Abstract
The invention discloses an occlusal oral cavity apex sheet projection positioning frame which comprises a functional end and a handheld end, wherein the functional end and the handheld end are used for fixing an image plate, and are connected through a bent part, and the bent part is used for occlusion of teeth for positioning when front teeth are shot. The method can be used for shooting the front tooth projection image and the back tooth projection image. In the shooting process, the image plate is placed on the inner side of the teeth to be shot of the patient through the handheld end, the angle of the image plate is adjusted, then the front teeth of the patient bite the positioning frame, and the image plate is fixed through the front teeth, so that the two hands of the patient can be completely liberated, and the hospital feeling problem of touching tissues around the mouth caused by the fact that the patient holds the image plate by hands can be effectively solved; the problem of image board drift caused by unstable holding is solved; the angle inaccuracy and the motion artifact caused by tooth cusp interference, easy sliding prying and the like are also eliminated, the fixation through occlusion is more stable, and the shooting quality is correspondingly improved.

Technical Field

Background
In recent years, radiology departments in specialized oral hospitals throughout the country have begun to use various types of spacers/holders (clips) in the daily photographing of oral apex films. Generally, a straight rod type is adopted, and the image imaging plate at the functional end is placed in the long axis direction or the short axis direction of the straight rod, and the long axis direction or the short axis direction of the straight rod is consistent with or parallel to the long axis direction of the straight rod, such as a clamping type or an insertion type. Namely, one end of the positioning frame adopts a clamping groove type, a clamping type and the like to fix an image imaging plate which is used for receiving X-ray projection teeth and then generating image information, and X-ray exposure is to project images of the teeth on the image plate. The other end of the positioning frame is a holding handle. At present, most of positioning frames used in oral specialized hospitals are disposable oral apex pieces holding frames, the positioning frames are placed in oral cavities, the effect of holding and fixing an image plate can be achieved, the method of pressing and holding the image plate by fingers of a patient can be changed, unclean fingers are reduced, the fingers stretch into the oral cavities, and nosocomial infection is reduced. However, the disposable oral cavity apex slice holder is mostly suitable for the posterior teeth, even the disposable oral cavity apex slice holder only has the function suitable for photographing the posterior teeth, the positioning holder suitable for the anterior teeth can be bent to a certain number, and the positioning holder is fixed and positioned in a hand-held way, namely, the image plate is placed on the palate side of the anterior maxillary teeth or the tongue side of the anterior mandibular teeth by holding the positioning holder in a hand. In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides a dental articulator for projecting and positioning oral cusp plate, so as to solve the problem of the oral cusp plate holder that needs to be held by hand to position the front teeth.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an occlusal oral cavity apex sheet projection positioning frame which comprises a functional end and a handheld end, wherein the functional end and the handheld end are used for fixing an image plate, the functional end and the handheld end are connected through a bent part, the bent part is used for occlusion of teeth for positioning when front teeth are shot, and the functional end and the handheld end are connected in an L shape.
Preferably, the surface of the bent portion is provided with corrugations or serrations.
Preferably, the bending part is in a zigzag shape.
Preferably, the functional end is provided with a slot for inserting the image board.
Preferably, the functional end is provided with a plate clip for clamping the image plate.
Preferably, the hand-held end is of a straight rod type and is used for being occluded by teeth for fixing when shooting the back teeth.
More preferably, the holding end is provided with an occlusion part for occlusion of teeth to fix, close to the bending part.
More preferably, the handheld end is made of a non-slip material.
More preferably, the hand-held end is made of a silicon rubber material or a layer of silicon rubber and the like is covered on the surface of a plastic material.

Detailed Description
The technical contents of the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be more clearly and easily understood by referring to the drawings attached to the specification. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms of embodiments and the scope of the invention is not limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
In the drawings, structurally identical elements are represented by like reference numerals, and structurally or functionally similar elements are represented by like reference numerals throughout the several views. The size and thickness of each component shown in the drawings are arbitrarily illustrated, and the present invention is not limited to the size and thickness of each component. The thickness of the components may be exaggerated where appropriate in the figures to improve clarity.
The invention discloses an occlusal oral cavity apex sheet projection positioning frame, the whole structure of which is shown in figure 1 and comprises a functional end 2 and a handheld end 1 for fixing an image plate 4, wherein the functional end 2 and the handheld end 1 are connected through a bent part 3, and the bent part 3 is closer to the functional end 2, so that when front teeth are shot, the teeth are occluded with the bent part 3 to position the functional end 2. As shown in fig. 2, the free end of the functional end 2 is provided with a plate clip for holding the image plate 5, or a slot 21 for inserting the image plate 5 for fixing.
Moreover, in a better embodiment, the functional end 2 and the handheld end 1 are approximately vertical and are connected in an L shape. Therefore, when the teeth are engaged with the bent part 3, the functional end 2 can be tilted to be close to the inner side of the front teeth and kept almost parallel to the front teeth, thereby preventing the image deformation during shooting.
The surface of the bent portion 3 is provided with corrugations or serrations for increasing friction, as shown in fig. 1, in a more preferred embodiment, since the bent portion 3 is for being engaged with teeth for fixing. Or, the bending part 3 is Z-shaped, so that the bending angle between the functional end 2 and the handheld end 1 can be conveniently adjusted to ensure the adaptation to the oral cavity structures of different patients.
The handheld end 1 may be made of an anti-slip material, such as a silicon rubber material or a plastic material covered with a layer of silicon rubber, or the surface of the handheld end 1 may be provided with an anti-slip structure, such as patterns or saw teeth. Particularly, the hand-held end 1 is a portion close to the bent portion 3, and is further provided with an occlusion portion 11 for occlusion and fixation of teeth, and when a rear tooth is photographed, the teeth are occluded and fixed. Accordingly, the engaging portion 11 may be subjected to various kinds of anti-slip treatment.
Thus, when the occlusal oral apex piece projection positioning frame is used for shooting the projection of the posterior teeth, the functional end 2 is also attached to the inner side of the posterior teeth to be shot after the image plate 4 is loaded, and the functional end is kept parallel as much as possible. The handheld end 1 extends out of the oral cavity, and after the angle of the image plate 4 is adjusted, the teeth of the patient bite the occlusion part 11 to fix the image plate 4.
In summary, the present invention discloses an occlusal oral cavity apex sheet projection positioning frame, which can be used for photographing anterior tooth projection images and posterior tooth projection images. In the shooting process, the image plate 4 is placed on the inner side of the teeth to be shot of the patient through the handheld end 1, the angle of the image plate 4 is adjusted, then the front teeth of the patient bite the positioning frame, and the image plate 4 is fixed through the engagement of the front teeth, so that the two hands of the patient can be completely liberated, and the hospital feeling problem of touching tissues around the mouth caused by the holding of the patient is effectively solved; the problem of the image plate 4 drifting caused by unstable holding is solved; and the angular inaccuracy and the motion artifact caused by the interference of the tooth cusps, the easy sliding of the prying and the like are also eliminated. And, the fixation through occlusion is more stable, and the shooting quality is correspondingly improved.

Claims (10)
1. An occlusal oral cavity apex piece projection positioning frame is characterized by comprising a functional end and a handheld end, wherein the functional end and the handheld end are used for fixing an image plate, the functional end and the handheld end are connected through a bent part, and the bent part is used for occlusion of teeth for positioning when front teeth are shot; the functional end and the handheld end are connected in an L shape.
