技术领域
本发明涉及一种水产养殖箱,尤其涉及一种兼具消毒和新风净化功能的水产养殖箱。
背景技术
随着工业化和城市化进程的不断加快,污染物排放量不断增加,大气污染问题日趋严重,室内空气质量尤其是诸如鱼类海鲜市场的公共室内场所的空气质量越来越被人们所重视。目前的新风系统普遍存在能耗较大,且没有针对空气中潜在的病原体进行消杀的环节。通风是减少室内空气污染物最简单有效的措施,新风系统可实现室内外空气的不断交换。一般情况下,居室可通过新风系统24小时不间断地进行有效的通风,有效拦截污染物,将污染降到安全范围内。
水对潜热有着优异的热回收性能,能够完成室外与室内空气的全热回收换热。同时,鱼类海鲜市场、水族馆、室内养鱼等都需要曝气装置和大量的贮存水,可以同时用作全热回收的配套设施,从而起到很好的节能效果。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种兼具消毒和新风净化功能的水产养殖箱,该水产养殖箱能够同时实现水洗空气净化、空气消毒杀菌、全热回收空气中的热量、与室外空气不断交换以及水产增氧的功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种兼具消毒和新风净化功能的水产养殖箱,包括养殖箱箱体,所述箱体通过隔离结构分隔成养殖区和非养殖区,非养殖区包括紫外杀菌模块和换气模块;所述非养殖区的底板上并列设有两列气盘石;其中,所述隔离结构为隔水透气膜;所述换气模块的进气侧和排气侧通过隔板分开,两列气盘石分别位于换气模块的进气侧和排气侧,室内空气通过气泵经由排气侧气盘石进入排气侧水体中,室外空气通过气泵经由进气侧气盘石进入进气侧水体中,进气侧气盘石上方设有换热模块;所述紫外杀菌模块包括固定于隔板底部的紫外灯以及涂覆在非养殖区箱体底板和箱体四周内侧壁上的光触媒涂层。
其中,所述养殖区内设有水质探测触头,水质探测触头通过电缆与固定在箱体外侧壁上的空气-水质量检测仪连接。
其中,所述排气侧空气通道顶部密封,排气侧空气通道顶部连有排气管,排气管的出风口伸出室外,即排气管将排风送出室外。
其中,所述进气侧空气通道顶部开口。
其中,所述隔离结构包括玻璃隔板以及固定在玻璃隔板上的隔水透气膜,紫外灯与箱体底板的垂直距离小于玻璃隔板的高度,紫外灯位于两列气盘石中间。玻璃隔板能够防止紫外灯照射到养殖区,从而对水产动植物产生负面影响。另外,紫外灯物理消毒和TiO2光触媒消灭病菌,此种消毒方式不排放化学有毒物质,且能够有效灭活病毒,隔绝病毒气溶胶传播。
其中,所述换热模块固定在非养殖区的箱体内侧壁上,所述换热模块为封闭腔体,包括底层的支撑网格以及沿纵向设置的多层折流层,每层折流层由折流板以及固定在折流板其中一个侧边的通气网格组成,相邻层折流层的通气网格呈交错设置;所述换热模块还包括填料,相邻层折流层之间以及折流层与支撑网格之间均填充有填料。
有益效果:首先,本发明水产养殖箱利用养殖水产所需的除氯水完成室外与室内空气的热交换,在换气模块中间设置玻璃隔板,利用玻璃隔板防止新风和回风掺混,实现室内空气的全热回收,从而减少能量损失,节省了空调或暖气的能耗;另外,本发明水产养殖箱将传统的“气-固-气”传热方式转变为“气-水-气”传热,利用气泵吸入空气,并将其通过气盘石打散,弓形折流板与毫米级填料能够有效延长气泡停留时间,提高换热效果,并增加水中供氧;再次,由室外通入的新风通过水洗空气净化技术将溶于水的有害物质如甲醛、亲水性PM2.5进行净化处理,在增加室内空气含氧量和负离子的同时可实现对水产养殖箱的增氧及对室内空气的加湿,对于冬季干燥、雾霾严重的地区具有很强的应用价值;接着,通过防水紫外灯和光触媒作用完成病毒细菌的消杀,在不产生化工污染的前提下灭活空气中的病菌,同时紫外线还能够有效抑制蓝藻、绿藻和细菌繁殖,避免填料被生物膜覆盖污染,从而保证水质长期纯净;最后,由于水产养殖和空气净化都需要定期换水,本发明水产养殖箱将用于养鱼的水同步用于水洗空气净化,在保障水质纯净的基础上最大限度节约用水;本发明水产养殖箱不需要额外加装增氧泵,大大降低综合能耗,实现空气净化与水产养殖供氧的有机结合;本发明水产养殖箱能够同时实现水洗空气净化(再通过光触媒涂层20的光催化作用降解水体中的污染物)、空气消毒杀菌、全热回收空气中的热量(当室内外空气温度不同时,即室内空气温度高于室外空气时)、与室外空气不断交换以及水产增氧的功能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例来对本发明技术方案做进一步说明。
如图1~2所示,本发明兼具消毒和新风净化功能的水产养殖箱,包括养殖箱箱体21,箱体21通过隔离结构22分隔成养殖区1和非养殖区23,非养殖区23包括紫外杀菌模块18和换气模块;非养殖区23的底板上并列设有两列气盘石11;其中,隔离结构22包括玻璃隔板5以及固定在玻璃隔板5上的隔水透气膜4;换气模块的进气侧和排气侧通过隔板12(隔板12也为玻璃隔板)分开,换气模块的进气侧底部和排气侧底部通过紫外杀菌模块18连通,两列气盘石11分别位于换气模块的进气侧和排气侧底部,室内空气通过室内气泵7经由排气侧气盘石11进入排气侧水体中,室外空气通过室外气泵8经由进气侧气盘石11进入进气侧水体中(非养殖区23箱体底部上安装有两列多排气盘石11,两列气盘石11分别通过室内输气管9和室外输气管10与室内气泵7和室外气泵8连接),进气侧气盘石11上方设有换热模块6;紫外杀菌模块18包括固定于隔板12底部的紫外灯19以及涂覆在非养殖区23箱体底板、箱体四周内侧壁以及玻璃隔板5上的光触媒涂层20。其中,养殖区1内还设有水质探测触头3,水质探测触头3通过电缆与固定在箱体21外侧壁上的空气-水质量检测仪2连接。
排气侧空气通道顶部与养殖区顶部连通且密封,排气侧空气通道顶部连有排气管17,排气管17的出风口穿过建筑墙壁25伸出室外,即排气管17将排风送出室外;进气侧空气通道顶部开口。紫外灯19与箱体底板的垂直距离小于玻璃隔板5的高度,水平方向上,紫外灯19位于两列气盘石11中间。
换热模块6三个侧边固定在非养殖区23箱体的内侧壁上,另一侧边固定在隔板12的一侧,因此换热模块6为封闭腔体,换热模块6包括底层的支撑网格14以及沿纵向设置的多层折流层24,每层折流层24由折流板13以及固定在折流板13其中一个侧边的通气网格16组成,相邻层折流层24的通气网格16呈交错设置,即相邻层折流层24的通气网格16分别设置在折流板13的相对边;换热模块6还包括填料15,相邻层折流层24之间以及折流层24与支撑网格14之间均填充有填料15。
本发明水产养殖箱工作流程如下:
开启室内气泵7和室外气泵8,室外新风通过室外输气管10送入进气侧空气通道,经进气侧的气盘石11打散,生成微小气泡,在经过紫外杀菌模块18杀菌消毒后经过弓形折流板13左右间隔设置的通气网格16折返上升,新风与液体换热的同时与水进行污染物交换(将空气中溶于水的污染物去除),实现水洗空气净化功能(在往室内通风的同时,有效降低室内甲醛、水溶性PM2.5、二氧化氮等空气污染物的浓度,从而提高室内空气质量);换热模块6同时经毫米级填料15延长空气在换热模块中的停留时间,强化净化与换热效果,处理后空气直接从进气侧空气通道顶部进入室内,实现新风功能;室内排风由室内输气管9送入排气侧空气通道,经排气侧的气盘石11打散,生成微小气泡,经过紫外杀菌模块18杀菌消毒以及与液体换热,实现全热回收后,与养殖箱顶部空气一同由排气管17排出室外,实现全热回收功能;新风和排风均通过紫外杀菌模块18,经过紫外灯19和TiO2光触媒涂层20共同作用后消灭空气中的病菌,实现去除空气中病原体的杀菌消毒功能;由于新排风的引入,非养殖区23内液体中氧气分压将高于养殖区1内液体中氧气分压。氧气经隔水透气膜4进入养殖区1,实现水产养殖增氧功能。
养殖区1内的水质探测触头3连接箱体21外侧壁上的空气-水质量检测仪2,通过空气-水质量检测仪2监测养殖箱体内的水质与室内空气品质。

1.一种兼具消毒和新风净化功能的水产养殖箱,其特征在于:包括养殖箱箱体,所述箱体通过隔离结构分隔成养殖区和非养殖区,非养殖区包括紫外杀菌模块和换气模块;所述非养殖区的底板上并列设有两列气盘石;其中,所述隔离结构包括玻璃隔板以及固定在玻璃隔板上的隔水透气膜;所述换气模块的进气侧和排气侧通过隔板分开,两列气盘石分别位于换气模块的进气侧和排气侧,室内空气通过室内气泵经由排气侧气盘石进入排气侧水体中,室外空气通过室外气泵经由进气侧气盘石进入进气侧水体中,进气侧气盘石上方设有换热模块;所述紫外杀菌模块包括固定于隔板底部的紫外灯以及涂覆在非养殖区箱体底板和箱体四周内侧壁上的光触媒涂层。
