本发明涉及皮肤抑菌液+技术领域,具体涉及一种水光基底皮肤抑菌液及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的原料:丁二醇2‑5份、甘油2‑5份、甜菜碱1‑2份、透明质酸钠0.01‑0.1份、丙二醇1‑3份、蓝色葡聚糖2000 0.5‑2份、苯氧二醇0.5‑1.5份、聚六亚甲基双胍0.1‑1份、乙醇3‑8份、艾叶提取物0.1‑0.5份和纯化水80‑100份。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明中添加了40‑60目颗粒大小的艾叶提取物和花香精油,利用这些植物提取物和蓝色葡聚糖、苯氧二醇、聚六亚甲基双胍的协同抑菌作用,极大的提高了来提高了抑菌能力,而不增加副作用;此外本发明采用透明质酸钠和艾叶提取物和花香精油搭配,达到改善肤质,提高皮肤自身抑菌能力。

一种水光基底皮肤抑菌液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及皮肤抑菌液+技术领域,具体涉及一种水光基底皮肤抑菌液及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤感染,是细菌和真菌感染性皮肤病,病情患者有轻有重,轻的易治疗,严重的不易治疗。常见的皮肤感染是金黄色葡萄球菌感染,临床上表现为皮肤疖痈、坏疽、蜂窝组织炎、毛囊炎等。真菌感染包括各种皮肤癣菌病和皮肤粘膜念珠菌病。皮肤由外向内依次是表皮、真皮、皮下组织,表皮还可细分为五层,具有耐摩擦、易损伤、增生快的特点;真皮内含有血管、神经、汗腺、皮脂腺、毛囊,以及痒、痛、热、冷、触觉等感觉神经末梢;皮下组织主要含脂肪。皮肤病的主要客观表现都在表皮,而主要症状是由于侵犯真皮层的血管、神经、汗腺、皮脂腺等所引起。
抑菌液是一种抑制皮肤表面细菌及真菌生长的护肤品,现有技术存在抑菌效果差、副作用大的缺点。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种抑菌效果强、提升肤质、无副作用的水光基底皮肤抑菌液及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种水光基底皮肤抑菌液,包括以下重量份的原料:丁二醇2-5份、甘油2-5份、甜菜碱1-2份、透明质酸钠0.01-0.1份、丙二醇1-3份、蓝色葡聚糖2000 0.5-2份、苯氧二醇0.5-1.5份、聚六亚甲基双胍0.1-1份、乙醇3-8份、艾叶提取物0.1-0.5份和纯化水80-100份。
进一步的,所述水光基底皮肤抑菌液包括以下重量份的原料:丁二醇5份、甘油2份、甜菜碱1.2份、透明质酸钠0.03份、丙二醇1.5份、蓝色葡聚糖2000 1份、苯氧二醇1份、聚六亚甲基双胍0.2份、乙醇5份、艾叶提取物0.1份和纯化水100份。
进一步的,所述水光基底皮肤抑菌液还包括花香精油,所述花香精油包括薰衣草精油、茉莉精油、玫瑰精油、水仙精油、甘菊精油和桂花精油中的至少一种,所述花香精油含量为0.1-0.5重量份。
进一步的,所述水光基底皮肤抑菌液包括以下制备步骤:
步骤一,艾叶提取物准备,取洗净的艾叶,切碎后,放入回流提取装置中,加入乙醇后回流提取1-3h,收集提取液,冷却后过滤,取滤液进行浓缩得到艾叶提取物粉末,再采用40-60目标准筛进行筛分,得到40-60目的艾叶提取物粉末;
步骤二,配制,按比例将丁二醇、甘油、丙二醇、乙醇、甜菜碱和纯化水混合,充分混匀后,加热至40-65℃,再加入透明质酸钠、蓝色葡聚糖2000、苯氧二醇、聚六亚甲基双胍、艾叶提取物和花香精油,充分混匀,保持温度40-65℃0.5-1小时,冷却至室温后,得到初级混合物;
步骤三,调节pH,将步骤二得到的初级混合物调节pH至7.0-7.4,充分混匀10-30分钟,得到初级抑菌液;
步骤四,灭菌,将步骤三得到的初级抑菌液进行高压蒸汽灭菌,得到灭菌混合液,所述高压蒸汽灭菌的条件为压力103.4kPa、温度121℃,维持15-30分钟;
步骤五,分装,完成步骤四得到的灭菌混合液冷却至室温,分装置至包装瓶中。
进一步的,所述包装瓶包括西林瓶,所述分装的规格为5mL/瓶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明中添加了40-60目颗粒大小的艾叶提取物和花香精油,利用这些植物提取物和蓝色葡聚糖、苯氧二醇、聚六亚甲基双胍的协同抑菌作用,极大的提高了来提高了抑菌能力,而不增加副作用;此外本发明采用透明质酸钠和艾叶提取物和花香精油搭配,达到改善肤质,提高皮肤自身抑菌能力。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
一种水光基底皮肤抑菌液,包括以下重量份的原料:丁二醇2-5份、甘油2-5份、甜菜碱1-2份、透明质酸钠0.01-0.1份、丙二醇1-3份、蓝色葡聚糖2000 0.5-2份、苯氧二醇0.5-1.5份、聚六亚甲基双胍0.1-1份、乙醇3-8份、艾叶提取物0.1-0.5份和纯化水80-100份。
值得注意的是,所述水光基底皮肤抑菌液包括以下重量份的原料:丁二醇5份、甘油2份、甜菜碱1.2份、透明质酸钠0.03份、丙二醇1.5份、蓝色葡聚糖2000 1份、苯氧二醇1份、聚六亚甲基双胍0.2份、乙醇5份、艾叶提取物0.1份和纯化水100份。所述水光基底皮肤抑菌液还包括花香精油,所述花香精油包括薰衣草精油、茉莉精油、玫瑰精油、水仙精油、甘菊精油和桂花精油中的至少一种,所述花香精油含量为0.1-0.5重量份。
所述水光基底皮肤抑菌液包括以下制备方法:取洗净的艾叶50g,切碎后,放入回流提取装置中,加入乙醇后回流提取1h,收集提取液,冷却后过滤,取滤液进行浓缩得到艾叶提取物粉末,再采用60目标准筛进行筛分,得到60目的艾叶提取物粉末4.3g;称取丁二醇200g、甘油80g、丙二醇60g、乙醇200g、甜菜碱48g和纯化水4000g混合,充分混匀后,加热至65℃,再加入透明质酸钠1.2g、蓝色葡聚糖2000 40g、苯氧二醇40g、聚六亚甲基双胍8g、艾叶提取物4g和花香精油4g,充分混匀,保持温度45℃0.5小时,冷却至室温后,得到初级混合;将初级混合物调节pH至7.2,充分混匀10分钟,得到初级抑菌液;将初级抑菌液进行高压蒸汽灭菌,得到灭菌混合液,所述高压蒸汽灭菌的条件为压力103.4kPa、温度121℃,维持15分钟;将灭菌混合液冷却至室温,分装置至西林瓶,分装的规格为5mL/瓶。
取金黄色葡萄球菌培养基12份,分为2组,每组6份,分别为空白对照组和实验组,向实验组中加入本发明水光基底皮肤抑菌液0.1mL、0.15mL、0.2mL、0.25mL、0.3mL、0.35mL,依次编号实验组1、实验组2、实验组3、实验组4、实验组5、实验组6;向对照组中加入纯化水0.1mL、0.15mL、0.2mL、0.25mL、0.3mL、0.35mL,依次编号对照组1、对照组2、对照组3、对照组4、对照组5、对照组6、将金黄色葡萄球菌培养液稀释至接种浓度后,接种至空白对照组和实验组,其中空白组和实验组培养基中,培养一段时间后,统计菌落的个数,结果表明对照组的菌落数明显少于实验组的菌落个数。
从以上实施例可以看出,本发明具有种很好的抑菌效果强,能够提升肤质、无副作用。

1.一种水光基底皮肤抑菌液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:丁二醇2-5份、甘油2-5份、甜菜碱1-2份、透明质酸钠0.01-0.1份、丙二醇1-3份、蓝色葡聚糖2000 0.5-2份、苯氧二醇0.5-1.5份、聚六亚甲基双胍0.1-1份、乙醇3-8份、艾叶提取物0.1-0.5份和纯化水80-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水光基底皮肤抑菌液,其特征在于,所述水光基底皮肤抑菌液包括以下重量份的原料:丁二醇5份、甘油2份、甜菜碱1.2份、透明质酸钠0.03份、丙二醇1.5份、蓝色葡聚糖2000 1份、苯氧二醇1份、聚六亚甲基双胍0.2份、乙醇5份、艾叶提取物0.1份和纯化水100份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水光基底皮肤抑菌液,其特征在于,所述水光基底皮肤抑菌液还包括花香精油,所述花香精油包括薰衣草精油、茉莉精油、玫瑰精油、水仙精油、甘菊精油和桂花精油中的至少一种,所述花香精油含量为0.1-0.5重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水光基底皮肤抑菌液,其特征在于,所述水光基底皮肤抑菌液包括以下制备步骤:
步骤一,艾叶提取物准备,取洗净的艾叶,切碎后,放入回流提取装置中,加入乙醇后回流提取1-3h,收集提取液,冷却后过滤,取滤液进行浓缩得到艾叶提取物粉末,再采用40-60目标准筛进行筛分,得到40-60目的艾叶提取物粉末;
步骤二,配制,按比例将丁二醇、甘油、丙二醇、乙醇、甜菜碱和纯化水混合,充分混匀后,加热至40-65℃,再加入透明质酸钠、蓝色葡聚糖2000、苯氧二醇、聚六亚甲基双胍、艾叶提取物和花香精油,充分混匀,保持温度40-65℃0.5-1小时,冷却至室温后,得到初级混合物;
步骤三,调节pH,将步骤二得到的初级混合物调节pH至7.0-7.4,充分混匀10-30分钟,得到初级抑菌液;
步骤四,灭菌,将步骤三得到的初级抑菌液进行高压蒸汽灭菌,得到灭菌混合液,所述高压蒸汽灭菌的条件为压力103.4kPa、温度121℃,维持15-30分钟;
步骤五,分装,完成步骤四得到的灭菌混合液冷却至室温,分装置至包装瓶中。
5.根据权利要求1和4所述的一种水光基底皮肤抑菌液,其特征在于,所述包装瓶包括西林瓶,所述分装的规格为5mL/瓶。
