Detailed Description
As shown in the attached figures 1-3, the invention comprises a fixed plate 1 arranged on a supporting leg, a rotary drum 5 rotatably arranged on the fixed plate 1, a blade 6 fixed on the wall of the rotary drum 5, a rotary drum inner core 11 sleeved in the rotary drum 5 and a lifting device for driving the rotary drum inner core 11 to move up and down. A through hole is arranged on the inner core fixing plate 7 corresponding to the rotary drum inner core 11, so that the bag body can pass through.
The upper end of the inner side wall of the rotary drum 5 is provided with a baffle ring 13, the outer walls of the corresponding positions of the rotary drum 5 and the baffle ring 13 are provided with a placing groove, the blade 6 is fixed in the placing groove, the position of the blade 6 is positioned at the inner side of the inner wall of the rotary drum 5, therefore, when the bag body is placed in the rotary drum 5, the blade 6 can be contacted with the part to be cut, and the opening end of the placing groove is provided with a baffle plate 14.
The fixing plate 1 is provided with a through hole, the rotary drum 5 is sleeved in the through hole, the rotary drum 5 rotates through a rotary drum driving device, the rotary drum driving device comprises a driven wheel 4, a driving wheel 3 and a motor 2, the driven wheel 4 is sleeved on the outer wall of the rotary drum 5 and fixed with the rotary drum 5, the driving wheel 3 is arranged on the fixing plate 1, the motor 2 drives the driving wheel 3 to rotate, and the driving wheel 3 is in transmission connection with the driven wheel 4. The driven wheel 4 is driven by the driving wheel 3 to rotate, so that the blade is driven to rotate, and the bag opening is cut.
A stepped hole for the drum 5 to pass through is formed on the fixed plate 1, and an annular protrusion matched with the upper hole of the stepped hole is arranged on the bottom surface of the driven wheel 4.
The inner core of the rotary drum is lifted by the cylinder before a product enters the rotary drum, exceeds the height of the cutter, and descends and returns after the product enters the inner core of the rotary drum. Therefore, the protection of the product is realized through the lifting of the inner core of the rotary drum, and the problem that the product is scratched by the cutter is perfectly solved.
