背景技术
心型环一般和预绞式耐张线夹配合使用,传统心型环是铸造件,由可锻铸铁制成,存在铸造缺陷,质量不稳定的问题。

针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种预绞式耐张线夹用心型环及其制造工艺,该心型环用钢板成型,质量稳定。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种预绞式耐张线夹用心型环,包括心型环本体,所述心型环本体上部贯通设有金具螺栓孔,所述心型环本体中部贯通设有通孔,所述金具螺栓孔中插设有金具螺栓。
所述金具螺栓孔的孔径为25-30mm。
所述心型环本体下部的圆弧的半径为20-30mm。
一种预绞式耐张线夹用心型环的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将原料通过落料模具进行落料;
步骤二:落料后的模块通过冲孔模具冲孔;
步骤三:冲孔后模块进行压型;
步骤四:压型后的模块通过成型模块进行成型,坯料加温,温度为800-850℃;
步骤五:成型后的模块通过线槽整型模具进行整型;
步骤六:整型后的模块热镀锌;
步骤七:将热镀锌的各模块进行组装成心型环成品。
所述步骤一中的原料为Q345R板材。
所述步骤二冲孔形成的通孔的两侧弧的半径为5-10mm,两侧弧端间的距离为5-10mm。
所述步骤三中压型形成的弧的半径为0.5-2mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明中的心型环用钢板成型,质量稳定,铸造缺陷小。
