freezing the target intellectual property right according to the received target issue intellectual property right freezing instruction; when an intellectual property right transfer instruction is received, transferring the target intellectual property right transfer to a target intellectual property right transferee; and sending a fund transfer instruction to the payment management platform so that the payment management platform transfers the guarantee fund with the preset amount to the target intellectual property transferor.
The computer-readable storage medium may include: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (13)
1. An intellectual property clearing delivery method, comprising:
freezing the target intellectual property right according to the received target issue intellectual property right freezing instruction;
when an intellectual property right transfer instruction is received, transferring the target intellectual property right transfer to a target intellectual property right transferee;
sending a fund transfer instruction to a payment management platform so that the payment management platform transfers the guarantee fund with the preset amount to a target intellectual property transferor; wherein the deposit is a pre-frozen deposit paid by the target intellectual property transferee.
2. The intellectual property settlement delivering method as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the settlement mode selected by the target intellectual property transferee and the target intellectual property transferor is a agreement settlement mode, the payment management platform transfers a predetermined amount of deposit to the target intellectual property transferor, comprising:
and the payment management platform transfers the guarantee fund with the preset amount to the target intellectual property assignor according to the target payment protocol.

The intellectual property settlement delivering method as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the settlement mode selected by the target intellectual property transferee and the target intellectual property transferor is a full fund settlement mode, the payment management platform transfers the guarantee fund of a preset amount to the target intellectual property transferor, comprising:
the payment management platform transfers the full guarantee fund to a target intellectual property assignor; wherein the full-amount guarantee gold is obtained by freezing the full-amount guarantee gold in batches according to a preset proportion.

The intellectual property settlement delivering method as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the settlement mode selected by the target intellectual property transferee and the target intellectual property transferor is a full deposit settlement mode, the payment management platform transfers a predetermined amount of deposit to the target intellectual property transferor, comprising:
the payment management platform transfers the full guarantee fund to a target intellectual property assignor; the full deposit is obtained by freezing the intellectual property transferee when the payment management platform receives a deposit freezing instruction for the first time.
5. The intellectual property clearing delivery method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the payment management platform transfers the predetermined amount of the deposit to the target intellectual property transferor, comprising:
and the payment management platform transfers the deposit with the preset amount to the target intellectual property assignor through a bank.
6. The intellectual property clearing delivery method of claim 5, wherein the payment management platform transfers the predetermined amount of deposit to the target intellectual property transferor through the bank, comprising:
and the payment management platform transfers the guarantee fund with a preset amount to the target intellectual property transferor of the different banks to which the target intellectual property transferee account belongs.
7. An intellectual property clearing delivery system, comprising:
the entrusted quotation management platform is used for sending a target giving-out intellectual property right freezing instruction to the intellectual property right management platform when receiving the intellectual property right giving-out quotation information;
the intellectual property management platform is used for freezing the target intellectual property according to the target issuing intellectual property freezing instruction; sending the target intellectual property right transfer to a target intellectual property right transferee according to an intellectual property right transfer instruction; sending a fund transfer instruction to the payment management platform;
the payment management platform is used for sending a registration and record-keeping request to the registration and record-keeping terminal when detecting that the guarantee fund of the preset amount is successfully frozen and the contract is committed; transferring the guarantee fund with a preset amount to a target intellectual property assignor according to the fund transfer instruction; wherein the deposit is a pre-frozen deposit paid by the target intellectual property transferee;
and the registration and filing terminal is used for sending the intellectual property right transfer instruction to the intellectual property right management platform when the target intellectual property right is successfully registered and filed according to the registration and filing request.

The intellectual property clearing and delivering system as claimed in claim 7, wherein the payment management platform is specifically configured to transfer the deposit of the predetermined amount to the target intellectual property issuer according to the target payment agreement when the settlement mode selected by the target intellectual property acquirer and the target intellectual property issuer is the agreement settlement mode.

The intellectual property clearing delivery system according to claim 7, wherein the payment management platform is specifically configured to transfer the full guarantee fund to the target intellectual property transferor when the selected settlement mode between the target intellectual property transferee and the target intellectual property transferor is a full fund settlement mode; wherein the full-amount guarantee gold is obtained by freezing the full-amount guarantee gold in batches according to a preset proportion.

The intellectual property clearing delivery system according to claim 7, wherein the payment management platform is specifically configured to transfer the full deposit to the target intellectual property transferor when the selected settlement mode between the target intellectual property transferee and the target intellectual property transferor is a full deposit settlement mode; the full deposit is obtained by freezing the intellectual property transferee when the payment management platform receives a deposit freezing instruction for the first time.
11. The intellectual property clearing and delivering system according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein the payment management platform is specifically configured to transfer the predetermined amount of deposit to the target intellectual property issuer through the bank.

The intellectual property clearing delivery system of claim 11, wherein the payment management platform is specifically configured to transfer a predetermined amount of deposit to the target intellectual property transferor of a bank to which the target intellectual property transferee account belongs.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the intellectual property clearing delivery method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
