Background

The clamping device further comprises a locking screw 9, wherein the locking screw 9 is vertically arranged and is in threaded connection with the top end of the mandrel 7, and the bottom of the locking screw 9 stretches into the groove and is in butt joint with the top of the clamping frame 8.
The top of the riveting workbench 14 is fixedly connected with a riveting sizing block 15, and a squirrel cage is arranged at the top of the riveting sizing block 15.
The bottom of the movable support 2 is fixedly connected to the top of the rotary chassis 16, a base 17 is installed at the bottom of the rotary chassis 16, the rotary chassis 16 can rotate around the central axis of the mouse cage on the base 17, a plurality of pulleys are installed at the bottom of the base 17, and the pulleys can roll on the guide rail 1 along the length direction of the guide rail 1.

The outer diameter of the mandrel 7 is matched with the aperture of the central hole of the squirrel cage, the outer diameter of the supporting seat 10 and the plane bearing 11 is larger than the aperture of the central hole of the squirrel cage, the clamping frame 8 is cuboid, and the length of the clamping frame 8 is larger than the aperture of the central hole of the squirrel cage.
The movable support 2 is left and right expanded, the middle is hollow, and the expanded distance is larger than the outer diameter of the squirrel cage, so that the squirrel cage can be turned over in the hollow part of the movable support 2 after being clamped.
The rotating chassis 16 and the base 17 can be connected by a vertically arranged rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft can rotate around the central axis of the rotating shaft, so that the rotating chassis 16 can rotate around the central axis of the squirrel cage on the base 17, and the central axis of the squirrel cage refers to a state that the squirrel cage is clamped and riveted, namely, the central axis is vertically arranged.

Working principle:
1. Clamping device
The movable support 2 is pulled out to be far away from the riveting workbench 14, the mandrel 7 passes through the central hole of the squirrel cage, the clamping frame 8 is pressed down, the locking screw 9 is screwed, the horizontal rotating shaft 4 passes through the mandrel 7, two ends of the horizontal rotating shaft 4 are placed on the two supports 3 and tangent with the idler wheels 5, the clamping seat 6 is installed through bolt connection, and the elastic retainer ring is clamped.
2. Working on one side
The movable support 2 is pushed to approach the riveting workbench 14 until the position to be riveted of the squirrel cage is placed on the riveting sizing block 15, the hydraulic riveting machine 12 is started, the riveting press head 13 is pressed down to complete riveting, the rotary chassis 16 is rotated, and one circle of riveting work is completed in sequence.
3. Working on the other side
The movable support 2 is pulled out to be far away from the riveting workbench 14, the squirrel cage is turned 180 degrees, the movable support 2 is pushed to be close to the riveting workbench 14, the position to be riveted of the squirrel cage is placed on the riveting sizing block 15, the riveting press head 13 is pressed down to complete riveting, the rotary chassis 16 is rotated, and riveting work of the other side is sequentially completed.
