According to the elastic clamp positioning mechanism of the inner pipe assembly of the rope core drill, in the drilling process of a complete stratum, as the elastic clamp 6 is not in a dead jacking phenomenon, the elastic clamp 6 can rotate towards the inside of the elastic clamp frame 4 when the inner pipe is fished, the elastic clamp is normally recovered after the limit of the elastic clamp is removed, and the fishing operation of the inner assembly is completed; when a core blockage situation occurs during drilling in a complex stratum, the elastic caliper 6 and the recovery pipe 2 are pushed upwards, the elastic caliper 6 is tightly jacked with an elastic retaining head 12 in an outer pipe assembly, then the elastic caliper 6 and the elastic retaining seat 7 are forced to move downwards, the left part and the right part of the supporting plate 8 are extruded to open towards two sides until the lower edge of a recovery pipe guide pin avoiding hole 8-2 in the supporting plate 8 is contacted with a recovery pipe guide pin B5, the positions of the elastic retaining seat 7 and the elastic caliper 6 are limited by the supporting plate 8 (as shown in a state I in figure 12), after fishing of the inner pipe is started, the fisher hooks the fishing spear head assembly 1 to drive the recovery pipe 2 to move upwards for an idle stroke L1=9.7mm, the recovery pipe guide pin B5 follows the upward movement stroke L1=9.7mm of the recovery pipe 2 to release the limiting effect of the supporting plate 8, at the moment, a rigid knot formed after the jacking is dissolved, and the elastic retaining seat 7 can move downwards (as shown in a state II in figure 12), the recovery pipe 2 continues to move upwards by L2=4.6mm, in this process, the recovery pipe 2 drives the elastic caliper 6 to rotate inwards through the elastic caliper limiting block hinge shaft B2 and the elastic caliper limiting block 5, and meanwhile, the elastic caliper 7 moves downwards under the force of the elastic caliper hinge shaft B3, the elastic caliper return spring W2 is further compressed, the support plate 8 rotates towards two sides to realize space release (as shown in state iii in fig. 12), after the elastic caliper 6 rotates over a dead point, the elastic caliper 7 returns under the elastic force of the elastic caliper return spring W2, the support plate 8 returns under the elastic force of the support plate return spring W3, after the recovery pipe 2 continues to move upwards by a certain distance L3=14mm, inward recovery of the elastic caliper 6 is completed, the elastic caliper limiting effect is released, and fishing of the inner pipe of the assembly can be realized (as shown in state iv in fig. 12).

Claims (8)

1. A rope coring drilling tool inner pipe assembly elastic clip positioning mechanism is characterized by comprising a recovery pipe (2), an elastic clip frame (4), an elastic clip limiting block (5), elastic clip pliers (6), an elastic clip seat (7) and a supporting plate (8); the upper end of the recovery pipe (2) is assembled with a fishing spear head assembly (1) of the inner pipe assembly, an elastic clamping frame (4) is sleeved in the recovery pipe (2), and two elastic caliper avoiding holes (2-3) are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the recovery pipe; the elastic clamping frame (4) is a sleeve with axial long holes (4-6) formed in two sides, the bottom of the elastic clamping frame (4) is fixedly assembled with the water distribution sleeve (10) of the inner pipe assembly, an elastic clamping limiting block (5), an elastic clamping clamp (6), an elastic clamping seat (7) and a supporting plate (8) are arranged in the elastic clamping frame (4), and the elastic clamping limiting block (5), the elastic clamping clamp (6) and the supporting plate (8) respectively comprise two parts which are bilaterally symmetrical; the left part and the right part of the elastic clip limiting block (5) are hinged together, two ends of a hinge shaft (B2) of the elastic clip limiting block are installed on the side wall of the recovery pipe (2), and the left part and the right part of the elastic clip limiting block (5) are respectively hinged and assembled with the left part and the right part of the elastic clip pliers (6); the left part and the right part of the elastic caliper (6) are hinged together, and an articulated shaft (B3) of the elastic caliper is assembled with the elastic caliper seat (7); the bullet clamping seat (7) can move up and down along the central axis of the bullet clamping frame (4), and the lower end surface of the bullet clamping seat is contacted with the supporting plate (8); the left part and the right part of the supporting plate (8) are hinged together, and a supporting plate hinge shaft (B6) is assembled with the elastic clamping frame (4);
the upper end of the supporting plate (8) is a wedge-shaped surface (8-1) matched with the motion guide part of the bullet clamping seat (7), the middle part of the supporting plate (8) is provided with a recovery pipe guide pin avoiding hole (8-2), and the lower end of the supporting plate (8) is provided with a supporting plate hinge shaft mounting hole (8-4);
the support plate (8) is further provided with a support plate reset clamp spring (W3) and a clamp spring mounting groove (8-3), the clamp spring mounting groove (8-3) is located on the periphery of the support plate hinge shaft mounting hole (8-4), and the support plate reset clamp spring (W3) is arranged in the clamp spring mounting groove (8-3).

The inner tube assembly bullet clip positioning mechanism of rope core drill according to claim 1, wherein the bullet clip caliper (6) passes through the bullet clip caliper avoiding hole (2-3) on the sidewall of the recovery tube (2) at the outer edges of the left and right parts in the open state, and is clipped in the clip groove of the outer tube assembly bullet clip chamber (11) of the rope core drill.

The inner tube assembly bullet clamp positioning mechanism of rope core drill according to claim 2, characterized in that it further comprises bullet clamp reset components, said bullet clamp reset components comprise a pressure plate (3) and a bullet clamp reset spring (W1); the pressing plate (3) is fixed at the top of the elastic clamping frame (4); the elastic caliper reset spring (W1) is sleeved outside the elastic caliper frame (4), and the upper end and the lower end of the elastic caliper reset spring respectively abut against the pressure plate (3) and the articulated shaft (B2) of the elastic caliper limiting block.

The rope coring drilling tool inner tube assembly ejector clamp positioning mechanism according to claim 3, wherein the ejector clamp frame (4) is further provided with an ejector clamp stopper hinge shaft up-and-down movement avoiding hole (4-1), an ejector clamp seat up-and-down movement limiting pin mounting hole (4-2), a recovery tube guide pin mating hole (4-3) and a support plate hinge shaft mounting hole (4-4), and the ejector clamp stopper hinge shaft up-and-down movement avoiding hole (4-1), the ejector clamp seat up-and-down movement limiting pin mounting hole (4-2), the recovery tube guide pin mating hole (4-3) and the support plate hinge shaft mounting hole (4-4) are sequentially arranged from top to bottom along the central axis of the ejector clamp frame (4).
