In order to solve the technical problems, the simple mechanical structure is provided to realize the function of combining the bed and the wheelchair, the function has good market application prospect, and the simple mechanical structure is mainly used for relieving the labor intensity of a nursing person and the pain of a patient and facilitating the patient to get on or off the bed, wherein the function is realized by combining the bed and the wheelchair.
In a first aspect, the present disclosure provides a multifunctional medical nursing bed combining a wheelchair and a hospital bed, comprising: the bed frame, the folding wheelchair connected with the bed frame and the transmission mechanism; the folding wheelchair comprises a back plate and a bottom plate which are connected with each other, one end of the back plate is detachably connected with the bedstead, and the other end of the back plate is hinged with the bottom plate; the lower surface of the bottom plate is connected with the transmission mechanism, and the position of the bottom plate is adjusted through the transmission mechanism, so that the bed surface state or the wheelchair state of the folding wheelchair is realized.
In a second aspect, the present disclosure further provides a method for using a multifunctional medical nursing bed combining a wheelchair and a hospital bed, comprising the following steps:
when the folding wheelchair is combined with the bed, the first clamping part of the back plate of the folding wheelchair enters the U-shaped groove of the bed frame; the U-shaped groove rotates for a set angle to fix the position of the clamping part of the wheelchair;
the bottom surface of the folding wheelchair is moved along a set track by using a transmission mechanism, so that the ground and the back plate of the wheelchair are positioned on the same horizontal plane to form a part of a bed plate of the bed frame;
when the wheelchair is separated from the bed, the bottom surface of the folding wheelchair is moved along a set track by using the transmission mechanism, so that a set angle is formed between the ground and the back plate of the wheelchair;
the opening of a U-shaped groove of the bedstead is in a horizontal state, and a first clamping part at the back of the wheelchair is separated from the U-shaped clamping groove; the folding wheelchair is transferred to the ground through a transmission mechanism.
Compared with the prior art, this disclosure possesses following beneficial effect:
1. one end of a back plate of the folding wheelchair is detachably connected with the bed frame, and the other end of the back plate is hinged with the bottom plate; the lower surface of the bottom plate is connected with the transmission mechanism, the position of the bottom plate is adjusted through the transmission mechanism, the technical problem that how to combine the wheelchair with the multifunctional bed is solved, patients can smoothly realize the bed surface state or the wheelchair state of the folding wheelchair without supporting the wheelchair with the patients, the combination design of the bed and the wheelchair is realized, a simple mechanical structure is provided, the function of combining the bed and the wheelchair can be realized, the labor intensity of nursing people is reduced, and the patients who are inconvenient to move can get on or off the bed conveniently.
2. The method provided by the disclosure adopts the technical scheme that when the folding wheelchair is combined with a bed, a first clamping part of a back plate of the folding wheelchair enters a U-shaped groove of a bed frame; the U-shaped groove rotates for a set angle to fix the position of the clamping part of the wheelchair; the bottom surface of the folding wheelchair moves along a set track by utilizing the transmission mechanism, so that the ground and the back plate of the wheelchair are positioned on the same horizontal plane to form one part of a bed plate of the bed frame, the problems that how to realize stable transfer of the wheelchair to the ground after the wheelchair is separated from a nursing bed under the condition that the height of the nursing bed is not changed and how to restore the wheelchair to the original position are also required to be solved are solved, the technical scheme that the bed and the wheelchair are combined and designed completely is realized, and the requirements of a user on a multifunctional nursing bed can be well met.

As shown in fig. 1, a multifunctional medical nursing bed combining a wheelchair and a hospital bed comprises: the bed frame, the folding wheelchair connected with the bed frame and the transmission mechanism; the folding wheelchair comprises a back plate and a bottom plate which are connected with each other, one end of the back plate is detachably connected with the bedstead, and the other end of the back plate is hinged with the bottom plate; the lower surface of the bottom plate is connected with the transmission mechanism, and the position of the bottom plate is adjusted through the transmission mechanism, so that the bed surface state or the wheelchair state of the folding wheelchair is realized.
Furthermore, the bed frame comprises an upper layer of support and a lower layer of support, the upper layer of support comprises two parallel support plates with a set distance, an accommodating space is formed between the two support plates and is used for accommodating the foldable wheelchair, a bed plate is arranged in the area of the top of the upper layer of support except the accommodating space, and the foldable wheelchair which is unfolded into a plane structure in a bed surface state and the bed plate form the bed surface of the nursing bed; the lower layer bracket is connected with the transmission mechanism.
The middle of the lower layer support is provided with a mounting frame, the mounting frame is used for mounting a transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism comprises a screw transmission mechanism and a slider transmission mechanism, the screw transmission mechanism is connected with the slider transmission mechanism, the screw transmission mechanism drives the slider transmission mechanism to move horizontally, the slider transmission mechanism realizes up-and-down motion, the slider transmission mechanism is connected with the folding wheelchair, and the level and height adjustment of the folding wheelchair is realized.

The present disclosure is directed to how to combine a wheelchair with a hospital bed, which is a technology that needs to be solved at present, and mainly how to implement such a conversion, and to study a mechanical mechanism that can implement such a conversion. The main thing is how to fold the chair up as part of the bed and to detach it from the bed when needed as a separate wheelchair. Two problems need to be solved to realize the function, namely how to realize the combination and the separation of the wheelchair and the bed, and how to realize the folding of the wheelchair.
Introduction of the structure designed to solve the above problems: (1) u-shaped clamping groove. The main joint shown in fig. 4 is designed to achieve the first function, and is a U-shaped slot, which can rotate 90 degrees around the axis of the bed, when the wheelchair is combined with the bed, the axis at the back of the wheelchair is clamped into the U-shaped slot, when the wheelchair is separated from the bed, the opening of the U-shaped slot is horizontal, and the axis at the back of the wheelchair can be smoothly separated from the U-shaped slot. The lower drawing shows the backrest of the wheelchair and a shaft at the back for combining with a U-shaped clamping groove on the bed.
(2) The structure shown in figure 3 is designed for solving the folding problem of the wheelchair, the armrest part of the wheelchair is a parallelogram structure, the folding characteristic of the parallelogram is utilized, and the structure is in a horizontal state after being folded and is combined with a bed. The wheelchair does not occupy redundant space, and can be used as a structure for connecting the seat and the back of the wheelchair after being pulled open and also can be used as the handrail of a patient. In addition, when two rods of the parallelogram structure form 90 degrees, the structure is locked by an automatic locking mechanism arranged in the parallelogram structure to prevent the structure from deforming, and when folding is desired, the locked state can be released only by pressing an upper button.
The mechanism for supporting the wheelchair is designed by utilizing the principle of spiral transmission, the outer surface of the rotating thick shaft and the inner surface of the sliding block on the rotating thick shaft are both provided with threads, the thick shaft is rotated through the rocking handle structure, the sliding block with the threads on the shaft can realize linear movement along the shaft, and the wheelchair is supported through the two-force rod on the sliding block, so that the state conversion of the wheelchair is realized. By utilizing the self-locking characteristic of the threads, the wheelchair can be kept in any state without automatic sliding.
The connection between the base of the wheelchair and the supporting mechanism is realized by the principle of the sliding block, and the structure has the advantage of well realizing the combination and the separation of the wheelchair and the bed body supporting structure.
Because many functions of the multifunctional nursing bed are realized in the current market, the multifunctional nursing bed is designed only on how to realize the combination of the bed and the wheelchair, and the simple mechanical structure is provided to realize the function of the combination of the bed and the wheelchair. The product designed by the disclosure is subject to continuous improvement from the proposal of the concept, and finally realizes a complete technical scheme, and can well meet the requirements of users on the multifunctional nursing bed.
Example 2
A use method of a multifunctional medical nursing bed combining a wheelchair and a sickbed comprises the following steps:
when the folding wheelchair is combined with the bed, the first clamping part of the back plate of the folding wheelchair enters the U-shaped groove of the bed frame; the U-shaped groove rotates for a set angle to fix the position of the clamping part of the wheelchair;
the bottom surface of the folding wheelchair is moved along a set track by using a transmission mechanism, so that the ground and the back plate of the wheelchair are positioned on the same horizontal plane to form a part of a bed plate of the bed frame;
when the wheelchair is separated from the bed, the bottom surface of the folding wheelchair is moved along a set track by using the transmission mechanism, so that a set angle is formed between the ground and the back plate of the wheelchair;
the opening of a U-shaped groove of the bedstead is in a horizontal state, and a first clamping part at the back of the wheelchair is separated from the U-shaped clamping groove; the folding wheelchair is transferred to the ground through a transmission mechanism.
Furthermore, the armrest part of the wheelchair is a parallelogram structure, which utilizes the folding characteristic of the parallelogram, the structure is in a horizontal state after being folded and is combined with the bed,
