Based on the above, the invention provides a remote control method and a remote control system, relates to the field of intelligent control, and is used for controlling a door lock device.
In a first aspect, embodiments of the present invention provide a remote control method for controlling a door lock device, where a visitor instruction generated by triggering the door lock device by a visitor is acquired, the visitor instruction is sent to a terminal through a server, the control instruction output by the terminal according to the visitor instruction is received, and the door lock device is opened or closed according to the control instruction, so that a door lock switch can be easily and portably controlled, and user experience is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the door lock device integrates multiple unlocking modes, such as password unlocking, gesture unlocking, fingerprint unlocking, face recognition unlocking, video unlocking, voice unlocking, verification code unlocking, NFC (Near Field Communication), Bluetooth unlocking, key unlocking and the like, and unlocking is realized through the matching of verification data stored in the door lock device and a terminal. On the basis, the door lock device can also realize the remote control method in the embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic flow chart of a remote control method in an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which is used for controlling a door lock device, and specifically includes the steps of:
s110, a visitor instruction generated by the door lock device is obtained, and the visitor instruction is generated by triggering the door lock device by a visitor;
s120, sending a visitor instruction to the terminal through the server;
s130, receiving a control instruction output by the terminal according to the visitor instruction;
and S140, controlling to open or close the door lock device according to the control instruction.
In step S110, a guest instruction generated by the door lock apparatus is acquired, the guest instruction being generated by a guest triggering the door lock apparatus. When a visitor visits, a reminding device such as a doorbell or a touch pad and the like arranged by a door lock device is triggered to generate a visitor instruction, wherein the visitor instruction can be a visitor instruction located locally, such as a door ring generated by the doorbell; or a visitor instruction transmitted to the host terminal through the server, such as a short message reminder and APP (Application) notification.
In step S120, after the visitor generates the visitor command by triggering the door lock device, the door lock device is connected to the server through a WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) Module or a SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) Module, and is in communication connection with the server through the network, so that the door lock device can send the visitor command of the visitor to the terminal through the server to notify the terminal to process the visitor command.
In practical application, after a visitor triggers the door lock device to generate a visitor instruction, the visitor is notified to the host in an APP notification mode for processing, so that the situation that the host cannot process the items of the visitor in time is avoided; if the host does not see the APP notification or the authority of the APP notification in the terminal is not opened or the terminal cannot receive the APP notification due to other reasons, the host can be informed to process the APP notification through a short message function or telephone notification by contacting the terminal of the host through an SIM module arranged in the door lock device.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises the steps of obtaining the triggering times of the visitor instruction, judging whether the triggering times are larger than the preset times, and if the triggering times are larger than the preset times, not obtaining the visitor instruction or not sending the visitor instruction to the terminal after the door lock device obtains the triggering device; if the triggering times are less than the preset times, the visitor instruction can be continuously acquired and sent to the terminal. The triggering times refer to the times of visitor instructions generated by triggering the door lock device by a visitor, such as the times of visitor instructions generated by pressing a doorbell; the preset times can be set in the APP of the terminal, and can also be set on the door lock device. In the practical application group, a host performs preset times of setting through a terminal or a door lock device, for example, five times of setting are performed, when a visitor visits, after a doorbell is pressed five times within a certain time, five visitor instructions are generated, the terminal can continuously receive five APP notifications, when the visitor presses a doorbell for the sixth time, the doorbell of the door lock device cannot give out a door ring again to generate the visitor instructions, or even if the door lock device generates the visitor instructions, the visitor instructions cannot be sent to the terminal through a server, namely, the terminal does not receive the APP notifications or the telephone notifications or the short message notifications.
In some embodiments, after the terminal receives the visitor instruction, the visitor instruction can be processed through the terminal APP, and the door lock device can call the camera according to the requirement of the terminal to acquire the video data of the visitor and send the video data to the terminal so as to display the visitor on the terminal.
In practical application, the video data comprise real-time image data of visitors, and the video data are acquired through a video module, namely a camera, arranged on the door lock device. Whether the camera is opened or closed can be set through the terminal APP, and after the terminal receives a visitor instruction, the door lock device can acquire video data of a visitor according to the requirements of the terminal, such as the terminal, so that a master can conveniently confirm whether the terminal is an acquaintance or a reserved guest; or the terminal is provided with the door lock device at the beginning, and after the door lock device acquires the visitor instruction, the camera is automatically called to acquire the video data and send the video data to the terminal for displaying, so that the real-time image data of the visitor can be watched in time, a master can conveniently confirm the data, and the safety is improved.
In step S130, the door lock device receives a control command output by the terminal after the visitor command is processed, where the control command is used for unlocking or closing the door lock device.
In step S140, the door lock device controls to open or close the door lock device according to the received control command.
In some embodiments, when the visitor visits, the visitor's mobile phone number can be input through an information module, such as an information input panel, provided on the door lock device. After the door lock device obtains a mobile phone number input by a visitor, the mobile phone number is sent to a terminal through a server; after the terminal receives the mobile phone number of the visitor, whether the mobile phone number is stored in the terminal or not is judged, if yes, the terminal sends a verification instruction to the mobile phone number of the visitor according to the mobile phone number, wherein the verification instruction is an instruction which is input to the door lock device by the visitor to judge identity information of the visitor, such as a two-dimensional code, a short message verification code and the like. After receiving the verification instruction, the visitor mobile phone can input the verification instruction to the door lock device, for example, if the verification instruction of the two-dimensional code type is received, the two-dimensional code image can be displayed to a scanning device of the door lock device for input; or the received verification instruction of the short message verification code type can input the verification code into the input device of the door lock device for inputting. And after receiving the verification instruction, the door lock device judges whether the verification instruction is correct or not, and if the verification instruction is correct, the door lock device generates a control instruction according to the verification instruction, so that the door lock device is controlled to be opened or closed according to the control instruction.
In some embodiments, after the visitor arrives and triggers the door lock device to generate the visitor instruction, the door lock device may generate a call request instruction according to a preset call setting, for example, according to the visitor instruction and send the call request instruction to the terminal to inform the terminal of establishing a call connection, the terminal may process the call request instruction after receiving the call request instruction, determine whether a call connection needs to be established with the door lock device, and if it is determined that a call connection needs to be established, send a call reply instruction to the door lock device, and the door lock device may establish a call connection with the terminal according to the received call reply instruction. The door lock device is in communication connection with the terminal, so that the host and the visitor can have a real-time conversation, the host and the visitor can communicate and confirm identities conveniently, and user experience and safety are improved.
