一种胃肠镜多功能检查床,包括床架6、床垫5和床腿12,床腿12的下部均设有万向轮13,万向轮13上设有刹车装置用于固定和移动床体,其特征在于:床垫5的左侧中间位置对称开设有长方形槽10,床架6位于长方形槽10的中间位置焊接有圆管7,床垫5的右侧中间位置开设有对称的方形槽11,长方形槽10内均设有辅助支撑装置,辅助支撑装置包括头部支撑装置和腿部支撑装置,腿部支撑装置包括移动杆4和圆弧形支撑腿托3,圆弧形支撑腿托3和移动杆4相连接,圆弧形支撑腿托3的中间位置开设有方形槽孔9并延伸至移动杆4内用于固定头部支撑装置,方形槽孔9内插入头部支撑装置,头部支撑装置包括半圆形头垫1和方形杆2,半圆形头垫1与方形杆2相连接,方形杆2刚好卡合在方形槽孔9内,半圆形头垫1刚好与圆弧形支撑腿托3卡合在一起形成一个更大的半圆形支撑垫并刚好卡合在长方形槽10内,长方形槽10的深度与半圆形支撑垫的高度相同,床垫5上的方形槽11用于方形杆2的插入固定,方形槽11内插入头部支撑装置后用于固定患者头部的移动,移动杆4的长度大于圆管7的长度并可以自由在圆管7内进行上下移动和左右旋转,移动杆4和圆管7之间通过旋紧螺栓8进行固定,方形槽11之间的距离为30CM,由于半圆形的头垫的有厚度,实际二个半圆形头垫之间距离在20-25CM之间,刚好可以将人们的头部卡合在里边而不晃动,本发明的工作原理如下:利用床垫的长方形槽10将辅助支撑装置放入床垫5内部从而不占有任何多余的空间,本发明可以随时在医疗床和专用于胃肠镜检测时专用医疗床之间进行随时切换,而且整个过程不超过二分钟,大大地节约了人们的时间,而且在整个变换过程中,不需要额外购买头部支撑装置和腿部支撑装置,仅需要将旋紧螺栓松掉,将腿部支撑装置和头部支撑装置一并拔出便可以,当需要进行仰卧位检测的时候,再将腿部支撑装置和头部支撑装置分开固定,头部支撑装置固定在方形槽内,由于二边由头部支撑装置固定,人们的头部可以完全地固定在二个头部支撑装置之间,而且由于半圆形头垫为软性材料制成,大大地降低了患者的痛苦,增加了患者使用的舒适性和安全性,再将腿部支撑装置调整至合适的高度和适当的旋转角度并用旋紧螺栓固定便可以,此时将患都的头部固定在二个半圆形头垫之间,腿部固定在圆弧形支撑腿托上便可以安全地进行手术,为了防止手术过程中产生误吸,其中一侧的半圆形头垫上设有旋转轴14和支撑杆槽17,旋转轴14与旋转支撑板15相连接,旋转支撑板15的反面设有支撑杆16,支撑杆16通过支撑杆槽17将旋转支撑板15支撑用于将病人头部斜面支撑固定。此时将患都的头部固定在二个半圆形头垫之间,并通过旋转支撑板的作用将人的头部斜置向下,可以防止麻醉的过程中产生误吸,腿部固定在圆弧形支撑腿托上便可以安全地进行手术。A multifunctional examination bed for gastroenterology includes a
