Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an energy saving control method for an air conditioner, which is a flowchart of a preferred embodiment of the energy saving control method for the air conditioner provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, and the method includes steps S11 to S13:
step S11, acquiring the current outdoor environment temperature through a temperature sensor;
step S12, comparing the current outdoor environment temperature with a preset first outdoor environment temperature threshold and a preset second outdoor environment temperature threshold;
and step S13, controlling the running frequency of the compressor of the air conditioner, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan and the on-off state of a water valve of a water pipe which is parallel to and surrounds the refrigerant pipe according to the comparison result.
Specifically, the outdoor environment temperature is obtained through an outdoor environment temperature sensor, the outdoor environment temperature is compared with a first outdoor environment temperature threshold and a second outdoor environment temperature threshold, and the running frequency of a compressor of the air conditioner, the rotating speed of an outdoor fan and the on-off state of a water valve of a water pipe surrounding the refrigerant pipe in parallel are controlled according to a comparison result; the value range of the first outdoor environment temperature threshold value can be, but is not limited to, 25-30 ℃, and the value range of the second outdoor environment temperature threshold value can be, but is not limited to, not less than 35 ℃.
In another preferred embodiment, the controlling the operation frequency of the compressor of the air conditioner, the rotation speed of the outdoor fan, and the on/off state of the water valve of the water pipe surrounding the refrigerant pipe in parallel according to the comparison result specifically includes:
if T is more than T1 and less than or equal to T2, the water valve is controlled to be opened, and the running frequency of the compressor is controlled to be a preset initial frequency F0Comparing the temperature difference of the indoor and outdoor coil pipes obtained after a preset time period with a preset first temperature difference threshold value and a preset second temperature difference threshold value respectively, and controlling the running frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the comparison result; wherein the current outdoor ambient temperature is T, the first outdoor ambient temperature threshold is T1, and the second outdoor ambient temperature threshold is T2;
if T2 < T, controlControlling the water valve to be opened and detecting when the running frequency of the compressor is a preset first frequency F1And the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is a preset initial rotating speed r0A first current required by the air conditioner; detecting when the operating frequency of the compressor is a preset second frequency F2And the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is a preset first rotating speed r1A second current required by the air conditioner; controlling the operating frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the first current and the second current; wherein, 0<F1<F2<F0,0<r1<r0。
Specifically, when T1 is more than T and less than or equal to T2, the water valve is controlled to be opened, and the running frequency of the compressor is controlled to be the initial frequency F0Comparing the temperature difference of the indoor and outdoor coil pipes obtained after M minutes with a first temperature difference threshold value and a second temperature difference threshold value, and controlling the running frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the comparison result; the flow direction of water in the water valve is opposite to the flow direction of a refrigerant in the refrigerant pipe, so that the heat exchange is increased; when T2 is less than T, the outdoor working condition is considered to be high, the load is large for the air conditioner, the outdoor fan, the compressor and the water valve are simultaneously opened to ensure the user experience in the high-temperature environment, after the system is stable, the refrigeration effect is inevitably increased greatly due to the participation of the water cooling system in heat exchange, the water valve is controlled to be opened, and the operation frequency of the compressor is detected to be the first frequency F1And the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is a preset initial rotating speed r0A first current required by the air conditioner; detecting when the operating frequency of the compressor is a preset second frequency F2And the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is a preset first rotating speed r1A second current required by the air conditioner; controlling the operating frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the first current and the second current; wherein, 0<F1<F2<F0,0<r1<r0(ii) a Initial frequency F0The water valve of the water pipe surrounding the refrigerant pipe in parallel is closedThe operating frequency required by the compressor when the air conditioner maintains the operating state in the state can be but is not limited to 0-200 HZ; initial rotational speed r0The water-indicating valve switch is the operation rotating speed required by the outdoor fan when the air conditioner maintains the operation state under the closed state, and the value range can be but is not limited to 0-2000 revolutions; the value of the first temperature difference threshold value X1 is selected from but not limited to 0; the value range of the second temperature difference threshold value X2 can be selected from but is not limited to 1-2 ℃.
In the present embodiment, the first frequency F1The acquisition steps are as follows: first of all the compressor is set to an initial frequency F0Operating by reducing the operating frequency of the compressor to F in steps of Δ FxObtaining the temperature difference of the indoor and outdoor coil pipes after M minutes of operation, and obtaining the temperature difference when delta t<At 0, continue to down convert to F with Δ FyUntil delta t is more than or equal to 0 and less than X2; taking the running frequency of the compressor when the delta t is more than or equal to 0 and less than X2 as F1. Wherein, the value range of the delta F can be but is not limited to 0-30 HZ, and the value range of the X2 can be but is not limited to 1-2 ℃; the value range of M can be but is not limited to 0-20.
In the present embodiment, the first rotation speed r1The acquisition steps are as follows: when the compressor is at the first frequency F1Running and outdoor fan rotating speed r0After running for N minutes, reducing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan by delta r, wherein the rotating speed r isxBecause the rotating speed is reduced, the outdoor heat exchange is reduced, the delta t is not less than X2, when the delta t is not less than X2, the outdoor wind speed is reduced too much, the compressor is required to increase the frequency to make up for the insufficient heat exchange, then the frequency is increased by delta F, after the operation is carried out for M minutes, the delta t is detected again until the delta t is not less than 0 and less than X2, and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is taken as the first rotating speed r1The operating frequency of the compressor being the second frequency F2. The value range of Δ r can be but is not limited to 0-100 revolutions, and the value range of N can be but is not limited to 0-60 revolutions.
It should be noted that the air conditioner is externally provided with a water valve of a water pipe which is arranged in parallel and surrounds the refrigerant pipe, the flow direction of water in the water valve is opposite to that of the refrigerant, and the temperature of the water is far lower than that of the refrigerant at high temperature, and the flow directions are opposite, so that the refrigerant can be well cooled, and the temperatures of the outer disc and the inner disc are enabled to be also obtainedThe compressor can achieve better refrigeration output capacity without operating higher frequency at the moment, thereby achieving the effect of saving electricity. When the existing air conditioner has no water valve of water pipe surrounding the refrigerant pipe in parallel, the running frequency of the compressor is the initial frequency F0The rotating speed of the outdoor fan is the initial rotating speed r0It can be seen that the operating frequency of the compressor and the rotational speed of the outdoor fan of the present application are lower than the initial frequency F0And r0And the power consumption of the air conditioner is reduced.
In another preferred embodiment, the controlling the operating frequency of the compressor and the rotational speed of the outdoor fan according to the comparison result specifically includes:
when X1 is less than or equal to Δ t<X2, controlling the running frequency of the compressor to be the initial frequency F0Controlling the rotating speed of the outdoor fan to be 0; the temperature difference of the indoor and outdoor coil pipes is delta t, the first temperature difference threshold value is X1, and the second temperature difference threshold value is X2;
when X2 ≦ Δ t, detecting when the operating frequency of the compressor is the initial frequency F0And the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is a preset second rotating speed r2A third current required by the air conditioner; detecting when the operating frequency of the compressor is a preset third frequency F3And the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is a preset third rotating speed r3A fourth current required by the air conditioner; controlling the running frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the third current and the fourth current; wherein, 0<F3<F0,0<r2<r3<r0。
Specifically, when Δ t is larger than or equal to X1 and smaller than X2, it is considered that indoor heat can be taken away by water in the water valve, and at this time, an outdoor fan does not need to be started, and only a refrigeration effect is realized by water cooling, and at this time, compared with an air conditioner without a water valve of a water pipe surrounding the refrigerant pipe in parallel, the outdoor fan does not need to be started, so that the operation power of the air conditioner is saved, and an energy-saving effect is achieved; when delta t is larger than or equal to X2, the refrigeration effect cannot be met only by water cooling, and the fan needs to be started at the moment.
In the present embodiment, the second rotation speed r2The acquisition steps are as follows: the operation frequency of the outdoor fan is increased from 0, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is increased by step length delta r every time, and the wind speed is recorded as r at the momentxAfter M minutes of operation, detecting delta t, and when the delta t is more than or equal to X2, continuously increasing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, increasing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan by the delta r, wherein the rotating speed of the fan is ryAfter M time of operation, detecting delta t until delta t is more than or equal to 0 and less than X2, and taking the operation speed of the fan as r2,0<r2<r0,r2Lower than r0And is beneficial to energy conservation.
In this embodiment, the third frequency F3The acquisition steps are as follows: the outdoor fan rotates at a second speed r2Running and the compressor at an initial frequency F0After N minutes of operation, the compressor frequency is reduced by Δ F, in this case FxThe frequency is reduced and the capacity output is influenced, so that the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is increased at the same time by delta r, and the rotating speed r of the fan is increased at the momentzFrequency of compressor FxAfter M minutes of operation, detecting delta t until delta t is more than or equal to 0 and less than X2, and taking the operation rotating speed of the fan as r3The operating frequency of the compressor being F3Then, the state at this time is considered as the best capability state.
In another preferred embodiment, the controlling the operating frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the third current and the fourth current specifically includes:
if Ia<IbControlling the operation frequency of the compressor to be the initial frequency F0Controlling the rotating speed of the outdoor fan to be the second rotating speed r2;
If Ia>IbControlling the operation frequency of the air conditioner to be the third frequency F3Controlling the rotating speed of the outdoor fan to be the third rotating speed r3(ii) a Wherein the third current is IaThe fourth current is Ib。
In this embodiment, the operating frequency of the compressor and the rotation speed of the outdoor fan are controlled according to the current, which is beneficial to further reducing the power consumption of the air conditioner.
In another preferred embodiment, the controlling the operating frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the first current and the second current specifically includes:
if Ic<IdThen controlling the operation frequency of the compressor to be the first frequency F1Controlling the rotating speed of the outdoor fan to be the initial rotating speed r0;
If Ic>IdThen controlling the operation frequency of the compressor to be the second frequency F2Controlling the rotating speed of the outdoor fan to be the first rotating speed r1(ii) a Wherein the first current is IcThe second current is Id。
