The use method of the efficient processing device suitable for the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces comprises the following specific operation modes:
firstly, Chinese medicinal materials are poured into a chopping chamber 1 through a feed hopper 4, two chopping rollers 12 are driven by a chopping motor to chop the medicinal materials, after the operation of the chopping rollers 12 is finished, a blanking motor 14 drives a flashboard 13 to be opened, and the chopped medicinal materials enter a screening chamber 2 through a blanking port 5;

thirdly, the screened medicinal materials fall onto the filter screen 10, water is guided into the spraying pipe 34 by the water pump 36 through the water pumping pipe 37 and the water guide pipe 35, and the water is sprayed out through the plurality of spraying heads 42 to carry out spraying and washing on the medicinal materials at the upper end of the filter screen 10;
fourthly, after the washing is finished, the rocking handle 30 is rotated, the filter screen 10 is driven to descend through the screw rod 27, the medicinal materials at the upper end of the filter screen 10 are soaked through the washing box 9, and the impurities remained in the medicinal materials enter the bottom of the washing box 9 through the filter screen 10;
fifthly, after soaking, rotating the rocking handle 30 to drive the filter screen 10 to ascend through the screw rod 27, introducing air heated by the air heater 39 into the cleaning chamber 3 through the hot air pipe 41 through the fan 40, and drying medicinal materials at the upper end of the filter screen 10;
sixthly, opening a cabinet door at one side of the cleaning chamber 3 and taking out the processed medicinal materials.

The high-efficiency processing device suitable for the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is characterized by comprising a chopping chamber (1), a screening chamber (2) and a cleaning chamber (3), wherein the screening chamber (2) is connected with a screening component, the cleaning chamber (3) is connected with a drying component, the chopping chamber (1) is positioned above the screening chamber (2), the upper end of the chopping chamber (1) is provided with a feed hopper (4), the inside of the chopping chamber (1) is provided with a chopping component, the lower end of the chopping chamber (1) is provided with a feed opening (5), a screening net (6) is erected inside the screening chamber (2), a medicine scrap box (7) is arranged below the screening net (6), the cleaning chamber (3) is positioned at one side of the screening chamber (2), one side of the cleaning box (3) is provided with a cabinet door, a discharge opening (8) is arranged between the screening chamber (2) and the cleaning chamber (3), the inside of purge chamber (3) is equipped with washs case (9), the inside of wasing case (9) is equipped with filter screen (10), it is connected with lead screw adjustment mechanism to wash between case (9) and filter screen (10), the upper end fixedly connected with water tank (11) of purge chamber (3), the inside top of wasing case (3) is equipped with spray assembly, spray assembly is connected with water tank (11).

The high-efficiency processing device for the Chinese herbal pieces, as set forth in claim 1, is characterized in that the chopping assembly comprises two chopping rollers (12), the two chopping rollers (12) are rotatably connected in the chopping chamber (1), one end of each of the two chopping rollers (12) is connected with a chopping motor, and the chopping motor is fixedly connected to the outer wall surface of the chopping chamber (1).

The efficient processing device for the Chinese herbal pieces, as set forth in claim 1, is characterized in that the inside of the feeding port (5) is rotatably connected with a shutter (13) through a rotating shaft, one end of the rotating shaft of the shutter (13) is connected with an output shaft of a feeding motor (14) through a coupling, and the feeding motor (14) is fixedly connected to the outer wall surface of the chopping chamber (1).
