Referring to fig. 4, further, the housing 61 is screwed with an adjusting rod 64 corresponding to the guide rod 3, an end of the adjusting rod 64 close to the guide rod 3 is provided with a side plate 641, the side plate 641 abuts against the guide rod 3, and preferably, the adjusting rod 64 is correspondingly provided at two sides of the guide rod 3, and the guide rod 3 is correspondingly engaged with the gear by limiting the position of the two side plates 641.
Preferably, the end of the worm 62 is provided with a turning rod to facilitate turning the worm 62.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, further, the drilling assembly includes a housing 42 fixedly connected to the housing 61, a motor installed in the housing 42, and a drainage tube 43, the motor having a motor output shaft extending out of the bottom of the housing 42, a drill 41 detachably installed on the motor output shaft, the drill 41 being hollow inside and having an open bottom end.
The drainage tube 43 is partially arranged through the output shaft of the motor and extends into the drill bit 41, when the drill bit 41 rotates, water flowing out of the drainage tube 43 is injected to the inner wall of the drill bit 41 and flows to the bottom end of the drill bit 41 by injecting water into the drainage tube 43, and the water at the bottom end of the drill bit 41 rotates along with the rotation of the drill bit 41 and is sprayed to wash and clean the pile core 11. The friction between the drill bit 41 and the pile core 11 can be reduced by flushing the pile core 11, so that the effect of lubrication is achieved, and the effect of cooling the drill bit 11 by water is achieved.
The water is injected through the drainage tube 43, so that the drill bit 41 can be lubricated and cooled.
Preferably, a switch valve is arranged on the drainage tube 43, the drainage tube 43 is connected with a water tank for supplying water to the drainage tube 43, and a water pump is arranged on the water tank.
Referring to fig. 5, a level gauge 44 is further disposed on the housing 42, and the level gauge 44 is used for detecting whether the housing 42 is in a horizontal state, and further determining whether the drill 41 is in a vertical state.
Referring to fig. 1, further, a mounting seat 31 is disposed at the bottom end of the guide rod 3, and the mounting seat 31 is fixedly connected to the fixing seat 2 through a third fastening member, so that the guide rod 3 is fixedly mounted on the fixing seat 2. Specifically, the third fastener is a screw.
Referring to fig. 5, the bottom end of the drill bit 41 is preferably serrated to facilitate cutting of the slurry concrete within the core.
Referring to fig. 5, an extension rod 45 is preferably threadably connected between the drill 41 and the output shaft of the motor to increase the depth of the drill 41 into the die.
Preferably, a power supply assembly is provided between the drill assembly and the housing 61.
Preferably, the shell 61 is provided with a handrail, and when the drill 41 cuts the slurry concrete in the pipe core, the handrail is held by hands, so that the pipe pile core cleaning equipment is prevented from shaking too severely during working.
In another preferred embodiment, when the tubular pile 1 is a non-truncated pile, the end of the tubular pile 1 has an end plate with a threaded hole, and the fixing seat 2 can be directly screwed to the end plate through a bolt.

mounting the fixed seat on the end part of the tubular pile and enabling the first through hole to correspond to the pile core; providing a sleeve cap, wherein the sleeve cap is columnar and hollow, the bottom end of the sleeve cap is open, the top end of the sleeve cap is provided with a top plate, the top plate corresponds to the pile core and is provided with a second through hole matched with the pile core, the sleeve cap is sleeved on the end part of the pile, the fixed seat is installed on the sleeve cap, the first through hole, the second through hole and the pile core are aligned, the side wall of the sleeve cap is provided with a plurality of through holes, the through holes are fixedly provided with nuts, the threaded holes of the nuts are aligned with the through holes, a first fastener is provided, the first fastener is screwed on the nuts and penetrates through the corresponding through holes to abut against the pile, the pile is clamped tightly by the first fastener through a plurality of second fasteners, the second fasteners are at least three, and the bottom end of the second fastener abuts against the end part of the pile, the length of each second fastening piece in the sleeve cap can be adjusted by adjusting the second fastening pieces, so that the fixed seat can be adjusted to be in a horizontal state, and the fixed seat is ensured to be in the horizontal state, so that a guide rod arranged on the fixed seat is not inclined;

and a level gauge is arranged on the casing, and the level gauge detects whether the casing is in a horizontal state or not, so that whether the drill bit is in a vertical state or not is judged.
