When the device is used, air enters the first reaction cavity through the air inlet 3 of the first reaction cavity to be mixed with water mist for reaction, then enters the first gas-liquid separator 6, air treated by the first gas-liquid separator 6 flows into the second reaction cavity through the air inlet 3 of the second reaction cavity, then passes through the second gas-liquid separator 7, and air treated by the second gas-liquid separator 7 is discharged to the outside.
Through setting up the reaction chamber more than two for water smoke and air mixing reaction are more abundant, have promoted the purifying effect to the air.
The first fan is arranged at the air inlet close to the first reaction cavity, the second fan is arranged at the air outlet close to the second reaction cavity, and as a changeable implementation mode, only the first fan or only the second fan can be arranged.
Example III
The air purification system of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5-6, includes the air purifier of the first and/or second embodiment, and further includes a water collecting tank 16, where a plurality of air purifiers are connected in parallel with the water collecting tank 16, and the high-pressure atomizing pump 9 is disposed in the water collecting tank 16 and connected with the nozzle 5 disposed in the reaction chamber.
As an alternative embodiment, a plurality of air cleaners may also be connected in series with the sump 16.
The water storage tank 8 is internally provided with a water pump, the water pumps of a plurality of air purifiers are connected with the water collecting tank 16 through a float switch, and the water collecting tank 16 is internally provided with a filter 14 for filtering water pumped into the water collecting tank by the water storage tank.
When the device is used, water in the water collecting tank forms water mist in the reaction cavity through the spraying mechanism, and the water mist and air fully react in the reaction cavity to remove harmful substances in the air, so that viruses are prevented from spreading through aerosol, and infectious germs such as coronaviruses, influenza A viruses and the like are effectively removed; after the water mist fully reacts with air, the water mist is attached to the inner wall of the reaction cavity, water drops are formed to flow into the water storage tank 8, when a certain quantity value is reached, the float switch is triggered, the water pump pumps the water in the water storage tank 8 into the water collecting tank, the water resource is recycled, sterilization and germ elimination are realized through the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 17 arranged in the water collecting tank, the purification efficiency is remarkably improved, and the purification cost is reduced.
When the air purifier is installed, the air purifier can be dispersed into each independent room, and the plurality of air purifiers share one water collecting tank 16, so that on one hand, the occupied space for installing the air purifier is effectively saved, on the other hand, the production and maintenance cost is saved, and when the water quality is disinfected, the water quality in the water collecting tank 16 is only detected and treated.

And obvious variations or modifications thereof are contemplated as falling within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An air purification system, characterized by comprising a horizontal air purifier and a water collecting tank (16), wherein a plurality of the air purifiers are connected with the water collecting tank (16) in parallel; an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp (17) is arranged in the water collecting tank (16);
A horizontal air purifier comprising:
A reaction chamber (1) comprising: the air inlet (3) and the air outlet (4) of the reaction cavity are respectively arranged at two ends of the reaction cavity;
A water storage tank (8) which is arranged on the reaction chamber (1) and is communicated with the reaction chamber; a water pump is arranged in the water storage tank (8), and the water pumps of the air purifiers are all connected with the water collecting tank (16);
The first fan (15) is arranged on the reaction chamber (1) and is communicated with the air inlet (3); the second fan is arranged on the reaction chamber (1) and is communicated with the air outlet (4); the spraying mechanism comprises a spray head (5), and the spray head (5) sprays water mist towards the inside of the reaction chamber (1); the mounting assembly is arranged on the reaction chamber (1) and is used for mounting the reaction chamber (1) on a hanging platform; the reaction chamber (1) is horizontally arranged on the hanging platform along the length direction of the reaction chamber; the number of the reaction chambers is at least two, and the two reaction chambers are communicated;
the high-pressure atomizing pump (9) is arranged in the water collecting tank (16) and is connected with the spray head (5) arranged in the reaction cavity.
2. The air purification system of claim 1, wherein the mounting assembly comprises:
The connecting piece is arranged on the reaction chamber (1);
And one end of the expansion piece is connected with the connecting piece, and the other end of the expansion piece is connected with the hanging platform.
3. An air purification system according to claim 1, characterized in that the spray head (5) is an atomizer spray head (5), the spray mechanism further comprising a high pressure atomizer pump (9) connected to the spray head (5).
4. An air cleaning system according to claim 1, wherein the reaction chamber is provided with at least two sets of spaced apart spray heads (5) along its length.
5. The air purification system according to claim 4, wherein the spray head (5) is arranged on a mist outlet pipe (10), a jack matched with the mist outlet pipe (10) in shape is arranged on the reaction cavity, and the mist outlet pipe (10) is detachably connected with the reaction cavity.
6. An air cleaning system according to claim 4, wherein the spray head (5) is detachably connected to the reaction chamber in a horizontal direction.
7. An air purification system according to claim 1, wherein the ends of the same side of both reaction chambers are in communication.
8. An air cleaning system according to claim 1, further comprising a gas-liquid separator (13) disposed adjacent to the air outlet (4) of the reaction chamber and communicating with the reaction chamber.
9. The air cleaning system according to claim 8, wherein the gas-liquid separator (13) comprises a first gas-liquid separator (6) and/or a second gas-liquid separator (7);
The first gas-liquid separator (6) comprises: at least two diversion cavities surrounded by a plurality of first arc-shaped baffles (11) which are arranged in parallel, and a second arc-shaped baffle (12) which is arranged in the diversion cavities and used for blocking gas from passing through the diversion cavities; the flow guiding cavity is communicated with the air outlet (4) of the reaction cavity; the second gas-liquid separator (7) comprises: water blocking clusters consisting of densely arranged wires.
10. An air purification system according to claim 1, wherein the water pumps of a plurality of the air purifiers are connected to the water collection sump (16) by a float switch.
