Referring to fig. 1-10, the present embodiment provides a charging/discharging waterproof connector, which has a firm connection structure between a plug and a socket when the charging/discharging waterproof connector is in an assembled state, and is not easy to separate from the plug and the socket, so that the use safety is high.
It should be noted that the charge-discharge waterproof connector can be applied to aspects such as light traffic, new energy, electric vehicles, electric forklifts, waterproof connectors of electromechanical equipment and the like.
Referring to fig. 1-4, in the present embodiment, the charge-discharge waterproof connector includes a first connector 100, a second connector 200, an elastic restoring member and a locking protrusion 400, wherein the locking protrusion 400 is slidably connected with the first connector 100 in a circumferential direction of the first connector 100, and the elastic restoring member is disposed on the first connector 100 and is used for abutting against the locking protrusion 400 and making the locking protrusion 400 generate a tendency to rotate relative to the first connector 100 along a first preset direction;
When the first plug connector 100 and the second plug connector 200 are close to each other, the clamping protrusion 400 can rotate along a second preset direction opposite to the first preset direction under the guidance of the guide inclined plane, and after the clamping protrusion 400 or the clamping groove 220 is separated from the guide inclined plane, the clamping protrusion 400 rotates along the first preset direction under the action of the elastic reset element to be clamped in the clamping groove 220, so that the first plug connector 100 and the second plug connector 200 are limited to be far away from each other, and the first plug connector 100 and the second plug connector 200 are not easy to separate.
It should be noted that, the first connector 100 and the second connector 200 are a plug and a socket that are matched with each other, for example, when the first connector 100 is a plug, the second connector 200 is a socket, and when the first connector 100 is a socket, the second connector 200 is a plug. In this embodiment, the first connector 100 is taken as a plug, and the second connector 200 is taken as a socket.
In other words, the first connector 100 is provided with a plurality of conductive posts 110, referring to fig. 7, the second connector 200 is provided with a plurality of conductive slots 210, the plurality of conductive posts 110 are plugged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of conductive slots 210, and the pair of conductive posts 110 are electrically connected with the conductive slots to perform the function of transmitting electric power. Obviously, after the plug and the socket are plugged, the function of transmitting signals can be achieved.
It should be noted that the conductive socket 210 may be a crown spring hole.
In this embodiment, when the first plug connector 100 and the second plug connector 200 approach each other to achieve plug connection, the clamping protrusion 400 can rotate relative to the first plug connector along the second preset direction under the guidance of the guiding inclined plane and drive the elastic reset member to move, so that the elastic reset member generates elastic force for restoring deformation, and when the clamping protrusion 400 or the clamping groove 220 is separated from the guiding inclined plane, the clamping protrusion 400 rotates along the first preset direction under the elastic force of the elastic reset member, so that the clamping protrusion 400 is clamped into the clamping groove 220, and the clamping matching structure of the clamping protrusion 400 and the clamping groove 220 can prevent the first plug connector 100 and the second plug connector 200 from being mutually separated, so that the firmness of the first plug connector 100 and the second plug connector 200 after being plugged is improved, and in the plug connection matching process, the first plug connector 100 and the second plug connector 200 are not easy to separate, power failure is not easy to cause, and the use is safe and reliable.
Meanwhile, when the first plug connector 100 and the second plug connector 200 are in plug-in fit, the first plug connector 100 and the second plug connector 200 are aligned and then are plugged in, and the clamping protrusion 400 can be automatically clamped into the clamping groove 220 under the action of the elastic reset piece, so that the operation is convenient and quick.
Referring to fig. 5, in the embodiment, optionally, a limiting groove 120 is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the first connector 100, and the limiting groove 120 extends along a circumferential direction of the first connector 100, wherein the first preset direction and the second preset direction are both in the circumferential direction of the first connector 100. The limiting groove 120 has a first groove wall and a second groove wall in the axial direction of the first connector 100, and the first groove wall is close to one end of the first connector 100, which is connected with the second connector 200. An inlet and outlet 130 is arranged on the first groove wall, and the inlet and outlet 130 is communicated with the limit groove 120.
Optionally, the outer peripheral surface of the first connector 100 is further provided with a first blocking member 140 and a second blocking member 160, and the first blocking member 140 and the second blocking member 160 are respectively arranged at two sides of the extending direction of the limiting groove 120. The first blocking member 140 and the second blocking member 160 may each be two groove walls of the limiting groove 120 in the extending direction thereof.
Optionally, an intermediate blocking member 150 is disposed between the first blocking member 140 and the second blocking member 160, the intermediate blocking member 150 is an inclined wall having an angle with the bottom of the limiting groove 120, and the distance between the intermediate blocking member 150 and the bottom of the limiting groove 120 in a direction away from the first blocking member 140 increases gradually, and a space is provided between the intermediate blocking member 150 and the second blocking member 160.
It should be noted that, a side surface of the first blocking member 140 facing the second blocking member 160 is located in the same plane as one side wall of the inlet/outlet 130, in other words, a structure entering the limiting groove 120 from the inlet/outlet 130 directly abuts against the first blocking member 140, thereby limiting the structure entering the inlet/outlet 130 from rotating toward the first blocking member 140 in the extending direction of the limiting groove 120. The second blocking member 160 has a distance from the first blocking member 140 such that a structure entering the limiting groove 120 from the inlet/outlet 130 can be rotated by a set distance with respect to the limiting groove 120 near the second limiting member, and stops rotating after being rotated to abut against the second limiting member, and simultaneously, during rotation of the sleeve 500 in the second preset direction, the structure entering from the inlet/outlet 130 can pass over the intermediate blocking member 150 and be located between the intermediate blocking member 150 and the second limiting member, and such that the sleeve 500 can only be rotated back and forth between the intermediate blocking member 150 and the second limiting member.
In addition, the number of the limiting grooves 120 is plural, and each limiting groove 120 is provided with an inlet and an outlet 130, and a first limiting member and a second limiting member which are arranged at intervals. For example, in the present embodiment, the number of the limiting grooves 120 is two.
Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the charging/discharging waterproof connector optionally further includes a sleeve 500, where the sleeve 500 is sleeved outside the first connector 100 and can be removed from the first connector 100, in other words, the sleeve 500 is detachably connected to the first connector 100.
Optionally, the limiting protrusions 510 are disposed on an inner peripheral wall of the sleeve 500, the number of the limiting protrusions 510 corresponds to the number of the limiting grooves 120, and the plurality of limiting protrusions 510 corresponds to the plurality of inlets and outlets 130 one by one, and each limiting protrusion 510 can enter into the limiting groove 120 from the corresponding inlet and outlet 130.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, when the sleeve 500 is sleeved outside the first connector 100, the plurality of limiting protrusions 510 on the sleeve 500 are aligned with the plurality of inlets and outlets 130 on the first connector 100 in one-to-one correspondence and in the axial direction of the first connector 100, at this time, the sleeve 500 and the first connector 100 are made to approach each other, the limiting protrusions 510 enter the limiting grooves 120 from the corresponding inlets and outlets 130, and then the sleeve 500 is rotated along the second preset direction, so that the limiting protrusions 510 can pass over the middle blocking member 150, and the limiting protrusions 510 can abut against the second blocking member 160 when continuing to rotate, and the second limiting members limit the rotation angle of the limiting protrusions 510. And since the thickness of the middle barrier 150 from the bottom of the limit groove 120 is gradually increased in a direction away from the first barrier 140, the limit protrusion 510 can elastically deform the middle barrier 150 when abutting against the middle barrier 150 and after passing over the middle barrier 150, the middle barrier 150 returns to the deformed state, so that the limit protrusion 510 cannot rotate in the first preset direction to pass over the middle barrier 150, and thus, the limit protrusion 510 is limited between the middle barrier 150 and the second barrier 160.
It should be noted that, the sleeve 500 is rotationally matched with the first plug connector 100, and the sleeve 500 and the first plug connector 100 are connected through a damping structure, so as to play a role in limiting the free rotation of the sleeve 500, and the sleeve 500 can rotate only by overcoming damping under the action of external force. Under the condition that the sleeve 500 is not subjected to external force, the positions of the sleeve 500 and the first plug connector 100 are kept relatively stable, and the sleeve is not easy to rotate freely.
Meanwhile, since the first blocking member 140 is disposed at the inlet and outlet 130, the rotation direction of the sleeve 500 with respect to the first socket connector 100 after the limit protrusion 510 enters the limit groove 120 is restricted, the sleeve 500 is prevented from rotating in the first preset direction, and the accuracy of the operation of the sleeve 500 is improved. And when the sleeve 500 rotates along the second preset direction for a set angle, the limiting protrusion 510 and the inlet and outlet 130 are at least partially staggered in the axial direction of the first plug connector 100, at this time, the limiting protrusion 510 is blocked by the first groove wall of the limiting groove 120 and cannot enter the inlet and outlet 130 along the axial direction of the first plug connector 100, so that the sleeve 500 and the first plug connector 100 are relatively fixed in the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the first plug connector 100. And the limit projection 510 is limited between the intermediate stopper 150 and the second stopper 160 due to the intermediate stopper 150, preventing the sleeve 500 from being separated from the first socket connector 100.
Alternatively, the locking protrusion 400 is disposed on the sleeve 500, and the locking protrusion 400 has a first guiding slope 410. Meanwhile, the elastic restoring member is disposed on the sleeve 500 and connected with the clamping protrusion 400, so that the clamping protrusion 400 has a tendency to rotate along a first preset direction.
When the sleeve 500 is sleeved outside the first plug connector 100 and rotates along the second preset direction by a set angle, the sleeve 500 is locked with the first plug connector 100, that is, the installation of the clamping protrusion 400 and the first plug connector 100 is completed, and the clamping protrusion 400 can be matched with the clamping groove 220 in a clamping manner.
The number of the engaging protrusions 400 is plural, and the engaging protrusions 400 have a pitch in the circumferential direction of the sleeve 500. For example, in the present embodiment, the number of the snap projections 400 is two.
In this embodiment, optionally, the number of the engaging grooves 220 on the outer peripheral surface of the second connector 200 is plural, for example, the number of the engaging grooves 220 is two.
Further, a second guiding inclined plane 230 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the second connector 200, and one side of the second guiding inclined plane 230 is connected to the groove wall of the locking groove 220.
Alternatively, the resilient return member may be, but is not limited to, a spring.
Referring to fig. 8-10, the charging/discharging waterproof connector further includes a first magnet 600 and a second magnet 700, wherein the first magnet 600 is connected to the first connector 100, the second magnet 700 is connected to the second connector 200, and the first magnet 600 and the second magnet 700 are magnetically attracted when the first connector 100 and the second connector 200 are in plug-in fit. When the first connector 100 and the second connector 200 are aligned, the magnetic poles of the first magnet 600 and the second magnet 700 are different, so that they can attract each other, and when the first connector 100 and the second connector 200 are not aligned and connected, the magnetic poles of the first magnet 600 and the second magnet 700 are the same, and they repel each other, thereby playing a foolproof role.
