本发明涉及瓦楞纸板裁割设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于瓦楞纸板的纵切刀托,包括机架,所述机架设置有滑轨、纸板滑台、标尺,所述滑轨设置有若干个沿所述滑轨滑动的滑块,所述滑块设置有与所述滑块螺纹连接且抵触所述滑轨的螺钉,所述滑块的侧面设置有与所述滑块固定连接的气缸,所述气缸的气缸杆顶部固定有刀架,所述刀架固定有电机,所述电机的输出轴设置有刀盘,所述刀架设置有与所述刀架滑动连接的压紧装置。生产时,通过所述压紧装置压紧纸板,防止纸板被所述刀盘压弯,从而保证裁切好的纸板平整度。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓦楞纸板裁割设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于瓦楞纸板的纵切刀托。
背景技术
在用瓦楞纸板制作纸箱时,需要把瓦楞纸板带裁分成规定大下的瓦楞纸板块,具体操作是,在传输瓦楞纸板带的传送带上设置龙门式纵切机构、以及龙门式横切机构,利用切刀对纸板进行裁切。现有的纵切刀托机构在切割较薄的纸板时,因为刀具的下压作用,纸板会弯折而破坏纸板的平整度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种用于瓦楞纸板的纵切刀托,其在刀架上设置压纸板机构,防止纸板弯折。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于瓦楞纸板的纵切刀托,包括机架,所述机架包括左右两根立柱,两根所述立柱之间设置有连接两根所述立柱的滑轨、纸板滑台、标尺,所述滑轨设置于所述立柱的顶部,所述纸板滑台设置于所述立柱的底部,所述标尺设置于所述立柱的侧面;
所述滑轨设置有若干个沿所述滑轨滑动的滑块,所述滑块设置有与所述滑块螺纹连接且抵触所述滑轨的螺钉,所述滑块的侧面设置有与所述滑块固定连接的气缸,所述气缸的气缸杆顶部固定有刀架,所述刀架固定有电机,所述电机的输出轴设置有刀盘,所述刀架设置有与所述刀架滑动连接的压紧装置。
进一步的,所述压紧装置有两个,两个所述压紧装置设置于所述刀盘的两侧。
进一步的,所述压紧装置包括通过滑键与所述刀架滑动连接的压板,所述压板与所述刀架之间设置有压簧。
进一步的,所述压板的底部两端倒角。
进一步的,所述滑块设置有指针,所述指针贴近所述标尺。
进一步的,所述纸板滑台设置有便于所述刀盘充分切割的避位孔,所述避位孔位于所述刀盘的正下方。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,并不是把本发明的实施范围限制于此。
如图1所示,本实施例的一种用于瓦楞纸板的纵切刀托,包括机架1,所述机架1包括左右两根立柱11,两根所述立柱11之间设置有连接两根所述立柱11的滑轨12、纸板滑台13、标尺14,所述滑轨12设置于所述立柱11的顶部,所述纸板滑台13设置于所述立柱11的底部,所述标尺14设置于所述立柱11的侧面;
所述滑轨12设置有若干个沿所述滑轨12滑动的滑块2,所述滑块2设置有与所述滑块2螺纹连接且抵触所述滑轨12的螺钉3,所述滑块2的侧面设置有与所述滑块2固定连接的气缸5,所述气缸5的气缸杆顶部固定有刀架6,所述刀架6固定有电机7,所述电机7的输出轴设置有刀盘8,所述刀架6设置有与所述刀架6滑动连接的压紧装置9,所述滑块2设置有指针4,所述指针4贴近所述标尺14。
生产中,移动所述滑块2,利用所述指针4和所述标尺14,调节任意相邻两个所述滑块2之间的距离,也就是即将裁切纸板的宽度,紧固所述螺钉3,使所述滑块2固定于所述滑轨12;然后启动所述气缸5,使所述刀架6下移,利用所述压紧装置9压紧纸板,当然,也不能够压得过紧,便于纸板能够易于滑动,并不会损伤纸板,启动所述电机7,驱动所述刀盘8对纸板进行裁切。
所述压紧装置9包括通过滑键91与所述刀架6滑动连接的压板92,所述压板92与所述刀架6之间设置有压簧93;所述压紧装置9有两个,两个所述压紧装置9设置于所述刀盘8的两侧;所述压板92的底部两端倒角。这样,所述压板92随所述刀架6下移并抵触纸板后,所述压板92推动所述滑键91沿所述刀架6的滑槽上移,压缩所述压簧93,从而给纸板施加压力。所述压板92的底部需保持足够光滑,以免摩擦损伤纸板。
所述纸板滑台13设置有便于所述刀盘8充分切割的避位孔131,所述避位孔131位于所述刀盘8的正下方,所述压紧装置9从所述刀盘8的两侧压紧纸板,所述刀盘8下压到超过纸板的厚度,从而充分切割纸板。

1.一种用于瓦楞纸板的纵切刀托,其特征在于:包括机架(1),所述机架(1)包括左右两根立柱(11),两根所述立柱(11)之间设置有连接两根所述立柱(11)的滑轨(12)、纸板滑台(13)、标尺(14),所述滑轨(12)设置于所述立柱(11)的顶部,所述纸板滑台(13)设置于所述立柱(11)的底部,所述标尺(14)设置于所述立柱(11)的侧面;
所述滑轨(12)设置有若干个沿所述滑轨(12)滑动的滑块(2),所述滑块(2)设置有与所述滑块(2)螺纹连接且抵触所述滑轨(12)的螺钉(3),所述滑块(2)的侧面设置有与所述滑块(2)固定连接的气缸(5),所述气缸(5)的气缸杆顶部固定有刀架(6),所述刀架(6)固定有电机(7),所述电机(7)的输出轴设置有刀盘(8),所述刀架(6)设置有与所述刀架(6)滑动连接的压紧装置(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于瓦楞纸板的纵切刀托,其特征在于:所述压紧装置(9)有两个,两个所述压紧装置(9)设置于所述刀盘(8)的两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于瓦楞纸板的纵切刀托,其特征在于:所述压紧装置(9)包括通过滑键(91)与所述刀架(6)滑动连接的压板(92),所述压板(92)与所述刀架(6)之间设置有压簧(93)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于瓦楞纸板的纵切刀托,其特征在于:所述压板(92)的底部两端倒角。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于瓦楞纸板的纵切刀托,其特征在于:所述滑块(2)设置有指针(4),所述指针(4)贴近所述标尺(14)。
