已知,在硬脂酸和椰子脂酸的基础上的香皂,通过大量的添加物质,可以改变和改善其应用技术特性。
例如由DE-PS 593 422已知,通过在基础皂混合物中添加10-15重量%十六烷麦芽糖,可以改善洗涤效力和钙皂分散度。此外由EP 0463 912 A1、DE 43 31 297 A1和DE 43 37 031 C2已知以脂肪酸-基础皂为基础的含有烷基-(寡)-苷的皂块。在可以查阅的手册中,例如Geoffrey Martin:现代肥皂和洗涤工业,第1卷,(1959),第VI章,甚至于还说明了无机填充剂作为肥皂的补充剂,但是其中也说明了滑石粉在肥皂块中所起的副作用。

按照本发明的成型肥皂产品因此在机械性成型之后具有特别光滑的表面。它们在使用时产生一种奶油样的稳固的泡沫。在硬水中产生的钙皂沉淀物在水中呈分散状,不会导致在卫生用品的表面上形成灰色的油腻的薄层。
本发明所包含的滑石粉为,理论组成成分为3MgO.4SiO2.H2O和Mg3(Si4O10).(OH)2的水合硅酸镁,但是在整个产品中所含有的水合硅酸镁铝含量至多为12重量%Al2O3。
滑石粉的粒子直径(等效球体直径)在0.5-50μm的范围内。一般来说,所含有的1μm以下的粒子不超过5重量%和50μm以上的粒子不超过5重量%,这样一些滑石粉质量证明合适有效。直径大于40μm的粒子含量(滤渣)优选最高为2重量%。平均粒子直径(D50)优选为5-15μm。

作为制备基础皂的脂肪酸,可以应用携带12-22个碳原子的直链脂肪酸,例如月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、花生酸和山芋酸,但是还可以应用不饱和脂肪酸,例如棕榈油酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸和芥酸。优选应用工业级混合物,例如由植物性和动物性脂肪和油所获得的,例如椰子油脂肪酸和动物脂肪酸。特别优选椰子脂肪酸和动物脂肪酸馏分的混合物,更优选由50-80重量%C16-C18-脂肪酸和20-50重量%C12-C14脂肪酸组成的混合物,尤其是50-80重量%C16-C18-动物脂肪酸和20-50重量%C12-C14-椰子脂肪酸的混合物。
脂肪酸以其碱金属皂的形式,通常是钠皂的形式应用。还可以由脂肪和油直接通过用氢氧化钠进行皂化作用(水解)和分离甘油制成肥皂。优选本发明成型肥皂产品附加含有1-10重量%的带有12-22个碳原子的游离脂肪酸。它们可以与基础皂的脂肪酸相同,并在皂化过程中通过相应的碱金属不足而被带入基础皂中。优选在皂化过程以后和浓缩以后,而在干燥以前计量加入游离脂肪酸。
烷基-(寡)-苷为已知的、市面上可以获得的非离子表面活性剂,可以按照有机化学的一些方法获得,相当于通式R1-O(G)x,其中R1为一个伯C12-C16-烷基和(G)x为一个寡-苷残基,其低聚度为x=1-2。大量文献资料中的代表是EP-A-0 301 298和WO-A-90/3977。可以由携带5或6个碳原子的醛糖和酮糖衍生出烷基-(寡)-苷。由于方便获得的原因,在工业规模主要由葡萄糖制备烷基-(寡)-苷。
低聚度x为一平均值,它由单糖、二糖、三糖和高聚糖的同系物分布所产生。在应用技术上特别优选的是这样一些烷基-(寡)-苷,其低聚度x低于1.7,尤其是在1.2-1.5之间。这样一些产物例如可以在HENKEL KGaA公司的商品名称Plantaren1200下获得。
除烷基-(寡)-苷以外,本发明成型肥皂还可以含有其它的合成表面活性剂,例如丰富泡沫的对皮肤无刺激的阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、甜菜表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂。特别优选的本发明肥皂产品附加含有至多15重量%合成的、阴离子的、两性离子的或两性的表面活性剂。优选合适的阴离子表面活性剂例如为通式R2O-(C2H4O)n-SO3Na的烷基醚硫酸盐,其中R2为优选直链的、携带12-16个碳原子的伯烷基,n为1-10的平均值。其它合适的阴离子表面活性剂例如有通式R3CO-OCH2CH2-SO3Na的酰基羟乙磺酸盐,其中R3CO为一个直链的、携带12-18个碳原子的酰基。所列举的阴离子表面活性剂也可以在市面上获得。
本发明成型肥皂产品此外还含有剂量为5-15重量%的水。水含量一方面是由于制备方法,另一方面是对肥皂的使用特性产生有利的作用。
最后,本发明成型肥皂还可以含有剂量最多为5重量%的香料和其它常用的辅剂和添加剂。合适的辅剂例如有黏合剂或增塑剂。后者合适的有,例如甘油、脂肪酸偏甘油酯或携带12-22个碳原子的脂肪醇。当将烷基-(寡)-苷作为含有至多50重量%游离脂肪醇的粗产物应用时,可以将脂肪醇例如作为烷基-(寡)-苷的副产物一起添加。
其它的辅剂例如有染料、抗生素物质、除臭剂、颜料(TiO2)、光学增白剂和络合剂。
本发明成型肥皂的制备可以按照制备肥皂的常用方法进行。首先由脂肪酸和氢氧化钠溶液制备固含量为25-50重量%的基础皂,然后浓缩至50-70重量%的固含量。在这种例如60%强度的基础皂中即可混合掺入滑石、任选游离脂肪酸、阴离子表面活性剂和络合剂。然后将基础皂例如在一个真空膨胀干燥器中在120℃-130℃的温度下继续脱水。在膨胀过程中肥皂自行冷却至60℃以下的温度而变成固态。在此过程中,肥皂条以73-85重量%的固含量沉淀。
进一步加工处理这些基础皂即成型为香皂。它是在肥皂混合器中进行,在此过程中将烷基-(寡)-苷和常用辅剂和添加剂的浆料混合掺入至肥皂条中。如果需要制备肥皂块,则将基础皂条和由烷基-(寡)-苷和例如香料、染料、颜料和其它辅剂的浆料一起,在带有孔筛的螺杆混合器中剧烈搅拌,最后经挤压机排料和任选送入块形压机中。
本发明成型肥皂产品还可以为面条型、针型、颗粒型、挤出物型、薄片型和任何其它肥皂产品常见的形状。
除所说明的方法之外,还可以在成型时才将滑石加入至73-85%强度的基础皂中。在这种情况下将滑石粉与烷基-(寡)-苷、香料和辅剂的浆料一起通过合适的计量装置,例如传送带式计量器和震动计量器,送入肥皂混合器中。
本发明肥皂产品的特征是具有特别光滑的表面,这一特点尤其是在加工成肥皂块时可以感觉到非常舒适。使用时形成丰富的细小泡状的滑腻的泡沫。尽管在硬水中也形成钙皂沉淀,但这些沉淀是分散在溶液中,它们不会在硬物表面沉淀形成油腻灰色的斑迹或奶酪样边缘,而是至多为浅淡的细密分布的薄膜。
以下实施例能进一步说明本发明内容。

制备:
将基础皂条与其它成分在通常的肥皂混合器(带有孔筛的螺杆混合器)中计量,通过多次混合使之均匀化,通过挤压机排料,切割和以通常的方式加工成块状。
Claims (12)
1.成型肥皂产品,它含有(a)60-85重量%其碱金属皂形式的具有12-22个碳原子的脂肪酸和(b)1-10重量%通式R1O-(G)x的烷基-寡-苷,其中R1为一个伯C12-C16-烷基和(G)x为一个寡-苷残基,其低聚度为x=1-2,(c)5-20重量%滑石。
2.按照权利要求1的肥皂产品,其特征为,脂肪酸由50-80重量%C16-C18-脂肪酸和20-50重量%C12-C14-脂肪酸所组成。
3.按照权利要求1或2的肥皂产品,其特征为,其中附加含有1-10重量%携带12-22个碳原子的游离脂肪酸。
4.按照权利要求1或2的肥皂产品,其特征为,其中附加含有至多15重量%合成的、阴离子的、两性离子的或两性的表面活性剂。
5.按照权利要求3的肥皂产品,其特征为,其中附加含有至多15重量%合成的、阴离子的、两性离子的或两性的表面活性剂。
6.按照权利要求1或2的肥皂产品,其特征为,含有5-15重量%水。
7.按照权利要求3的肥皂产品,其特征为,含有5-15重量%水。
8.按照权利要求4的肥皂产品,其特征为,含有5-15重量%水。
9.按照权利要求1或2的肥皂产品,其特征为,其中含有至多5重量%剂量的香料和其它常用辅剂和添加剂。
10.按照权利要求3的肥皂产品,其特征为,其中含有至多5重量%剂量的香料和其它常用辅剂和添加剂。
11.按照权利要求4的肥皂产品,其特征为,其中含有至多5重量%剂量的香料和其它常用辅剂和添加剂。
12.按照权利要求6的肥皂产品,其特征为,其中含有至多5重量%剂量的香料和其它常用辅剂和添加剂。
