Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an inner ring fire cover, which comprises a top cover 33, an inner ring wall 31 connected with the top cover 33, a central cavity 36 formed in the inner ring wall 31, a first inner ring fire hole 331 formed in the top cover 33 and communicated with the central cavity 36, and an outer ring wall 32 connected with the top cover 33, wherein the inner ring wall 31, the outer ring wall 32 and the top cover 33 are enclosed to form an inner ring gas cavity 35, a second inner ring fire hole 321 formed in the outer ring wall 32 and communicated with the inner ring gas cavity 35, and the second inner ring fire holes 321 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the outer ring wall 32.
The top cover 33 is used as the upper end of the inner ring fire cover 30, the outer ring wall 32 is arranged outside the inner ring wall 31, and the inner diameter of the outer ring wall 32 is larger than the outer diameter of the inner ring wall 31, so that a gap is formed between the inner ring wall 31 and the outer ring wall 32. The inner annular wall 31 is hollow to form the central cavity 36, the top cover 33 is disposed at one end of the inner annular wall 31, the first inner annular fire hole 331 on the top cover 33 is a through hole, and the air flow is conveyed to the first inner annular fire hole 331 through the central cavity 36.
The inner annular wall 31, the top cover 33 and the outer annular wall 32 form the inner annular fire hole 35, the second inner annular fire hole 321 is a through hole penetrating the outer annular wall 32, and the air flow is conveyed to the second inner annular fire hole 321 through the inner annular fire hole 35.
Since the central chamber 36 and the inner annular gas chamber 35 are two independent chambers, the inner annular gas chamber 35 and the central chamber 36 may employ independent gas input channels. Since gas can be supplied to the first inner annular fire hole 331 through the central chamber 36 while gas can be supplied to the second inner annular fire hole 321 through the inner annular gas chamber 35, the gas pressure of the first inner annular fire hole 331 and the second inner annular fire hole 321 is kept stable. When the inner ring fire cover 30 is in the state of extremely low fire, the gas pressure output by the first inner ring fire hole 331 can be kept stable by controlling the gas pressure of the central cavity 36, so that the inner ring fire cover 30 is in the stable state of extremely low fire.
Because the gas input of the first inner ring fire hole 331 and the gas input of the second inner ring fire hole 321 do not affect each other, the gas pressure of the central cavity 36 is reduced, and the gas input of the inner ring gas cavity 35 is not affected, so that the gas pressure of the inner ring fire cover 30 is split to form two parts, and the flame size formed by spraying the first inner ring fire hole 331 and the second inner ring fire hole 321 is convenient to control.
Since the inner ring gas chamber 35 and the central chamber 36 are independent of each other, the gas input of the inner ring gas chamber 35 may be reduced or closed independently, so that the reduction of the gas in the second inner ring flame hole 321 does not affect the first inner ring flame hole 331 at all when the inner ring flame cover 30 is in a state of burning with very little flame. When the gas load of the inner ring gas chamber 35 is adjusted, the gas load of the first inner ring fire hole 331 is not affected at all, and thus the independent control of the injection flame of the first inner ring fire hole 331 in the state of extremely small fire is realized.
When the inner ring fire cover 30 is mounted on the burner, the gas pressure control of the second inner ring fire hole 321 and the first inner ring fire hole 331 can be realized by controlling the gas quantity input into the inner ring gas cavity 35 and the central cavity 36, so that the gas pressure of the first inner ring fire hole 331 and the second inner ring fire hole 321 can be controlled more, and the pressure stabilizing control of the first inner ring fire hole 331 and the second inner ring fire hole 321 of the inner ring fire cover 30 can be realized, thereby avoiding the problem of flame separation.
Since the inner ring fire cover 30 is formed as a unitary structure, the first inner ring fire hole 331 may be formed at the middle of the top cover 33 such that a combustion area near the middle of the inner ring fire cover 30 is formed after fuel gas is injected from the first inner ring fire hole 331. The second inner ring fire holes 321 are distributed at intervals along the outer circumference of the outer ring wall 32, and gas is ejected from the second inner ring fire holes 321 to form a combustion area at the outer circumference of the inner ring fire cover 30. Because the gas load of the first inner ring fire hole 331 and the second inner ring fire hole 321 can be controlled independently, the inner ring fire cover 30 can be controlled to form a uniform heating state, and the problem of uneven temperature in the middle of the inner ring fire cover 30 caused by uneven gas load in the middle of the existing inner ring fire cover 30 is avoided. Because the middle part of the pan can be concentrated to the food in-process of cooking, through making the gas load of first inner ring fire hole 331 is more controllable, makes inner ring fire lid 30 when heating the pan, can concentrate and heat the pan bottom center, helps improving cooking efficiency. Because the gas loads of the first inner ring fire hole 331 and the second inner ring fire hole 321 are independently controlled, the temperature of the flame formed by spraying the first inner ring fire hole 331 and the second inner ring fire hole 321 can be independently controlled, and further the temperature area formed by burning the gas of the inner ring fire cover 30 can be distributed more uniformly, particularly when the inner ring fire cover is used for heating food in the middle of a pot, the heating efficiency is better, and the problem of local pot sticking caused by uneven temperature at the bottom of the pot is prevented.
Because the gas coincidence of the first inner ring fire hole 331 and the second inner ring fire hole 321 can be controlled independently, the first inner ring fire hole 331 can be smaller, and the flame formed in the extremely low fire combustion state is smaller, so that the flame has better use effect.
In the state that the inner ring fire cover 30 is in the low fire combustion state, the flame formed by the first inner ring fire hole 331 and the second inner ring fire hole 321 of the inner ring fire cover 30 is more controllable, and the heating temperature is more controllable in the low fire combustion state.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the top cover 33 is provided with a flame stabilizing hole 341 communicating with the central cavity 36. The flame stabilizing hole 341 is used for reducing the air pressure at the first inner ring fire hole 331 so as to prevent the first inner ring fire hole 331 from being excessively pressurized to cause flame release. Since the first inner ring fire hole 331 is communicated with the central cavity 36, the central cavity 36 and the inner ring gas cavity 35 have independent gas input channels, and the flame stabilizing hole 341 can be used for reducing the gas pressure of the central cavity 36, so that the flame stability generated by the injection of the first inner ring fire hole 331 is higher.
The flame stabilizing holes 341 may be spaced along the outer circumference of the top cover 33 so that the first inner ring flame holes 331 are uniformly burned. The flame stabilizing holes 341 may be annularly distributed on the outer circumference of the first inner ring flame holes 331 to form a partial pressure state.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the top cover 33 is movably mounted on the outer annular wall 32, fire teeth 34 are circumferentially spaced on the top cover 33 and/or the outer annular wall 32, and the flame stabilizing holes 341 are formed between adjacent fire teeth 34. The fire teeth 34 are arranged at intervals, and gaps for air flow are arranged between adjacent fire teeth 34.
Taking the example that the fire teeth 34 are disposed on the end surface of the top cover 33 facing the outer annular wall 32, the fire teeth 34 are circumferentially spaced along the end surface of the top cover 33 facing the outer annular wall 32. The end of the fire tooth 34 remote from the top cover 33 is connected to the outer annular wall 32 so that the top cover 33 is kept in a stable state. The air flows from the central chamber 36 to the flame stabilizing holes 341 formed between the adjacent flame teeth 34.
By forming the flame stabilizing holes 341 by using the adjacent flame teeth 34, the adjacent flame teeth 34 can form a strip-shaped air flow outlet. When the air flow is output from the flame stabilizing hole 341, the effect of reducing the air pressure of the central cavity 36 can be achieved, the first inner ring fire hole 331 is not affected, and then the flame stability formed by the jet combustion of the first inner ring fire hole 331 is higher, and the flame is not easy to separate. In the state that the inner ring fire cover 30 is burned with a very small fire, the first inner ring fire hole 331 has a higher stability of the injection flame.
In this embodiment, optionally, a guide wall 37 is disposed at an end of the inner annular wall 31 near the top cover 33, one end of the guide wall 37 away from the inner annular wall 31 is connected with the outer annular wall 32, the guide wall 37, the inner annular wall 31 and the outer annular wall 32 enclose to form the inner annular gas chamber 35, and a guide surface 371 for guiding the gas in the central chamber 36 to the flame stabilizing hole 341 is formed on a surface of the guide wall 37 facing away from the inner annular gas chamber 35.
In manufacturing the inner ring fire cover 30, the guide wall 37, the inner ring wall 31 and the outer ring wall 32 may be integrally formed. The guide wall 37 is used to close the end of the inner annular gas chamber 35 near the top cover 33. The guide wall 37 is inclined, and when the air flows along the inner annular wall 31, the air can flow to the flame stabilizing hole 341 under the action of the guide surface 371, so that the flame stability of the injection combustion of the first inner annular flame hole 331 is higher. When the air flows along the central cavity 36, the air close to the inner wall of the inner annular wall 31 gradually flows along the surface of the inner annular wall 31 and the diversion surface 371 towards the flame stabilizing hole 341, while the air close to the middle of the central cavity 36 is concentrated towards the first inner annular fire hole 331, and the air is not easy to generate turbulence at the position close to the inner annular fire cover 30, so that the air is in a stable output state, and when the air is output from the first inner annular fire hole 331, the air pressure instability or the air flow non-uniformity are not easy to occur, so that the flame stability can be improved.
Because the turbulent flow of the air flow is reduced, the air flow can be in a stable state when being output, and then the fuel gas can be better mixed with the air after being output from the first inner ring fire hole 331, thereby being beneficial to improving the combustion efficiency of the fuel gas. Through making the gas be steady state output, can make the flame distribution of first inner ring fire hole 331 injection combustion is comparatively even, and then makes the burning more even, avoids leading to the problem of the local sticking pot of pan because the burning is inhomogeneous. The flame stabilizing holes 341 can reduce the gas pressure in the central cavity 36 to a certain extent, and the gas pressure in the first inner ring flame holes 331 can also be kept stable, so that the flame is prevented from being detached, the inner ring flame cover 30 can have a uniform combustion state in a state of extremely low flame combustion, and the cooking efficiency and the cooking quality can be improved.
Taking the state shown in fig. 2 as an example, the distance between the end of the guide wall 37 close to the inner annular wall 31 and the top cover 33 is greater than the distance between the end of the guide wall 37 close to the outer annular wall 32 and the top cover 33, and the guide wall 37 is in an inclined upward structure.
Under the action of the guide wall 37, the air flow entering the inner ring gas cavity 35 can flow along the guide wall 37 towards the second inner ring fire hole 321, so that the air flow is guided, and the air flow is prevented from being severely turned in the inner ring gas cavity 35 to generate turbulence. The uniformity and stability of the flame formed by the jet combustion of the air flow from the second inner ring fire hole 321 can be higher, which is helpful for improving the cooking quality.
In order to facilitate the installation of the thermocouple on the inner ring fire cover 30, in this embodiment, optionally, a through hole 372 is provided on the guide wall 37, one end of the through hole 372 is connected to the inner ring gas cavity 35, and the other end of the through hole 372 faces the top cover 33, and the through hole 372 is used for passing through the thermocouple so that the thermocouple protrudes from the inner ring gas cavity 35 to the top cover 33. The thermocouple extends through the inner annular gas chamber 35 and the through hole 372 and extends to the top cover 33. Since the guide wall 37 is an inclined surface, the thermocouple penetrates the guide wall 37 through the through hole 372.
For example, in this embodiment, one of the outer annular wall 32 and the top cover 33 may be provided with a groove 322, the other of the outer annular wall 32 and the top cover 33 is provided with the fire tooth 34, the fire tooth 34 is embedded in the groove 322, and a flame stabilizing groove communicating the flame stabilizing hole 341 and the peripheral side of the outer annular wall 32 is formed between the end surfaces of the top cover 33 and the outer annular wall 32.
When the fire tooth 34 is inserted into the groove 322, the top cover 33 cannot move radially relative to the outer annular wall 32. Taking the case that the fire teeth 34 are disposed on the end face of the top cover 33 facing the outer annular wall 32, and the grooves 322 are disposed on the outer annular wall 32, when the fire teeth 34 are embedded in the grooves 322, a gap is formed between the top cover 33 and the outer annular wall 32, the flame stabilizing holes 341 are formed between the adjacent fire teeth 34, the flame stabilizing grooves are formed in the gap between the top cover 33 and the outer annular wall 32, and the air flow is conveyed from the central cavity 36 to the flame stabilizing grooves through the flame stabilizing holes 341. The flame stabilizing groove is communicated with the flame stabilizing hole 341 and the peripheral side of the outer annular wall 32, so that the air flow output from the flame stabilizing groove does not interfere with the first inner annular fire hole 331, and the stability of the jet combustion flame of the first inner annular fire hole 331 is improved.
By providing the recess 322 to cooperate with the fire tooth 34, the cap 33 is stabilized against the outer annular wall 32 when the cap 33 is mounted on the outer annular wall 32. When the inner ring fire cover 30 needs to be cleaned, the top cover 33 can be removed for cleaning. Since the flame stabilizing groove is disposed on the peripheral side of the outer circumferential wall 32, the overflow of the soup during cooking is unlikely to cause the blockage of the flame stabilizing hole 341.
The present invention proposes an embodiment of a burner based on the inner ring fire cover 30 described above.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, the burner includes the inner ring fire cover 30 and the gas distribution plate 10 according to any of the above embodiments, the inner ring fire cover 30 is mounted on the gas distribution plate 10, the gas distribution plate 10 is provided with a first gas inlet 13 and a second gas inlet 14, the inner ring gas cavity 35 of the inner ring fire cover 30 is communicated with the first gas inlet 13, and the central cavity 36 of the inner ring fire cover 30 is communicated with the second gas inlet 14.
The inner ring fire cover 30 is mounted on the gas distribution plate 10, and the gas distribution plate 10 has two gas flow input channels, one of which is in communication with the first gas inlet 13, and the other of which is in communication with the second gas inlet 14. Wherein the air flow entering the first air inlet 13 enters the inner annular gas cavity 35 and is conveyed to the second inner annular fire hole 321, and the air flow entering the second air inlet 14 enters the central cavity 36 and is conveyed to the first inner annular fire hole 331.
The gas distribution plate 10 comprises an outer plate body 11, wherein an outer ring gas cavity 111 is formed on the outer plate body 11, an outer ring fire cover 20 is arranged on the outer plate body 11, an outer ring fire hole communicated with the outer ring gas cavity 111 is formed in the outer ring fire cover 20, an inner plate body 12, an inner ring fire cover 30 is arranged on the inner plate body 12, the outer plate body 11 is arranged outside the inner plate body 12 in a surrounding mode, a first gas inlet 13 and a second gas inlet 14 are formed in the inner plate body 12, a central cavity 36 of the inner ring fire cover 30 is communicated with the first gas inlet 13, and a central cavity 36 of the inner ring fire cover 30 is communicated with the second gas inlet 14, and the outer ring gas cavity 111 is communicated with the first gas inlet 13.
The outer tray body 11 is annular, the inner tray body 12 is arranged at the annular center of the outer tray body 11, and the inner tray body 12 and the outer tray body 11 are connected with each other through the supporting portion 15 to form an integral structure.
The outer tray 11 is used for installing the outer ring fire cover 20, and the outer ring gas cavity is formed inside the outer tray 11. The inside air current passageway 16 that is equipped with of supporting part 15, so that the supporting part 15 is hollow structure, annular baffle 121 is hollow tubular structure, annular baffle 121's one end with the inner wall of interior disk body 12 is connected, the other end with second air inlet 14 is linked together, annular baffle 121 inside cavity position forms the intercommunication the second transition gas chamber 123 of central chamber 36, annular baffle 121's outer wall with form between the inner wall of interior disk body 12 first transition gas chamber 122.
The gas entering the inner disk body 12 from the first gas inlet 13 enters the first transition gas cavity 122, the gas inside the first transition gas cavity 122 enters the outer ring gas cavity partially through the gas flow channel 16 for providing gas for the outer ring fire holes 21, and the gas enters the inner ring gas cavity 35 through the through holes on the inner disk body 12 for providing gas for the second inner ring fire holes 321. The gas entering the inner tray 12 from the second gas inlet 14 enters the central chamber 36 via the second transition gas chamber 123, and provides gas for the first inner ring flame holes 331 and the flame stabilizing holes 341.
Because the inner ring fire cover 30 of the burner has two independent air flow input channels, and the first inner ring fire hole 331 is arranged on the top cover 33, so that the flame formed by spraying the first inner ring fire hole 331 can be kept in a stable state, the flame formed by spraying the second inner ring fire hole 321 does not affect the flame of the first inner ring fire hole 331, and the air pressure of the first inner ring fire hole 331 is conveniently controlled under the condition that the burner is in a minimum fire combustion state, so that the first inner ring fire hole 331 can be kept in a stable state, and then flame stabilization during the minimum fire combustion is realized.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the outer ring fire cover 20 is annular, and the inner ring fire cover 30 is disposed in the middle of the gas distribution plate 10, so that the inner ring fire cover 30 and the outer ring fire cover 20 are coaxially disposed. The outer ring fire hole 21 is a through hole arranged on the outer ring fire cover 20, and the gas distribution plate 10 is internally provided with a gas flow conveying channel communicated with the outer ring fire hole 21. The air flow inputted from the first air inlet 13 is partially transferred to the inner ring gas chamber 35 and partially transferred to the outer ring fire hole 21 through the outer ring gas chamber 111.
The air flow enters the air distribution plate 10 through the first air inlet 13 and the second air inlet 14, respectively, wherein the air flow entering the second air inlet 14 enters the central cavity 36 for supplying air to the first inner ring fire hole 331 and the flame stabilizing hole 341. The air flow entering the first air inlet 13 is delivered to the inner annular gas chamber 35 and the outer annular fire cover 20, respectively.
When the burner is used, flames formed by the jet combustion of the first inner ring fire holes 331 and the second inner ring fire holes 321 of the inner ring fire cover 30 act on the bottom of the cooker, and flames formed by the jet combustion of the outer ring fire holes 21 act on a part close to the outer periphery of the cooker. When it is necessary to reduce the flame intensity of the burner, the air flow amount of the first air intake port 13 may be reduced, and at this time, the second air intake port 14 is not affected.
Since the air flow of the first inner ring fire hole 331 is inputted from the second air inlet 14, when the burner needs to be in the extremely low fire combustion state, the air pressure of the first inner ring fire hole 331 can be kept stable by adjusting the outer ring fire hole 21 and the second inner ring fire hole 321 without affecting the first inner ring fire hole 331, the burner can have a proper amount of gas supply in the extremely low fire combustion state, and can be kept stable in the extremely low fire state, and the air pressure of the first inner ring fire hole 331 can be kept as small as possible by controlling the air input pressure of the second air inlet 14, so that the flame of the burner in the extremely low fire combustion state can be made smaller.
Since the gas of the second inner ring fire hole 321 is inputted from the first gas inlet 13, the combustion state of the second inner ring fire hole 321 can be simultaneously adjusted when the gas pressure inputted from the first gas inlet 13 is adjusted. When the burner needs to be in a low-fire combustion state, the air pressure of the first air inlet 13 can be independently adjusted, and the air pressure of the second air inlet 14 can also be independently adjusted. When the air pressure of the second air inlet 14 is adjusted, the flame burning intensity of the burner is reduced on the premise that the first inner ring fire hole 331 is kept stable to burn, so that the burner can be more stable in a low fire state. When the second air inlet 14 keeps a stable input state, the first inner ring fire holes 331 are formed in the top cover 33, and the first inner ring fire holes 331 can be directly opposite to the middle of the bottom surface of the pan, so that food in the middle of the pan can be heated in a concentrated manner.
Under the less state of food in the pan, food can concentrate in pan bottom center generally, because second inner ring fire hole 321 sets up on the outer rampart 32, when will the atmospheric pressure of first air inlet 13 reduces, the atmospheric pressure of second inner ring fire hole 321 reduces, the combustor is middle part combustion temperature and is the highest, from inside to outside temperature gradually reduced's state, can concentrate and heat pan bottom center. The heat can radiate to the periphery of the cooker gradually, so that the bottom surface of the cooker is heated more uniformly, the quick heating under a small fire state can be realized, the cooking efficiency is accelerated, and the problems that the food at the central position of the bottom of the existing burner is not cooked and the heat of the annular area close to the central position of the bottom is too high under the small fire state can be reduced, and the problem that the bottom of the cooker is burnt can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, the inner disc 12 is hollow, the inner disc 12 is provided with an annular partition plate 121, a first transitional gas cavity 122 is formed between the annular partition plate 121 and the inner wall of the inner disc 12, a second transitional gas cavity 123 communicating with the second gas inlet 14 is formed inside the annular partition plate 121, the inner annular fire cover 30 is mounted on the inner disc 12, the central cavity 36 of the inner annular fire cover 30 is communicated with the second transitional gas cavity 123, the inner disc 12 is provided with a gas flow hole communicating the first transitional gas cavity 122 with the inner annular gas cavity 35 of the inner annular fire cover 30, and the first gas inlet 13 is formed on the inner disc 12 and is communicated with the first transitional gas cavity 122.
Because the annular partition plate 121 partitions the inside of the inner disc 12, the first transition gas cavity 122 and the second transition gas cavity 123 are formed in the inner disc 12, so that the gas is input in a partitioned mode, and after entering the inner disc 12, the gas can be output in three branches, so that the gas is split.
The annular spacer 121 may be integrally formed with the inner tray 12. When the inner annular fire cover 30 is installed, the inner annular wall 31 of the inner annular fire cover 30 can be inserted into the annular partition plate 121, the central cavity 36 is communicated with the second transitional gas cavity 123, the outer wall of the inner annular wall 31 is attached to the inner wall of the annular partition plate 121 to form a continuous gas flow path, unnecessary movement of the inner annular fire cover 30 is prevented, and one end of the annular partition plate 121 away from the inner annular wall 31 serves as the second gas inlet 14 of the gas distribution disc 10 for inputting gas into the first inner annular fire holes 331.
Since the air flows respectively enter the inner tray 12 through the first air inlet 13 and the second air inlet 14, two air flows entering the inner tray 12 are divided into three. The second air inlet 14 provides air to the second transition gas chamber 123 alone, so that the air supply pressure of the first inner ring fire hole 331 can be kept stable, and the second air inlet can also be kept in a stable combustion state in a very low fire state. When the air flow of the first air inlet 13 is regulated, the air supply pressure of the second inner ring fire hole 321 can be regulated at the same time, and the air supply pressure of the first inner ring fire hole 331 is not influenced, so that the burner can be quickly switched to a combustion state with extremely small fire, and the controllability of the combustion state of the burner is improved.
In this embodiment, optionally, the gas separation disc further includes a supporting portion 15, where the supporting portion 15 is disposed between the inner disc body 12 and the outer disc body 11, an air flow channel 16 that communicates the first transitional gas cavity 122 and the outer ring gas cavity is formed in the supporting portion 15, and the outer disc body 11, the supporting portion 15, and the inner disc body 12 may form an integral structure. When the outer ring fire cover 20 is mounted on the outer disc 11, the flame formed by the outer ring fire cover 20 and the flame formed by the inner ring fire cover 30 are mutually independent, so that the burner is in a uniform heating state. The support parts 15 are provided in a plurality of spaced-apart manner, and a secondary air supply port for supplying secondary air into the burner may be formed between adjacent support parts 15.
In order to prevent the inner ring fire cover 30 from being displaced, in this embodiment, optionally, one of the inner tray 12 and the outer ring wall 32 of the inner ring fire cover 30 is provided with a protrusion 124, and the other one is provided with a limiting groove 323, and the protrusion 124 is embedded in the limiting groove 323. The limiting groove 323 and the protruding portion 124 cooperate to seal a gap between the outer annular wall 32 and the inner tray 12. After the protruding portion 124 is embedded in the limiting groove 323, the inner ring fire cover 30 cannot move relative to the inner tray 12, so as to prevent the inner ring fire cover 30 from being dislocated.
The present invention proposes another embodiment of a burner based on the inner ring fire cover 30 described above.
Referring to fig. 8, the burner includes a gas distribution plate 10, an outer ring fire cover 20, and an inner ring fire cover 30 as described in any one of the above, wherein the inner ring fire cover 30 and the outer ring fire cover 20 are mounted on the gas distribution plate 10, the gas distribution plate 10 is provided with a first gas inlet 13 and a second gas inlet 14, a central cavity 36 of the inner ring fire cover 30 is communicated with the first gas inlet 13, an inner ring gas cavity 35 of the inner ring fire cover 30 is communicated with the second gas inlet 14, and an outer ring fire hole 21 communicated with the first gas inlet 13 is formed in the outer ring fire cover 20.
The gas distribution plate 10 comprises an outer plate body 11, wherein an outer ring gas cavity 111 is formed on the outer plate body 11, the outer ring fire cover 20 is arranged on the outer plate body 11, the outer ring fire cover 10 is provided with an outer ring fire hole 21 communicated with the outer ring gas cavity 111, the inner plate body 12 is arranged on the inner plate body 12 in a surrounding manner, the outer plate body 11 is arranged outside the inner plate body 12 in a surrounding manner, the inner plate body 12 is provided with a first gas inlet 13 and a second gas inlet 14, the inner ring gas cavity 35 of the inner ring fire cover 30 is communicated with the first gas inlet 13, the central cavity 36 of the inner ring fire cover 30 is communicated with the second gas inlet 14, and the outer ring gas cavity 111 is communicated with the first gas inlet 13.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the gas distribution plate 10 has two independent gas flow input channels, wherein the gas flow entering the gas distribution plate 10 from the first gas inlet 13 partially enters the central cavity 36 for supplying gas to the first inner ring fire hole 331 and partially delivered to the outer ring fire cover 20 for supplying gas to the outer ring fire hole 21. The air flow entering the air distribution plate 10 from the second air inlet 14 directly enters the inner annular fire cavity 35 of the inner annular fire cover 30 to supply air to the second inner annular fire hole 321.
Because the first air inlet 13 supplies air to the first inner ring fire hole 331 and the outer ring fire hole 21 at the same time, the air supply of the second inner ring fire hole 321 is independent of the air supply of the first inner ring fire hole 331, so that the air pressure of the first inner ring fire hole 331 can be kept stable and adjustable, and then the first inner ring fire hole 331 can spray flame to keep stable, and when the burner is in a very small fire combustion state, the flame formed by spraying the first inner ring fire hole 331 can also keep stable.
Since the second air inlet 14 supplies air to the inner ring gas chamber 35, the combustion of the first inner ring fire hole 331 is not affected when the flame of the second inner ring fire hole 321 is adjusted. When the burner is in a low fire state, the first inner ring fire holes 331 and the second inner ring fire holes 321 can be independently adjusted. Because first inner ring fire hole 331 with second inner ring fire hole 321 is independent air feed, makes first inner ring fire hole 331 with second inner ring fire hole 321 can keep stable combustion state, under little fire combustion state, first inner ring fire hole 331 with second inner ring fire hole 321 can form stable flame, makes the combustor can form stable and even heating zone in pan bottom center and the position that is close to the center, avoids the problem of the pot that the temperature inequality caused under the little fire state that current combustor exists.
In order to facilitate the supply of gas to the outer ring fire holes 21, the outer ring gas chamber is used to form a chamber for containing gas in this embodiment. The air flow enters the outer ring gas cavity only through the first air inlet 13 and is ejected from the outer ring fire holes 21 to form outer ring fires. The outer ring gas cavity can form a pressurizing space of outer ring gas so that the gas can be uniformly sprayed and output, and further the stability of outer ring fire is improved.

The annular partition plate 121 is installed inside the inner disc body 12, and the inside of the annular partition plate is hollow to form a second transitional gas cavity 123, the second transitional gas cavity 123 is used for connecting the inner annular gas cavity 35 and the first gas inlet 13, and gas entering the inner disc body 12 enters the second transitional gas cavity 123 from the first gas inlet 13 and is conveyed to the inner annular gas cavity 35 to supply gas for the second inner annular fire hole 321. The annular partition 121 may be integrally formed with the inner tray 12.
The first transitional gas cavity 122 is formed between the outer wall of the annular partition plate 121 and the inner wall of the inner disk body 12, and the first transitional gas cavity 122 is simultaneously communicated with the outer annular gas cavity 111 and the central cavity 36, so as to supply gas to the first inner annular fire hole 331 and the outer annular fire hole 21.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the gas distributing disc further includes a supporting portion 15, where the supporting portion 15 is disposed between the inner disc body 12 and the outer disc body 11, and an air flow channel 16 that communicates the first transitional gas cavity 122 and the outer ring gas cavity is formed in the supporting portion 15.
The outer tray 11 is in a ring structure, the inner tray 12 is disposed at the inner side of the outer tray 11, and the supporting portion 15 is used for connecting the outer tray 11 and the inner tray 12, so as to form an integral structure of the gas distribution tray 10.
