the outer side fixing clamp plate and the inner side fixing clamp plate are respectively positioned on the same side of the outer side dust guard plate and the inner side dust guard plate;
the fixing sheet is positioned on the surface of the dust baffle and comprises an outer fixing sheet and an inner fixing sheet;
the outer side fixing piece and the inner side fixing piece are respectively positioned on the same side of the outer side dust guard plate and the inner side dust guard plate, the inner side and the outer side of the dust guard plate are fixed through the fixing bolt and the fixing nut, mounting holes are respectively formed in the surfaces of the outer side fixing piece and the inner side fixing piece, and the opening positions and the hole diameters of the mounting holes are matched with those of the middle fixing hole;
the rotating part is located in the gap, one end of the rotating part is fixed on two sides below the vehicle chassis, the other end of the rotating part is fixed on two ends of the dust guard plate, and the fixed clamping plate is matched with the rotating part to realize that the dust guard plate surrounds the rotating part to turn.
2. A dust guard according to claim 1, wherein the dust guard is made of rubber and comprises inner and outer layers of baffles having better elastic adsorption and resilience.
3. A dust deflector as recited in claim 1, wherein the plurality of top fixing holes are arranged at equal intervals on the strip-shaped projection.
4. A dust deflector according to claim 1, in which the fixing plate is made of one of plastics, aluminium alloy, steel sheet and stainless steel, preferably stainless steel.
5. A dust guard according to claim 1, wherein the number, size and setting clearance of the fixing pieces are different depending on the number of brush pieces of the roll brush.
6. A dust deflector as recited in claim 1, wherein the number of the mounting holes is three, and a triangular fixing structure is formed between the mounting holes to maintain the relative position between the dust deflector and the fixing plate fixed.
7. A dust deflector as recited in claim 1, wherein the dust deflector, the fixing clip and the fixing piece are each of a double-layered design having an outer side and an inner side, and the fixing clip and the fixing piece are each of a structure which penetrates the dust deflector from both sides of the dust deflector to be fixed.
8. A dust stopping device according to claim 1, wherein said rotating member includes: a bracket and a bearing;
the bottom end of the bracket is respectively arranged at the two ends of the outer side fixed splint or the inner side fixed splint;
one end of the bearing is connected with the front end of the support in a sleeved mode, and the other end of the bearing is fixed to one side below the vehicle chassis.
9. A dust guard according to claim 1, further comprising: a motor and a drive member;
the motor provides power output to the driving part;
the driving part is electrically connected with the motor, receives and outputs power to the rotating part, so that the fixed clamping plate is driven to rotate around the rotating part, and the dust blocking plate is further turned.
10. A method of roll-in prevention of a dust barrier, the method comprising:
step 1, aligning the strip-shaped convex parts of the outer side dust guard plate and the inner side dust guard plate, aligning the hole sites of the outer side fixing clamp plate and the inner side fixing clamp plate with the top end fixing holes respectively, and clamping and fixing the strip-shaped convex parts from the outer side and the inner side of the dust guard plate through fastening screws respectively;
step 2, respectively attaching the outer side fixing sheet and the inner side fixing sheet to the surfaces of the outer side dust guard plate and the inner side dust guard plate, aligning the mounting hole with the middle fixing hole, and then fastening and extruding the mounting hole and the middle fixing hole into a whole through the fixing bolt and the fixing nut;
step 3, arranging the assembled dust blocking device below the vehicle chassis, and arranging the dust blocking plate along the circumferential direction of the rolling brush to be consistent with the rolling brush;
step 4, respectively installing the bottom end of the support at two ends of the outer side fixing clamp plate or the inner side fixing clamp plate, then sleeving and connecting one end of the bearing with the front end of the support, fixing the other end of the bearing at one side below the vehicle chassis, and arranging the rotating part in the gap;
and 5, the motor provides power to output the power to the driving part, and the driving part receives and outputs the power to the rotating part, so that the fixed clamping plate is driven to rotate around the rotating part, and the dust baffle plate is further turned.
