本发明涉及一种带有加固抗震结构的装配式简易房,属于箱板房建筑工程领域。包括H型钢梁、门窗位墙、H型钢承重柱、波形钢夹板墙;横向H型钢梁的端部与H型钢承重柱的翼缘拼接板、腹板拼接板配合插接,分别用连接螺栓穿过翼缘拼接板预留螺栓孔、腹板拼接板预留螺栓孔将H型钢梁固定;纵向H型钢梁的端部与H型钢承重柱的凹槽处配合插接,将连接槽钢置于H型钢梁上下两侧,用连接螺栓将连接槽钢与H型钢梁、H型钢承重柱固定;本发明的优点效果是构件之间连接简单、周转利用率高,钢管减震斜撑体系增强了结构的整体稳定性和抗震性,适应装配式建筑一体化的发展。

技术领域
本发明属于箱板房建筑工程领域,特别涉及一种带有加固抗震结构的装配式简易房。
背景技术
随着国家装配式建筑产业发展的不断深入,对于建筑绿色环保文明建筑施工的技术要求越来越高。钢结构具备相对显著的优势之处,不仅自重较轻、强度较大,其塑性以及韧性也十分突出,具有高程度的装配性,最重要的是基本符合现如今建筑工程所倡导的绿色节能环保的相关理念,因此逐渐被广泛应用于各种建筑施工中。但是由于传统钢结构梁柱连接以焊接节点形式受到广泛应用,这种连接方式对焊接工人的技术、施工现场的气候状况等要求非常严格;同时大量的焊接节点会存在一定的安全隐患,会加重工程中的检测成本;且焊接而成的大型构件运输成本较高。特别是从新型冠状病毒爆发以来,火神山医院的建立更能体现对箱板房建设周期和质量的要求。同时我国处于多条地震带上,因此地震等灾害发生频率也相对较高,对人民的生命财产安全也造成了十分严重的威胁。基于此,一定要注意对钢结构的实际抗震能力进行深入的探究,以此来创造更加优质的钢结构建筑。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种带有加固抗震结构的装配式简易房,钢结构具备相对显著的优势之处,不仅自重较轻、强度较大,其塑性以及韧性也十分突出,具有高程度的装配性,最重要的是基本符合现如今建筑工程所倡导的绿色节能环保的相关理念,因此逐渐被广泛应用于各种建筑施工中。装配式箱板房具有保证施工材料质量以及过程控制、施工处理周期短、环境污染小等显著性能优点,在结构体系设计中,需要能够具有合理的传力路径,保证其在耗能、承载以及刚度方面能够满足要求。同时,在设计中需要避免部分构件与结构破坏对整个结构的风荷载、地震以及重力荷载的能力产生影响,而对于体系中存在的薄弱位置,加强措施的应用还需要进一步的研究工作。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种带有加固抗震结构的装配式简易房,包括H型钢梁、门窗位墙、H型钢承重柱、波形钢夹板墙,H型钢承重柱包括H型钢承重柱骨架、H型钢承重柱底板、翼缘拼接板、腹板拼接板,H型钢承重柱底板中部设置底板阻尼器;
横向H型钢梁的端部与H型钢承重柱的翼缘拼接板、腹板拼接板配合插接,分别用连接螺栓穿过翼缘拼接板预留螺栓孔、腹板拼接板预留螺栓孔将H型钢梁固定;
纵向H型钢梁的端部与H型钢承重柱的凹槽处配合插接,将连接槽钢置于H型钢梁上下两侧,用连接螺栓将连接槽钢与H型钢梁、H型钢承重柱固定;
波形钢夹板墙由外至内依次为波形钢板、保温防护层、中心夹层、防水卷材、防潮层、高强度平面金属版面镀锌钢板,中心夹层内部设置钢管减震斜撑体系,空余部分用保温材料填充或利用封闭夹层空间形成空气隔热层;门窗位墙两侧墙面均为高强度平面金属版面镀锌钢板;
波形钢夹板墙、门窗位墙通过高强螺栓与H型钢承重柱和H型钢梁连接。
进一步地,钢管减震斜撑体系为工厂预制的整体构件,由附加角钢、斜撑钢管、连接球组成,在斜撑钢管与连接球内部放置具有吸收能量效果的泡沫金属。
进一步地,底板阻尼器为高性能橡胶材料。
进一步地,带有加固抗震结构的装配式简易房中所有钢材的外表面均需要提前进行底漆、中间漆、面漆三层防锈处理。
进一步地,门窗位墙和波形钢夹板墙墙体边缝处用弹性聚氨酯胶或发泡胶充分浸泡后,使用墙板接缝专用乳胶嵌缝剂将墙板接缝部位填实、抹平。
本发明的优点效果:
本发明构件均由工厂预制,方便运输,构件之间采用螺栓连接的方式,连接简单、节省工期时间、周转利用率高,符合装配式发展的方向,墙体具有较佳的防水隔热性能,钢管减震斜撑体系具有良好的减震效果,增强了建筑的整体性和抗震性。

实施例:如图1-图10,一种带有加固抗震结构的装配式简易房,包括H型钢梁1、门窗位墙2、H型钢承重柱3、波形钢夹板墙4;
H型钢承重柱3包括H型钢承重柱骨架3-1、H型钢承重柱底板3-2、翼缘拼接板3-3、腹板拼接板3-4,H型钢承重柱底板3-2中部设置底板阻尼器10,底板阻尼器10能够吸收地震能量以此减少地震对建筑造成的伤害,同时也起到支撑作用;
横向H型钢梁1的端部与H型钢承重柱3的翼缘拼接板3-3、腹板拼接板3-4配合插接,分别用连接螺栓7穿过翼缘拼接板3-3预留螺栓孔6、腹板拼接板3-4预留螺栓孔6将H型钢梁1固定;
纵向H型钢梁1的端部与H型钢承重柱3的凹槽处配合插接,将连接槽钢8置于H型钢梁1上下两侧,用连接螺栓7将连接槽钢8与H型钢梁1、H型钢承重柱3固定;
波形钢夹板墙4由外至内依次为波形钢板4-1、保温防护层4-2、中心夹层4-3、防水卷材4-4、防潮层4-5、高强度平面金属版面镀锌钢板4-6,中心夹层4-3内部设置钢管减震斜撑体系9,空余部分用保温材料填充或利用封闭夹层空间形成空气隔热层,保温材料由具有较强反射功能的铝箔和带反射铝箔的玻璃棉毡组成,此种夹层不影响外墙外饰面及防水防水等构造的做法,且保温材料不受外界影响,寿命长;门窗位墙2两侧墙面均为高强度平面金属版面镀锌钢板4-6;
波形钢夹板墙4、门窗位墙2通过高强螺栓5与H型钢承重柱3和H型钢梁1连接。
钢管减震斜撑体系9为工厂预制的整体构件,由附加角钢9-1、斜撑钢管9-2、连接球9-3组成,在斜撑钢管9-2与连接球9-3内部放置具有吸收能量效果的泡沫金属,以增加结构的整体抗震性能。
底板阻尼器10为高性能橡胶材料。
带有加固抗震结构的装配式简易房中所有钢材的外表面均需要提前进行底漆、中间漆、面漆三层防锈处理。
门窗位墙2和波形钢夹板墙4墙体边缝处用弹性聚氨酯胶或发泡胶充分浸泡后,使用墙板接缝专用乳胶嵌缝剂将墙板接缝部位填实、抹平,保证结构的整体密实性。

所述纵向H型钢梁(1)的端部与H型钢承重柱(3)的凹槽处配合插接,将连接槽钢(8)置于H型钢梁(1)上下两侧,用连接螺栓(7)将连接槽钢(8)与H型钢梁(1)、H型钢承重柱(3)固定;
