工作过程:利用桨叶轮2转动驱动底座1前进,前进的同时可以利用第二驱动电机32工作带动切割轴6转动,利用切割轴6转动带动切割辊4同步转动,从而使切割辊4上的切割刀5对水草进行切割,避免水草大面积牵连不便于打捞的现象,切割轴6转动的同时带动第一传动皮带7转动,从而使第一传送轴8同步转动,第一传送轴8转动的同时带动第一传送带36进行传送工作,第一传送带36将切断后的水草提升并送入到处理箱12内,第一传送带36输送的水草落到第二传送带28上,由于第一传送带36上设有漏水孔,输送过程中,水草中的水会漏出并落在第一导水槽10内,并通过第一导水槽10排出,减少水草的重量,且由于第一传送带36工作时,拉动第二传送轴25同步转动,第二传送轴25转动的同时带动第二传动皮带26转动,从而使第三传送轴27同步转动,第三传送轴27转动的同时带动第二传送带28移动进行传送工作,对第一传送带36输送来的水草进行输送,输送的过程中进行挤水工作,可以利用电推杆31延伸,使压辊43底端与第二传送带28表面接触,然后启动第三驱动电机41,利用第三驱动电机41工作带动一组辊轴44转动,相邻两组辊轴44之间通过第三传动皮带42带动同步转动,从而使多组压辊43同步转动,利用压辊43对第二传送带28上输送的水草进行挤水工作,挤水时产生的水通过第二传送带28上的漏水孔落在第二导水槽29内,第二导水槽29将挤出的水收集并通过第三排水孔39和第二排水孔35将水排出,同时挤水后的水草进入到粉碎箱33内,利用第一驱动电机22工作带动螺旋粉碎辊23同步转动对粉碎箱33内的水草进行粉碎工作,并将粉碎后的水草通过出料口21排出并落入到收集箱13内进行收集,可以利用镂空板16上的水草中的水滴落到集水槽内,并通过第一排水孔15排出,减少水草的体积,同时可以利用液压缸18延伸推动压板17,利用压板17对粉碎后的水草进行挤压,一方面可以将水草中的水再次挤出,另一方面可以进一步压缩水草占用的体积,保证收集量大,收集效果好,可以进行连续大面积的水草清理工作,便于推广和使用。Working process: use the
