散热扇,能够将灯罩内部的热量排出,增加散热效果,通过设置衔接块与衔接槽,便于安装灯罩,通过设置防护网罩,对散热扇进行保护,通过设置检修板,便于对连接腔内部进行检修,将蓄电池设置在底座中,方便检修。

如图1-图4所示,一种高效散热型的LED路灯,包括底座1,所述底座1内部设有连接腔2,所述连接腔2内部固定连接有蓄电池3,储存电量,且所述底座1顶部固定连接有灯柱4,所述灯柱4顶端设有支撑板5,所述支撑板5两端均固定连接有滑块6,且所述灯柱4上方设有箱体7,所述箱体7两侧内壁均设有滑槽8,所述滑块6均与滑槽8滑动相连,使箱体7能够移动,在检修时,能够使箱体7向下移动,不用工人爬高进行检修,所述箱体7两侧均固定连接有太阳能电池板9,在蓄电池3内部储存电量,节约能源,保护环境,所述灯柱4两侧均固定连接有连接件10,便于固定与拆卸箱体7,所述连接件10一端均与箱体7固定相连,所述箱体7顶部固定连接有连接壳体11,所述连接壳体11顶部设有多个灯座12,所述灯座12顶端均安装有LED节能灯管13,且所述灯座12外侧固定连接有多个散热鳍片14,吸收灯座12上的热量,所述连接壳体11两侧均设有多个散热孔15,且所述连接壳体11上端设有灯罩16,所述灯罩16两侧底端均设有散热扇17,能够将灯罩16内部的热量排出,增加散热效果,所述LED节能灯管13与散热扇17均通过导线与蓄电池3相连。
更具体而言,所述灯罩16两侧内壁均固定连接有衔接块18,所述连接壳体11顶端两侧均设有衔接槽19,所述衔接块18均与衔接槽19卡和连接,便于安装灯罩16,所述散热扇17包括驱动马达20与扇叶21,所述扇叶21与驱动马达20输出端固定相连,且所述散热扇17一侧设有防护网罩22,对散热扇17进行保护,所述防护网罩22与灯罩16固定相连,所述连接件10一端通过固定螺栓与箱体7固定相连,所述连接腔2一侧设有检修板23,便于对连接腔2内部进行检修,将蓄电池3设置在底座1中,方便检修,所述检修板23通过固定螺栓与底座1固定相连,所述连接壳体11设为筒体结构,且所述连接壳体11底部设有多个通孔,增加空气的流动,提高散热效果。
工作原理:该种高效散热型的LED路灯,通过设置太阳能电池板9,在蓄电池3内部储存电量,节约能源,保护环境,通过设置滑块6与滑槽8,使箱体7能够移动,在检修时,能够使箱体7向下移动,不用工人爬高进行检修,通过设置连接件10,便于固定与拆卸箱体7,通过设置散热鳍片14,吸收灯座12上的热量,通过设置散热孔15与散热扇17,能够将灯罩16内部的热量排出,增加散热效果,通过设置衔接块18与衔接槽19,便于安装灯罩16,通过设置防护网罩22,对散热扇17进行保护,通过设置检修板23,便于对连接腔2内部进行检修,将蓄电池3设置在底座1中,方便检修。

1.一种高效散热型的LED路灯,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述底座(1)内部设有连接腔(2),所述连接腔(2)内部固定连接有蓄电池(3),且所述底座(1)顶部固定连接有灯柱(4),所述灯柱(4)顶端设有支撑板(5),所述支撑板(5)两端均固定连接有滑块(6),且所述灯柱(4)上方设有箱体(7),所述箱体(7)两侧内壁均设有滑槽(8),所述滑块(6)均与滑槽(8)滑动相连,所述箱体(7)两侧均固定连接有太阳能电池板(9),所述灯柱(4)两侧均固定连接有连接件(10),所述连接件(10)一端均与箱体(7)固定相连,所述箱体(7)顶部固定连接有连接壳体(11),所述连接壳体(11)顶部设有多个灯座(12),所述灯座(12)顶端均安装有LED节能灯管(13),且所述灯座(12)外侧固定连接有多个散热鳍片(14),所述连接壳体(11)两侧均设有多个散热孔(15),且所述连接壳体(11)上端设有灯罩(16),所述灯罩(16)两侧底端均设有散热扇(17),所述LED节能灯管(13)与散热扇(17)均通过导线与蓄电池(3)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效散热型的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩(16)两侧内壁均固定连接有衔接块(18),所述连接壳体(11)顶端两侧均设有衔接槽(19),所述衔接块(18)均与衔接槽(19)卡和连接。
