工作原理:实际使用时,手捏防护头7,手指卡在相邻两个卡指板8之间将防护头7从套管6旋拧拆除,然后将真空抽吸设备的针头穿过皮塞头5对真空腔4内部空气抽吸,抽吸完毕后,将针头拔出,皮塞头5表面针孔自动闭合,然后将防护头7回拧封堵在套管6上,真空腔4形成针孔提升配电柜的隔音效果,且真空腔4内部加设两侧吸音板3,吸音板3处于真空腔4内部避免破损;雨篷13顶面加设橡胶罩29和海绵罩14,避免雨滴滴落在雨篷13表面产生的霹雳吧啦的声音,如此减小雨天配电柜产生的噪音,在雨篷13顶部开设集液仓30收集雨水,晴天时集液仓30内部雨水蒸发对雨篷13以及雨篷13底部的柜体散热,且集液仓30中插接的吸热金属板33延伸至内框体中,集液仓30内部雨水蒸发对吸热金属板30和翅片34起到降温作用,从而实现对内框架内部降温;配电柜两侧的散热架15表面开设通风口17形成对流,通风口17尺寸大满足散热需求,且散热架15的内部加设加固网孔撑板16支撑,并且散热架15的敞口处加设装有阻尘布袋罩21的防尘安装网架20,实现对通风气流的阻尘,牵拉杆25对散热架15牵拉,借助螺杆贯穿预留孔27将固定板26固定在墙体上即可。Working principle: In actual use, pinch the
