In the field of investment casting, wax mould products are usually produced by adopting a wax pressing mould, the traditional wax pressing mould adopts a manual opening and closing mould, a wax part is blown out by an air gun, only one or two moulds can be adopted manually, only 600 wax moulds can be produced by per shift, and the moulds are steel moulds, so that the weight is high, the labor intensity of workers is high, and for orders with more than ten thousand batches, sixteen days are required for wax pressing, and the delivery time requirement can not be met seriously.
Accordingly, the prior art has drawbacks and needs improvement.

The upper die plate 31 is connected to the die plate of the wax pressing machine through the fixing plate 32, and the hydraulic system of the wax pressing machine drives the die plate to lift, so that the fixing plate 32 and the upper die plate 31 are sequentially driven to lift, and die opening and die closing between the upper die plate 31 and the middle die plate 21 are realized. The cooling liquid water inlet 33 and the cooling liquid water outlet 34 on the upper die plate 31 and the middle die plate 21 are connected with a cooling water system of the wax pressing machine, so that the die is always kept in a cooling state, and the working temperature of the die is reduced.
Before wax pressing, a release agent is sprayed between the upper template 31 and the middle template 21 and between the middle template 21 and the lower template 11 respectively, then the middle template 21 is driven by the first lifting driving component 22 to press the lower template 11, the upper template 31 is driven by the fixed plate 32 to press down the middle template 21, so that the upper template 31, the middle template 21 and the lower template 11 are pressed together, mold closing is completed, wax injection is carried out, the wax injection channel 12 is filled in the forming groove 23, after three seconds of pressure maintaining, mold opening is carried out, the fixed plate 32 drives the upper template 31 to lift, the upper template 31 is separated from the middle template 21, the ejector rod drives the ejector plate 42 and the ejector rod 41 to lift, the product wax is ejected from the forming groove 23, then the product wax is manually taken out, the ejector rod returns to the initial position, the first lifting driving component 22 drives the middle template 21 to lift, the middle template 21 is separated from the lower template 11, the second lifting driving component 52 drives the ejector plate 54 and the ejector pin 51 sequentially, the wax injection channel in the wax injection channel 12 is ejected, the ejector pin 51 is manually taken out, the product wax is sequentially completed, the product wax ejection 21 and the lower template 11 are sequentially circulated from the initial position, and the upper template 11 is pressed back to the initial position, and the upper template 11 is pressed, and the cycle is completed, and the product is pressed down, and the template is pressed. The process is repeated, so that automatic production of the product wax can be realized. Meanwhile, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the connection between the forming groove 23 and the wax injection channel 12 is half of a circle, so that the product wax is ensured to be formed, and the wax injection molding machine can be pushed to break when the ejector mold rod ejects the product wax and the inner gate.
It should be noted that the release agent is sprayed after 4 to 6 cycles. Further, a handle control valve 6 is also included, which is connected to the first and second lift drive assemblies 22 and 52, respectively. The operator can manually control the lifting of center form 21 and ejector pins 51 by manually controlling the extension and retraction of the drive ends of first lift drive assembly 22 and second lift drive assembly 52.
