The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a multifunctional cleaning device and a cleaning machine, which not only can clean at high speed, save labor in use and have good cleaning effect, but also can realize self-cleaning in the working process, and avoid secondary pollution caused by the fact that the cleaning machine moves back and forth to carry dirt.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a multifunctional cleaning device, which comprises a shell, wherein an opening is formed in the bottom of the shell, a cleaning rolling brush is rotatably connected to the opening of the shell, a plurality of through holes are circumferentially formed in the inner wall of the cleaning rolling brush, a spray pipe is arranged in the cleaning rolling brush, a connecting pipe is communicated with a clean water tank and the spray pipe, cleaning agent flows into the cleaning rolling brush through the spray pipe and flows out of the through holes in the circumferential direction of the cleaning rolling brush, a sewage tank and a motor are arranged on the radial side edge of the cleaning rolling brush, a wiper blade abutting against the cleaning rolling brush is connected to the top of the sewage tank, a water collecting port is formed in the sewage tank corresponding to the wiper blade, and the motor drives the cleaning rolling brush to rotate.
Further, the cleaning rolling brush comprises a roller and a cleaning brush, and the cleaning brush surrounds the circumference of the roller.
Further, a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in the circumference of the roller, the cleaning brush comprises a bottom plate and a brush body, and the bottom plate is inserted into the clamping grooves.

The invention also provides a multifunctional cleaning machine, which further comprises a mop rod, wherein the cleaning device is connected to the lower end of the mop rod, and the power supply assembly and the water purifying tank are connected to the mop rod.

Compared with the prior art, the multifunctional cleaning device and the cleaning machine have the advantages of being capable of cleaning at high speed, saving labor in use, good in cleaning effect, capable of realizing self-cleaning in the working process and avoiding secondary pollution caused by the fact that the cleaning machine moves back and forth to convey dirt.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to be limiting, so that those skilled in the art will better understand the invention and practice it.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a multifunctional cleaning apparatus of the present invention is illustrated. The cleaning device comprises a shell 1, wherein an opening is formed in the bottom of the shell 1, a cleaning rolling brush 2 is rotatably connected to the opening of the shell 1, a motor 3 is arranged on the radial side edge of the cleaning rolling brush 2, and the motor 3 drives the cleaning rolling brush 2 to rotate. The motor 3 drives the cleaning rolling brush 2 to rotate at a high speed, the cleaning rolling brush 2 contacts with the ground in the high-speed rotation process, the ground is cleaned by high-speed friction, the ground pressure is high on the one hand, the ground can be deeply cleaned and polished, and a user can save labor and clean. For driving the cleaning rolling brush 2, one end of the cleaning rolling brush 2 is connected with a slave synchronous wheel 5, the motor 3 is connected with a master synchronous wheel 4, and the master synchronous wheel 4 is connected with the slave synchronous wheel 5 through a synchronous belt 6. The motor 3 drives the synchronous belt 6 to drive the cleaning rolling brush 2 to rotate at a high speed. But in this case the spot remains on cleaning round brush 2 all the time, does not avoid cleaning round brush 2 to make a round trip to carry the spot and cause secondary pollution, in this embodiment the inner wall circumference of cleaning round brush 2 is provided with a plurality of through-holes 7, cleaning round brush 2 is inside to be provided with spray tube 8, connecting pipe 9 intercommunication clean water tank 19 with spray tube 8, the detergent warp spray tube 8 inflow cleaning round brush 2 is inside and follow in the through-hole 7 of cleaning round brush 2 circumference, cleaning round brush 2 radial side is provided with sewage case 10, sewage case 10 top is connected with the butt cleaning round brush 2's wiper blade 11, sewage case 10 corresponds wiper blade 11 has seted up water collecting port 12. The spray pipe 8 continuously sprays clean water onto the cleaning rolling brush 2, and the wiper plate 11 scrapes sewage on the cleaning rolling brush 2 into the sewage tank 10 while the cleaning rolling brush 2 rotates, so that the wet cleaning rolling brush 2 always wipes the ground in a cleaner state, and the cleaning effect on the ground is ensured. In this embodiment, the nozzle 8 is disposed inside the cleaning roller brush 2, so the connecting pipe 9 connects the nozzle 8 from the end of the cleaning roller brush 2, clean water flows into the nozzle 8 from the end of the cleaning roller brush 2, and then is sprayed outwards from the through holes 7 in the circumferential direction of the cleaning roller brush 2 after entering the cleaning roller brush 2, that is, clean water is sprayed from the root of the cleaning roller brush 2 to the brush body 17 in the peripheral direction of the cleaning roller brush, thereby the dust and dirt at the root of the cleaning roller brush 2 are flushed to the surface of the cleaning roller brush, the wiper 11 scrapes the dust and dirt flushed to the surface into the sewage tank 10, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning the brush body on the surface of the cleaning roller brush fundamentally, and realizing thorough self-cleaning in the cleaning process. In this embodiment, the sewage tank 10 is detachably connected to the housing 1. After the sewage is collected, the sewage tank 10 may be taken out to discard the sewage.
In this embodiment, in order to achieve maintenance of the floor and prevent scratches on the floor, the cleaning roller brush 2 includes a roller 13 and a cleaning brush 14, and the cleaning brush 14 surrounds the roller 13 in the circumferential direction. The roller 13 is used for fixing the cleaning brush 14, the roller 13 is made of hard materials, the cleaning brush 14 is directly contacted with the ground, and the roller is made of softer materials, so that the ground is protected. In this embodiment, the brush body 17 of the cleaning brush 14 may be bristles or a mop, or other suitable materials. Because the cleaning roller brush can automatically clean, in the embodiment, the cleaning brush 14 is fixedly connected with the roller 13, so that the cleaning brush 14 and the roller 13 are matched stably in the high-speed rotation process of the cleaning roller brush 2.
Referring to fig. 3, a second schematic diagram of an embodiment of the present invention is shown. In the first embodiment, since the cleaning brush 14 is fixedly connected with the roller 13, although the clean water sprayed from the spray pipe 8 can wash the dirt at the root of the cleaning brush 14 to the surface thereof, a part of dirt such as hair can still be wound around the root of the cleaning brush 14 and cannot be washed away. Therefore, in this embodiment, the roller 13 is circumferentially provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 15, and the cleaning brush 14 includes a base plate 16 and a brush body 17, and the base plate 16 is inserted into the clamping grooves 15. When the cleaning roller brush is used for a long time, dirt exists at the root of the cleaning brush 14, and at the moment, the bottom plate 16 of the cleaning brush 14 is pulled out of the clamping groove 15, so that each row of cleaning brushes 14 can be cleaned independently, and the root of the cleaning brush 14 can be cleaned.
Further, in order to ensure that the through holes 7 are sized to allow enough clean water to pass therethrough to wet the brush body 17 while preventing dirt from being immersed in the card slot 15, the through holes 7 are provided in the card slot 15. Therefore, clean water rushes into the through hole 7 at the bottom of the bottom plate 16, and is rushed through the clearance between the two sides of the bottom plate 16 and the clamping groove 15 due to the blocking of the bottom plate 16, and then rushes out on the brush body 17, so that stains at the root parts of the clamping groove 15 and the brush body 17 are rushed to the surface of the brush body 17, the wiper plate 11 is convenient to scrape away the sewage, and the self-cleaning of the cleaning rolling brush 2 is realized.
In other embodiments of the invention, a steam main is also provided between the connection pipe 9 and the clean water tank 19. The steam host heats the purified water to generate pressure and high temperature, so that the purified water becomes high-temperature and high-pressure steam, and the steam is sprayed out of the through holes 7 through the spray pipe 8 because the spray pipe 8 is arranged in the middle of the cleaning rolling brush 2, so that the effect of sterilizing and cleaning the ground and the household environment can be realized. The spray heads in the prior art spray the top surface of the rolling brush, and when the rolling brush contacts the ground, the steam is condensed into water again, so that the steam cleaning effect cannot be achieved.
The working process of the cleaning device of the invention is that after ensuring that enough cleaning agent exists in the clean water tank 19, the cleaning device is started, a steam host converts the cleaning agent into high-temperature and high-pressure steam, when cleaning floors, the cleaning agent can directly select clean water, the steam enters the cleaning rolling brush 2 through the connecting pipe 9 and the spray pipe 8, the motor 3 drives the cleaning rolling brush 2 to rotate at a high speed, the high-temperature steam is sprayed out from the through holes 7 to flush dirt at the root of the cleaning rolling brush 2 to the surface of the cleaning rolling brush 2, meanwhile, the ground is cleaned along with the rotation of the cleaning rolling brush 2, the steam is condensed into water to be adhered to the surface of the cleaning rolling brush 2, and along with the rotation of the cleaning rolling brush 2, the wiper 11 scrapes the sewage on the surface of the cleaning rolling brush 2 into the sewage tank 10, so that the cleaning operation is continued until the cleaning operation is completed. The cleaning device of the invention is self-cleaning in the use process, namely, the steam always self-cleans the brush hair or mop on the surface of the self-cleaning rolling brush, namely, the self-cleaning in the true sense is not needed to be additionally cleaned.
In order to further improve the cleaning effect of the cleaning roller brush 2, after the floor cleaning operation is completed, the clean water tank 19 can be replaced by cleaning liquid, the cleaning device is switched to a self-cleaning function, at this time, the connecting pipe 9 is directly communicated with the clean water tank 19 and the spray pipe 8, and the spray pipe 8 directly sprays the cleaning liquid to self-clean the cleaning roller brush 2.
Referring to fig. 4, the multifunctional cleaning machine of the present invention further comprises a mop rod 18, the cleaning device is connected to the lower end of the mop rod 18, and a power supply assembly and the clean water tank 19 are connected to the mop rod 18. The vertical machine body is matched with the cleaning rolling brush 2 to automatically drive forward, so that the walking speed is in accordance with the conventional walking speed, and the cleaning rolling brush is more labor-saving and does not need to bend down when in use. Furthermore, the cleaning machine of the invention also comprises a base 20, and the whole machine can be vertically stored in the base 20, so that the space is saved. Meanwhile, the base 20 is connected with a charger, so that the cleaner is not connected with a cable, a space for storing the cable is not required, and the cleaner is lighter.
