The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) removing impurities: cleaning the Chinese medicinal materials with clear water, and removing impurities;
(2) and (3) drying: drying the cleaned traditional Chinese medicine components by using a dryer, wherein the drying temperature is 60 ℃, and drying until the water content in the traditional Chinese medicine components is lower than 10%;
(3) preparing materials: weighing the dried traditional Chinese medicine components according to the weight ratio for later use;
(4) crushing: adding the weighed traditional Chinese medicines into a pulverizer together for pulverizing to obtain a powdery traditional Chinese medicine mixture, and sieving by using a 100-mesh sieve to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine for breast health care.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition for breast health care according to claim 1, which comprises, by weight, 23.5 parts of dandelion, 16.5 parts of rhizoma arisaematis preparata, 13 parts of radix curcumae, 13 parts of angelica sinensis, 13 parts of selfheal, 13 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 13 parts of safflower, and 13 parts of myrrh.
