本发明公开了一种水冷肠衣套管生产线,其特征在于:包括吹膜头,吹膜头依次向下设有风环、水环和水箱,吹膜头设有主注入口与主挤出机的挤出口相接、设有副注入口与副挤出机的挤出口相通,吹膜头的中间设有通气口连通外部高压空气;所述水环由水环外圈、水环内圈和托架组成,水环外圈固定在托架上,水环外圈内设有储水槽,储水槽一侧设有进水孔,水环内圈固定设于水环外圈内,水环内圈的中间设有上下贯通的溢流孔,溢流孔的孔径匹配肠衣套管的外径。本发明专用于肠衣套管的高效吹膜生产,所生产的肠衣套管的透明度高、厚薄均匀、表面质量好,并带吹干功能。

水冷肠衣套管生产线
技术领域
本发明涉及一种肠衣套管的生产设备。
背景技术
在香肠的生产过程中,通常首先将肠衣套管插入到肠衣内,然后将原料灌入肠衣套管,最后将肠衣套管从肠衣内往外进行拔出,于是原料就留在了肠衣内。目前的肠衣套管生产,生产效率低,如果以吹膜机的吹膜生产方式来生产,虽然可提高效率,但缺点是由于肠衣套管的壁厚较厚,所以吹膜生产的肠衣套管的透明度不高、厚薄不均匀、表面质量较差。
发明内容
针对背景技术存在的问题,本发明的目的旨在提供一种专用于肠衣套管的高效吹膜生产,所生产的肠衣套管的透明度高、厚薄均匀、表面质量好,并带吹干功能的水冷肠衣套管生产线。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实施的:
水冷肠衣套管生产线,其特征在于:包括吹膜头,吹膜头依次向下设有风环、水环和水箱,吹膜头设有主注入口与主挤出机的挤出口相接、设有副注入口与副挤出机的挤出口相通,吹膜头的中间设有通气口连通外部高压空气。
所述水环由水环外圈、水环内圈和托架组成,水环外圈固定在托架上,水环外圈内设有储水槽,储水槽一侧设有进水孔,水环内圈固定设于水环外圈内,水环内圈的中间设有上下贯通的溢流孔,溢流孔的孔径匹配肠衣套管的外径;工作时吹膜头吹出的肠衣套管从溢流孔的中间穿过,储水槽内的水通过溢流孔进行排掉。
所述水箱可进行上下调节,水箱内在靠近底部位置设有前后导向轮,水箱的两侧固定连接螺母支架,竖向螺杆从螺母支架上安装的调节螺母中间穿过,竖向螺杆的杆端安装蜗轮,蜗轮与蜗杆传动啮合,蜗杆的联接轴轴端安装手轮。
所述水箱在出料一侧的上方设有风箱,风箱内部接通高压风管,风箱顶部设有导出滚轮。
上述技术方案的水冷肠衣套管生产线,利用了吹膜机来进行肠衣套管的吹膜生产,大大提高生产效率。上述技术方案的水冷肠衣套管生产线,是这样进行肠衣套管的生产的:主挤出机挤出塑料进入吹膜头,副挤出机挤出不同颜色的塑料进入吹膜头(起到在肠衣套管上增加有色线条,达到区分规格、美观的作用),高压空气进入吹膜头的通气口,于是肠衣套管通过吹膜头被吹膜吹出,接下来,肠衣套管经风环的风冷后进入水环,在水环内,肠衣套管从水环内圈的溢流孔中间穿过,由溢流孔的孔径对其进行外圆尺寸的定型,由于水环外圈通过进水孔不断向储水槽内注入冷却水,所以储水槽内的冷却水要通过溢流孔进行排掉,这样一来,当肠衣套管从溢流孔的中间穿过时,冷却水会包裹在肠衣套管的外圆周边随肠衣套管一起向下离开溢流孔,此时的冷却水不仅起到冷却作用,而且能够减少肠衣套管和水环内圈的摩擦,使肠衣膜管的透明度高、厚薄均匀、表面质量好,再接下来,肠衣套管直接进入水箱进行彻底的定型冷却,定型冷却后离开水箱进入风箱,风箱内注入可调温度的高压气流,将肠衣套管外表面的水彻底吹干或烘干,进而完成肠衣套管的吹膜生产。另外,水环内圈可以更换,根据不同的肠衣套管规格,更换不同的内圈尺寸即可;还有,水箱可上下调节,使从水环出来的肠衣套管在到达水箱时,水箱内的冷却水液面能够根据套管的冷却情况灵活调节,以达到高效生产的目的。

下面结合附图通过具体实施例对本发明作详细的介绍和说明:
如图所示,本发明的水冷肠衣套管生产线,包括吹膜头3,吹膜头3依次向下设有风环4、水环5和水箱6,水箱6在出料一侧的上方设有风箱8,风箱8内部接通高压风管7,风箱8顶部设有导出滚轮9。吹膜头3设有主注入口31与主挤出机1的挤出口相接、设有副注入口33与副挤出机2的挤出口相通,吹膜头3的中间设有通气口32连通外部高压空气。所述水环5由水环外圈51、水环内圈54和托架53组成,水环外圈51固定在托架53上,托架53固定安装,水环外圈51内设有储水槽52,储水槽52一侧设有进水孔56,水环内圈54固定设于水环外圈51内,水环内圈54的中间设有上下贯通的溢流孔55,溢流孔55的孔径匹配肠衣套管A的外径;工作时吹膜头3吹出的肠衣套管A从溢流孔55的中间穿过,储水槽52内的水通过溢流孔55进行排掉。所述水箱6可进行上下调节,水箱6内在靠近底部位置设有前后导向轮61,水箱6的两侧固定连接螺母支架65,竖向螺杆66从螺母支架65上安装的调节螺母中间穿过,竖向螺杆66的杆端安装蜗轮,蜗轮与蜗杆64传动啮合,蜗杆64的联接轴62轴端安装手轮63。

1.水冷肠衣套管生产线,其特征在于:包括吹膜头,吹膜头依次向下设有风环、水环和水箱,吹膜头设有主注入口与主挤出机的挤出口相接、设有副注入口与副挤出机的挤出口相通,吹膜头的中间设有通气口连通外部高压空气。
2.如权利要求1所述的水冷肠衣套管生产线,其特征在于:所述水环由水环外圈、水环内圈和托架组成,水环外圈固定在托架上,水环外圈内设有储水槽,储水槽一侧设有进水孔,水环内圈固定设于水环外圈内,水环内圈的中间设有上下贯通的溢流孔,溢流孔的孔径匹配肠衣套管的外径;工作时吹膜头吹出的肠衣套管从溢流孔的中间穿过,储水槽内的水通过溢流孔进行排掉。
3.如权利要求1所述的水冷肠衣套管生产线,其特征在于:所述水箱可进行上下调节,水箱内在靠近底部位置设有前后导向轮,水箱的两侧固定连接螺母支架,竖向螺杆从螺母支架上安装的调节螺母中间穿过,竖向螺杆的杆端安装蜗轮,蜗轮与蜗杆传动啮合,蜗杆的联接轴轴端安装手轮。
