Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有引线端子结构的双绕组线圈及其绕制方法,包括:在线圈架上预作一根引出线,预作引出线的一端固定在第一引线端子的焊线孔内,其另一端紧贴线圈架侧板引出;将内层绕组的始端固定在任意一个第二引线端子的焊线孔内,并在线圈架上进行绕制,绕制完成后,将内层绕组的末端贴在线圈架侧板上引出;将外层绕组的始端固定在另外一个第二引线端子的焊线孔内,并在内层绕组上进行绕制;外层绕组绕制完成后,将预作引出线的引出头、内层绕组的末端引出头、外层绕组的末端引出头焊接在一起,完成双绕组线圈的绕制。本发明的这种方法可以提高双绕组线圈的绕满率,增加了线圈窗口面积,从而增加了线圈安匝值,提高了产品的电磁吸力参数。

一种具有引线端子结构的双绕组线圈及其绕制方法
技术领域
本发明属于电磁线圈制造技术领域,具体涉及一种具有引线端子结构的双绕组线圈及其绕制方法。
背景技术
目前国内外许多电磁继电器、接触器等产品的线圈具有引线端子结构,以便于电磁系统安装附带机构,此类型线圈多为双绕组结构,即有内外两个线径不同的绕组,其线圈架侧板上有引线端子,在绕线时为了防止外层漆包线覆盖引线端子的焊线孔,端子孔无法焊线,必须降低绕线高度,保证焊线位置,从而减小了线圈窗口面积及绕满率,进一步的降低了线圈安匝值和产品的电磁吸力。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种具有引线端子结构的双绕组线圈及其绕制方法。本发明要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现:
一种具有引线端子结构的双绕组线圈的绕制方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:预作引出线:在线圈架上预作一根引出线,所述线圈架的一端设置有第一引线端子和两个第二引线端子,预作引出线的一端固定在所述第一引线端子的焊线孔内,其另一端紧贴线圈架侧板引出;
步骤2:绕制内层绕组:将所述内层绕组的始端固定在任意一个所述第二引线端子的焊线孔内,并在所述线圈架上进行绕制,绕制完成后,将所述内层绕组的末端贴在所述线圈架侧板上引出;
步骤3:绕制外层绕组:将所述外层绕组的始端固定在另外一个所述第二引线端子的焊线孔内,并在所述内层绕组上进行绕制;
步骤4:外层绕组绕制完成后,将所述预作引出线的引出头、所述内层绕组的末端引出头、所述外层绕组的末端引出头焊接在一起,形成共同焊接点,完成所述双绕组线圈的绕制。
在发明的一个实施例中,步骤4之后还包括:
将所述共同焊接点用绝缘材料进行绝缘后,固定在所述外层绕组上。
本发明实施例还提供了一种具有引线端子结构的双绕组线圈,包括:线圈架、预作引出线、内层绕组、外层绕组;其中,
所述线圈架的一端设置有第一引线端子和第二引线端子;所述预作引出线的一端固定在所述第一引线端子的焊线孔内,所述内层绕组绕制在所述线圈架上,所述外层绕组绕制在所述内层绕组上;所述内层绕组的始端固定在任意一个所述第二引线端子的焊线孔内,所述外层绕组的始端固定在其余所述第二引线端子的焊线孔内;所述预作引出线的另一端、所述内层绕组的末端紧贴线圈架侧板引出后与所述外层绕组的末端连接为一体并绝缘固定在所述外层绕组上。
在发明的一个实施例中,所述预作引出线的引出头、所述内层绕组的末端引出头、所述外层绕组的末端引出头焊接在一起,形成共同焊接点;所述共同焊接点采用绝缘材料包裹后,并通过绝缘丝线将共同焊接点缠绕在外层绕组上。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的这种绕制方法可以提高双绕组线圈的绕满率,增加了线圈窗口面积,从而增加了线圈安匝值,提高了产品的电磁吸力参数。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
请参见图1,本发明实施例提供了一种具有引线端子结构的双绕组线圈,具体包括:线圈架1、预作引出线2、内层绕组3、外层绕组4;其中,
线圈架1的一端设置有第一引线端子5、两个第二引线端子6;预作引出线2的一端焊接在第一引线端子5的焊线孔内;内层绕组3绕制在线圈架1的轴上,外层绕组4绕制在内层绕组3上,内层绕组始端7焊接在任意一个第二引线端子6的焊线孔内,外层绕组始端焊接在另外一个第二引线端子6的焊线孔内,预作引出线2的另一端和内层绕组末端8紧贴线圈架侧板9伸出后与外层绕组末端10焊接,即将预作引出线2的引出头、内层绕组末端8的引出头、外层绕组末端10的引出头焊接在一起,形成的共同焊接点11用绝缘塑料薄膜12进行包裹绝缘,并用工业用绝缘丝线13将共同焊接点11固定在外层绕组4上。
需要说明的是,该线圈架1上另外两个引线端子为备用引线端子。
现有的双绕组线圈是将内层绕组末端8和外层绕组始端焊接在第一引线端子5的焊线孔内,而内层绕组始端7和外层绕组末端10分别焊接在两个第二引线端子6的焊线孔内,这样需要预留出第二引线端子6的位置,使外层绕组4绕制完成后能够将末端焊接进第二引线端子6的焊线孔内,从而导致外层绕组4的线圈绕不满,会降低整体线圈安匝值和产品的电磁吸力,本发明实施例利用预作引出线2,将内层绕组3和外层绕组4的末端引出,从而使外层绕组4在绕制时可以覆盖第一引线端子5、第二引线端子6的焊线孔,从而提高了线圈的整体绕满率,进一步地增加了线圈安匝值,提高了产品的电磁吸力参数。
该双绕组线圈的工作过程:如果需要内层绕组3通电,则只需要在第一引线端子5和焊接内层绕组始端7的第二引线端子6上通电即可;如果需要外层绕组4通电,则只需要在第一引线端子5和焊接外层绕组始端的第二引线端子6上通电即可。
实施例2
请同时参见图2~图5,本发明实施例提供了一种具有引线端子结构的双绕组线圈的绕制方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤1:预作引出线2:在线圈架1上预作一根引出线,线圈架1的一端设置有第一引线端子和两个第二引线端子,该预作引出线2的一端焊接在第一引线端子5的焊线孔内,形成焊线孔焊点并用绝缘塑料薄膜包裹进行绝缘保护,以防止击穿,其另一端紧贴线圈架侧板7引出。
步骤2:绕制内层绕组3:将内层绕组始端7焊接在任意一个第二引线端子6的焊线孔内,并在线圈架1上进行绕制,绕制完成后,将内层绕组末端8贴在线圈架侧板9上引出。
步骤3:绕制外层绕组4:将外层绕组始端焊接在另外一个第二引线端子6的焊线孔内,并在内层绕组3上进行绕制。
在进行外层绕组4绕制时,可以完全覆盖第一引线端子5、第二引线端子6的焊线孔,从而提高了双绕组线圈的整体绕满率。
步骤4:外层绕组4绕制完成后,将预作引出线2的引出头、内层绕组末端8的引出头、外层绕组末端10的引出头焊接在一起,形成共同焊接点11。
步骤5:将共同焊接点11用绝缘塑料薄膜12包裹完整后,用工业用绝缘丝线13将共同焊接点11缠绕在外层绕组4的本体上。
本发明实施例通过这种绕制方法,可以达到以下有益效果:
本发明的这种绕制方法可以提高双绕组线圈的绕满率,增加了线圈窗口面积,从而增加了线圈安匝值,提高了产品的电磁吸力参数。

Claims (4)

1.一种具有引线端子结构的双绕组线圈的绕制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:预作引出线:在线圈架上预作一根引出线,所述线圈架的一端设置有第一引线端子和两个第二引线端子,预作引出线的一端固定在所述第一引线端子的焊线孔内,其另一端紧贴线圈架侧板引出;
步骤2:绕制内层绕组:将所述内层绕组的始端固定在任意一个所述第二引线端子的焊线孔内,并在所述线圈架上进行绕制,绕制完成后,将所述内层绕组的末端贴在所述线圈架侧板上引出;
步骤3:绕制外层绕组:将所述外层绕组的始端固定在另外一个所述第二引线端子的焊线孔内,并在所述内层绕组上进行绕制;
步骤4:外层绕组绕制完成后,将所述预作引出线的引出头、所述内层绕组的末端引出头、所述外层绕组的末端引出头焊接在一起,形成共同焊接点,完成所述双绕组线圈的绕制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有引线端子结构的双绕组线圈的绕制方法,其特征在于,步骤4之后还包括:
将所述共同焊接点用绝缘材料进行绝缘后,固定在所述外层绕组上。
3.一种具有引线端子结构的双绕组线圈,其特征在于,包括:线圈架、预作引出线、内层绕组、外层绕组;其中,
所述线圈架的一端设置有第一引线端子和第二引线端子;所述预作引出线的一端固定在所述第一引线端子的焊线孔内,所述内层绕组绕制在所述线圈架上,所述外层绕组绕制在所述内层绕组上;所述内层绕组的始端固定在任意一个所述第二引线端子的焊线孔内,所述外层绕组的始端固定在其余所述第二引线端子的焊线孔内;所述预作引出线的另一端、所述内层绕组的末端紧贴线圈架侧板引出后与所述外层绕组的末端连接为一体并绝缘固定在所述外层绕组上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有引线端子结构的双绕组线圈,其特征在于:所述预作引出线的引出头、所述内层绕组的末端引出头、所述外层绕组的末端引出头焊接在一起,形成共同焊接点;所述共同焊接点采用绝缘材料包裹后,并通过绝缘丝线将共同焊接点缠绕在外层绕组上。
