The invention has short gas circuit delay and can improve the detection time of the non-hydrocarbon gas; the pure sample gas can be obtained by filtering the sample gas by the filtering device 9, the sensor cannot be damaged when the pure sample gas is conveyed to the sensor for analysis and detection, meanwhile, the filtering device 9 is made of materials which can be repeatedly cleaned and used, the cost is saved, and compared with the existing simple purified water barrel sampling device, the simple purified water barrel sampling device is convenient to install, good in sealing performance and low in failure rate; it has solved the current simple and easy purification cask sampling device existence effectively and has not had filter equipment, causes the long and fragile problem of sensor of gas circuit time delay, has ensured that logging work develops smoothly under the air drilling condition, satisfies the production demand.
The invention is provided with the exhaust valve 7, and can discharge the impurities such as waste liquid, dust and the like precipitated at the bottom of the filter cylinder 1 at any time.
The air drilling non-hydrocarbon gas filter can be further optimized or/and improved according to actual needs:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fixing assembly 8 includes an inner ring platform 19, a fixture block 20 and a fixing ring 10, the inner ring platform 19 is circumferentially disposed in the filter cartridge 1, at least two fixture blocks 20 are circumferentially disposed in the filter cartridge 1 above the inner ring platform 19 at intervals, a clamping ring groove is formed between the vertically corresponding fixture blocks 20 and the inner ring platform 19, and the fixing ring 10 is detachably mounted in the clamping ring groove.
The fixing assembly 8 of the present invention fixes the filter unit 9 in the filter cartridge 1.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the fixing ring 10 includes a fixing ring sleeve 21, two locking blocks 22 capable of being locked in the locking ring groove are fixed at intervals along the circumference outside the fixing ring sleeve 21, and the two locking blocks 22 are fixedly installed in the locking ring groove.

The filter unit 9 may be a melt-blown filter bag or other commonly known filter unit 9.
As shown in the attached figure 1, a pressure gauge mounting port 15 is formed in the upper cylinder cover 11, a vacuum pressure gauge 14 is arranged at the pressure gauge mounting port 15 of the upper cylinder cover 11, and the vacuum pressure gauge 14 is in threaded connection with the pressure gauge mounting port 15 of the upper cylinder cover 11.
The vacuum pressure gauge 14 is arranged, so that the faults of blockage, leakage and the like of the collecting pipeline connected with the sample inlet nozzle 3 and the sample outlet nozzle 12 can be checked at any time, the maintenance is convenient, and the operation is rapid.
As shown in the attached figure 1, a left fixed seat 17 and a right fixed seat 16 are respectively and fixedly installed on the outer walls of the left side and the right side of the middle part of the filter cartridge 1.
As shown in fig. 1, a triangular fixing base 18 is fixedly installed on the outer side of the lower portion of the filter cartridge 1.
The invention can adjust the placing position at any time in the operation process and has great flexibility. According to the position of the working area, the invention can be fixed on the side wall through the left fixing seat 17 and the right fixing seat 16, and can also be placed on the ground through the fixing base 18, so that the invention can be operated by a single person.
As shown in fig. 1, the inner side of the lower part of the filter cartridge 1 is connected with the outer side of the lower cartridge cover 2 through a screw thread, the inner side of the upper part of the filter cartridge 1 is connected with the outer side of the upper cartridge cover 11 through a screw thread, the air inlet 4 of the lower cartridge cover 2 is connected with the sample air inlet nozzle 3 through a screw thread, and the air outlet 13 of the upper cartridge cover 11 is connected with the sample air outlet nozzle 12 through a screw thread.
The technical characteristics form an embodiment of the invention, which has strong adaptability and implementation effect, and unnecessary technical characteristics can be increased or decreased according to actual needs to meet the requirements of different situations.
The use process of the best embodiment of the invention is as follows: sample gas conveyed by a sand discharge pipeline is collected through a sampling device, the collected sample gas enters the filter cartridge 1 from the air inlet 4 on the lower cartridge cover 2, pure sample gas is obtained after filtration through the filtering device 9, and the pure sample gas is conveyed to the sensor through the air outlet 13 on the upper cartridge cover 11 and then is analyzed and detected.
