As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the main support body 1 is a seat plate, a seat support assembly is arranged below the main support body 1, in this embodiment, the seat support assembly includes a lifting air rod 33, five-star feet 34 and a seat chassis 35, the lifting air rod 33 is connected between the five-star feet 34 and the seat chassis 35, the main support body 1 is connected to the upper end of the seat chassis 35, and the main support body 1 can be lifted by the lifting air rod 33; of course, the seat support assembly may alternatively not include a seat pan.
The side support body 2 is a plate-shaped body, and the side support body 2 has an inner portion 3 close to the main support body 1 and an outer portion 4 far from the main support body 1 along the width direction, wherein the outer portion 4 is an outer edge of the side support body 2, and broadly refers to an outer edge region of the side support body 2, and generally refers to a portion capable of supporting a human body to sit in a standing posture state.
The sitting standing chair has a sitting posture state and a standing posture state; in a sitting posture: the main support body 1 and the side support bodies 2 are in a flat-laying posture to form a seat surface for a user to sit flat, and the seat surface can be a plane or a curved surface conforming to ergonomics; when the sitting posture is converted into the standing posture, the side supporting bodies 2 on two sides are respectively turned upwards to an upright posture, the upright posture does not necessarily limit the side supporting bodies 2 to be strictly vertical to the horizontal plane, more means that the outer side parts 4 of the side supporting bodies 2 can be at a higher height after the side supporting bodies 2 are turned upwards, the main supporting bodies 1 can be kept fixed in the upward turning process, and at the moment, the height using requirements of most people in the standing posture can be met under the upright posture by the side supporting bodies 2; when the side support body 2 is in the standing posture and cannot meet the sitting requirement of the human body in the standing posture, for example, the user is too tall or short, the height of the main support body 1 can be controlled by the lifting air rod 33, so that the requirement of the user can be met.
The inner parts 3 of the side supports 2 can be connected to the left and right sides of the main support 1 through hinges in a rotating manner, but in order to meet the requirement that the side supports 2 have a reasonable height after being turned upwards, and the two side supports 2 can be closed so that a user can ride, the width of the main support 1 is generally reduced, and thus the contact surface between the main support 1 and the seat chassis 35 is possibly reduced, and the configuration becomes difficult; in order to solve the problem, the rotation connection part of the main support body 1 and the side support body 2 is arranged at the position of the front end and the rear end of the main support body 1, which are respectively close to the inner sides, so that the seat chassis 35 below the main support body 1 and the main support body 1 can keep enough contact area, the side support body 2 has reasonable height after being overturned upwards, and simultaneously, the two side support bodies 2 can be close to each other as much as possible, thereby facilitating the riding and sitting of a user.
The rotational connection is realized in such a way that: the front and rear sides of the side support body 2 are respectively welded with a connecting rod 36, and the connecting rods 36 are extended to the inner side positions of the front and rear ends of the main support body 1 along the width direction of the sitting and standing chair and are rotatably connected with the positions through a rotating shaft 7.
The above paragraphs describe the core idea of the present invention, achieving the purpose of sit-stand transfer by the upward overturning of the side support body 2; in order to improve the comfort of use and the consideration of sitting posture of a human body in a standing posture state during actual use, the side support body 2 is optimally designed, specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the outer side part 4 extends downwards to leave the standing posture supporting part 10, the standing posture supporting part 10 is a bent plate in a vertical ear shape and provided with a curved surface, and the side support body 2 and the standing posture supporting part 10 are integrally formed; when the side support body 2 is turned up and fixed, the two standing posture supporting parts 10 are close together, and meanwhile, the standing posture supporting parts 10 are converted from a sagging state into a substantially horizontal state which is favorable for supporting a human body, and at the moment, the two standing posture supporting parts 10 form a saddle with a narrower width compared with a seat surface in a sitting posture state for a user to sit.
The above paragraphs illustrate the design key point of the present invention, and in practical use, the side support body 2 needs to be limited in sitting and standing states, and this limiting manner can be various, and the following examples are:
As shown in fig. 2-7, the front and rear ends of the main support body 1 are provided with a rotating shaft seat 5, the side support body 2 is connected with the rotating shaft seat 5 through a connecting rod 36, the rotating shaft seat 5 and the connecting rod 36 are provided with the same rotating shaft 7 in a penetrating way, one end of the connecting rod 36 is provided with a mounting plate 8, and the mounting plate 8 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the side support body 2 close to the inner side part 3; the side support body 2 drives the mounting plate 8 to synchronously rotate, so that the connecting rod 36 rotates around the rotating shaft 7.
The front part of the side support body 2 extends towards the middle of the main support body 1 to form an auxiliary support body 9, the auxiliary support body 9 is used for increasing the seat depth, the side support body 2 and the auxiliary support body 9 form an L-shaped plate together when being seen from top to bottom in a sitting posture, and the outer contour line 37 of the bending part of the formed L-shaped plate is arc-shaped, so that a person can ride on the side support body 2 in an upright posture more easily; it is of course also possible to choose to extend the auxiliary support 9 only from the rear of the side support 2.
Alternatively, the auxiliary supporting body 9 may extend from the front and rear parts of the side supporting body 2 together, so that the side supporting body 2 and the auxiliary supporting body 9 together form a U-shaped plate; whether it constitutes a U-shaped plate or an L-shaped plate, depending on the overall arrangement of the seat.
As shown in fig. 3, 6 and 14, the rotation of the side support body 2 is controlled by a limiting mechanism 11, the limiting mechanism 11 comprises a locking piece 6, a limiting pull plate 12, a clamping plate 13, a base 14 and a limiting pull plate driving mechanism, the base 14 is a plate-shaped body, the base 14 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the main support body 1 through bolts, the left side and the right side of the base 14 extend forwards to form the clamping plate 13, the front end of the clamping plate 13 protrudes out of the front end of the main support body 1, a limiting pull plate 12 is arranged between the two clamping plates 13, a space 38 is reserved between the limiting pull plate 12 and the clamping plate 13 in the width direction of the seat, and the front end of the limiting pull plate 12 protrudes out of the front end of the main support body 1 and returns to the rear of the front end of the main support body 1 according to limiting requirements.
Meanwhile, in order to simplify the mechanism, the locking piece 6 and the connecting rod 36 at the front end of the main support body 1 are the same part, the locking piece 6 is provided with a support part 18 and a limit part 19, and the limit pull plate 12 and the clamping plate 13 limit the locking piece 6 together so as to lock the side support body 2 in a flat-laid posture or an upright posture; specifically, as shown in fig. 3, 6, 8, and 9, in the sitting posture, the supporting portion 18 is abutted against the upper surface of the positioning plate 13, the positioning plate 13 supports the side supporting body 2 and limits the side supporting body 2 to turn down, one side of the limiting portion 19 is abutted against the upper surface of the limiting pull plate 12, the limiting pull plate 12 limits the side supporting body 2 to turn up, and the side supporting body 2 is locked in the flat-laid posture; when the sitting posture is converted into the standing posture, the limiting pull plate 12 moves backwards, and leaves the limiting part 19 at the moment, so that the limiting part 19 is not blocked any more, and the side support body 2 can be turned upwards; in the standing state, the supporting part 18 rises above the limiting part 19, the limiting part 19 is positioned in the interval 38 between the clamping plate 13 and the limiting pull plate 12, and two sides of the limiting part 19 are respectively abutted against the clamping plate 13 and the limiting pull plate 12, so that the rotation of the side supporting body 2 is limited, and the side supporting body 2 is locked in the standing state.
As shown in fig. 14, the limiting pull plate 12 is driven by a limiting pull plate driving mechanism including a return spring 15, a pull wire assembly 16 and a torsion spring 17; cutting on the base 14 and bending downwards to form a stay wire fixing seat 20 and a plate seat 21, wherein the stay wire assembly 16 is connected to the stay wire fixing seat 20; the lower surface of the base 14 is provided with a spring seat 22, the spring seat 22 is a bolt fixed on the base 14, the torsion spring 17 is sleeved on the spring seat 22, the torsion spring 17 can rotate around the spring seat 22, one end of the torsion spring 17 is connected with the limiting pull plate 12, and the other end is connected with the pull wire assembly 16; the limiting pull plate 12 is provided with a section of guide chute 23, the tail part of the limiting pull plate extends out of a thin rod 24, and the reset spring 15 is sleeved on the thin rod 24; the lower surface of the base 14 is also provided with a tail seat 25, the tail part of the limiting pull plate is in penetrating fit with the plate seat 21, the rear end of the thin rod 24 is inserted into the tail seat 25, the return spring 15 is positioned between the plate seat 21 and the tail seat 25, and the limiting pull plate 12 is in sliding connection with the base 14 through a guide pin 26 penetrating through the guide chute 23.
The stay wire assembly 16 comprises a stay wire 27, a stay wire sleeve 39 and a control switch (not shown), wherein the stay wire 27 pulls the torsion spring 17 to enable the torsion spring 17 to rotate around the center of the torsion spring 17; the stay wire 27 is provided with a return mechanism 28, the return mechanism 28 comprises a limit ball 29 arranged at the tail end of the stay wire 27, a limit seat 30 and a connecting seat 31 sleeved on the stay wire 27 and a return spring 32 arranged between the limit seat 30 and the connecting seat 31, the limit ball 29 is arranged in the limit seat 30 at the same time, the limit ball 29 cannot penetrate through the limit seat 30, and the connecting seat 31 is used for connecting the return spring 32 and the torsion spring 17.
The control switch controls the pull wire 27 to act, the pull wire assembly 16 is pulled, the limiting ball 29 at the tail end of the pull wire 27 pushes the limiting seat 30 to compress the return spring 32, the elastic force generated by compression deformation of the return spring 32 drives the torsion spring 17 to rotate, namely the torsion spring 17 is driven to rotate through the connecting seat 31, the torsion spring 17 pulls the limiting pull plate 12 to slide backwards along the guide chute 23, and the return spring 15 is compressed; when the stay wire assembly 16 is loosened, the return spring 15 stretches and recovers, the limiting stay plate 12 slides forwards to drive the torsion spring 17 to rotate to the initial position in the opposite direction, and the stay wire assembly 16 returns.
As shown in fig. 3, 6, 8, 9, in the sitting posture: the main support body 1 and the side support body 2 are in a flat-laying posture to form a seat surface for a user to sit flat, the standing posture supporting part 10 is hung on the left side and the right side of the seat surface, at the moment, the supporting part 18 is abutted against the upper surface of the clamping plate 13, the clamping plate 13 supports the side support body 2 and limits the side support body 2 to overturn downwards, one side of the limiting part 19 is abutted against the upper surface of the limiting pull plate 12, the limiting pull plate 12 limits the side support body 2 to overturn upwards, and the side support body 2 is locked in the flat-laying posture; standing posture state: the side support body 2 rotates relative to the main support body 1 and enables the side support body 2 to turn upwards to an upright posture, meanwhile, the outer side part 4 of the side support body 2 is lifted, the two standing posture bearing parts 10 are close to each other and form a saddle with the auxiliary support body 9 so as to cater for sitting or leaning of a user, at the moment, the support parts 18 are lifted to the upper parts of the limiting parts 19, the limiting parts 19 are positioned in the intervals 38 between the clamping plates 13 and the limiting pull plates 12, two sides of the limiting parts 19 are respectively abutted against the clamping plates 13 and the limiting pull plates 12, rotation of the side support body 2 is limited, the side support body 2 is locked in the upright posture, and when the height of the side support body 2 still cannot meet the height requirement of the user, the lifting air bars 33 are controlled to lift or lower the side support body 2 in the upright posture so as to achieve a proper standing posture sitting height.
Example 2: the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that in the standing posture state, the standing posture support portion 10 is newly designed in consideration of the sitting posture of the user and satisfying the riding requirement of the user.
As shown in fig. 10-13, the outer portion 4 of the side support 2 extends downward and toward the inner portion 3 of the side support 2 to form a standing posture support portion 10, and the included angle between the standing posture support portion 10 and the side support 2 is 10 ° -30 °, so that the standing posture support portion 10 does not feel a strong downward abrupt sense in a sitting posture, and when the two side supports 2 are in an upright posture and approach each other, the upper ends of the two side supports 2 approach or are attached to each other, the two standing posture support portions 10 and the upper ends of the two side supports 2 together form an arch 40 which is beneficial for a user to ride, and the arch 40 is in a saddle shape for the user to conveniently ride on, and simultaneously has an ergonomic effect.
Example 3: the present embodiment is different from embodiments 1 and 2 in that in the standing posture state, the standing posture support portion 10 is newly designed in consideration of the sitting posture of the user and satisfying the riding requirement of the user.

Example 4: this embodiment differs from embodiments 1,2,3 in that a new stop mechanism is introduced.
As shown in fig. 21 and 22, the present invention provides a locking mechanism of a sitting and standing chair, which comprises a main support body 1, a side support body 2, a limiting piece 53 and a locking assembly 54.
The sitting and standing chair realizes the sitting and standing posture conversion in the following way: the main support body 1 is configured as a main body support of a seat surface of a sitting station, the side support bodies 2 are symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the main support body 1, and the side support bodies 2 are rotationally connected with the main support body 1; in the width direction, the side support body 2 has an inner side portion 3 close to the main support body 1 and an outer side portion 4 distant from the main support body 1.
As shown in fig. 21, 22 and 31-33, the sitting and standing chairs have a sitting position and a standing position; in a sitting posture: the main support body 1 and the side support bodies 2 are in a flat-laying posture, namely the side support bodies 2 are flat-laid on two sides of the main support body 1 to form a seat surface for a user to sit flat; standing posture state: the side supports 2 are rotated relative to the main support 1 and the side supports 2 are turned up to an upright posture, while the outer portions of the two side supports 2 are raised and brought close to a set distance to cater for sitting or leaning of the user.
In order to enable the sitting and standing chair to be used in a sitting and standing state, a locking mechanism is required to lock the sitting and standing state, and the sitting and standing state can be unlocked when the sitting and standing state is required to be converted; the locking mechanism of the standing chair is specifically described as follows:
The limiting member 53 as shown in fig. 21-26 is a disc-shaped body, which is called a limiting plate 57, two locking grooves are formed on the limiting plate 57, and the limiting plate 57 is arranged on the side supporting body 2; the locking assembly 54 is mounted on the main support body 1, and the locking assembly 54 comprises a locking pin 58 which can be selectively moved; when the side support body 2 is turned to a preset position relative to the main support body 1, the lock pins 58 are in locking fit with the corresponding locking grooves, and limit and lock the limit disc 57.
The front part or the rear part of the side support body 2 extends out of the auxiliary support body 9 towards the middle of the main support body 1, and when the side support body 2 is tiled on the left side and the right side of the main support body 1, the auxiliary support body 9 and the side support body 2 surround the main support body 1; the auxiliary supporting body 9 is a part of the side supporting body 2, and the limiting plate 57 is arranged on the side supporting body 2; the lock pin 58 moves in the seat depth direction, and the stopper 57 is disposed against the movement direction of the lock pin 58.

1. A sitting and standing chair, comprising:
A main support configured as a main support for a seating surface of a seating station;
