Description

Operation control method for air conditioning equipment, air conditioning equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioning equipment, in particular to an operation control method of the air conditioning equipment, the air conditioning equipment and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
In the related art, the load end and the cold source end of the air conditioning equipment of the water chilling unit are independently controlled and cannot be linked, so that the frequency control of the chilled water pump and the opening control of the water valve are split, the actual water quantity demand cannot be met, and the water pump is unreasonably controlled.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art or the related art.
To this end, a first aspect of the present invention proposes an operation control method of an air conditioning apparatus.
A second aspect of the present invention proposes an air conditioning apparatus.
A third aspect of the invention proposes a computer-readable storage medium.
In view of the above, a first aspect of the present invention provides an operation control method for an air conditioning apparatus, where the air conditioning apparatus includes a chilled water pipeline, a water valve and a chilled water pump are disposed on the chilled water pipeline, and the operation control method includes: acquiring a target air supply temperature of air conditioning equipment; determining a target opening corresponding to the water valve according to the target air supply temperature, and controlling the opening of the water valve to be adjusted to the target opening; and adjusting the running frequency of the chilled water pump according to the target opening.
In the technical scheme, the air conditioning equipment determines the target opening of the water valve according to the target air supply temperature at the end load side, and controls the water valve to be opened to the target opening according to the target air supply temperature in real time. Meanwhile, the communication connection between the tail end control cabinet and the machine room main control cabinet is established, the target opening of the currently opened water valve is sent to the main control cabinet of the machine room in real time, the main control cabinet correspondingly adjusts the running frequency of the chilled water pump according to the current target opening of the water valve, the upstream water pump frequency is matched with the downstream water valve opening, and the water supply quantity is made to adapt to the actual water quantity requirement.
In addition, the operation control method of the air conditioning equipment in the above technical solution provided by the present invention may further have the following additional technical features:
in the above technical solution, the air conditioning equipment further includes a first fan, the first fan is a variable frequency fan, and the operation control method further includes: acquiring the return air temperature of air conditioning equipment; determining a target operation frequency corresponding to the first fan according to the return air temperature, and controlling the first fan to work at the target operation frequency; and adjusting the target air supply temperature according to the target operation frequency.
In the technical scheme, the fan of the air conditioning equipment is a variable frequency fan and specifically comprises a first fan. And during the operation control of the air conditioning equipment, the return air temperature of the air conditioning equipment is acquired in real time, the operation frequency of the fan is controlled according to the return air temperature, and the return air temperature is controlled by adjusting the operation frequency of the fan. Meanwhile, the target air supply temperature is adjusted according to the current target operation frequency of the first fan, and because the target air supply temperature is directly related to the control of the water valve, the relationship is established between the frequency control of the first fan and the opening control of the water valve, so that an air system and a water system of the air conditioning equipment are linked, the operation control effect of the air conditioning equipment is improved, the air system and the water system can simultaneously operate in a high-efficiency interval, and the overall operation energy efficiency of the air conditioning equipment is improved.
In any of the above technical solutions, the step of adjusting the target air supply temperature according to the target operating frequency specifically includes: reducing the target air supply temperature based on the condition that the target operation frequency is continuously greater than or equal to the first frequency threshold value within the first preset time length; increasing the target air supply temperature based on the condition that the target operation frequency is less than or equal to the second frequency threshold value within the first preset time length; wherein the first frequency threshold is greater than the second frequency threshold.
In the technical scheme, within a first preset time, if the current target operation frequency of the first fan is continuously greater than or equal to a first frequency threshold value, it indicates that the end cannot increase the cooling capacity by increasing the operation frequency of the fan at the moment, or the continuous increase of the operation frequency of the first fan has a large influence on the efficiency, at the moment, the target air supply temperature is adjusted, so that the target air supply temperature is reduced, and at the moment, the water valve synchronously adjusts the opening degree after the target air supply temperature is changed, so that the cooling capacity requirement of a load end is met.
If the current target operation frequency of the first fan is continuously less than or equal to the second frequency threshold value within the first preset time length, the fact that the cold quantity cannot be reduced by reducing the operation frequency of the fan at the tail end at the moment is indicated, the target air supply temperature is adjusted at the moment, the target air supply temperature is increased, and the water valve can synchronously adjust the coverage after the target air supply temperature is changed, so that the cold supply quantity is matched with the requirement of a load end.
The first frequency threshold is an upper limit value of the operating frequency of the first fan, the second frequency threshold is a lower limit value of the operating frequency of the first fan, and the first frequency threshold is larger than the second frequency threshold.
When the load changes, the requirement is met by the control at the tail end, namely the requirement is met by controlling the first fan to change the frequency. When the control of the first fan reaches the limit, the water valve is controlled, the system can be kept to operate in an efficient operation interval, and the overall energy efficiency of the air conditioning equipment is improved.
In any of the above technical solutions, the range of the target air supply temperature is: from 12 ℃ to 26 ℃.
In the technical scheme, after the target operation frequency of the first fan reaches the boundary value, the target air supply temperature is adjusted, and specifically, the adjusted target air supply temperature can be determined through an easy-to-ask algorithm. Wherein the adjustment interval of the target air supply temperature is 12-26 ℃.
In any one of the above technical solutions, the air conditioning equipment includes a second fan, the second fan is a fixed frequency fan, and the operation control method further includes: acquiring a target return air temperature of air conditioning equipment; and adjusting the target opening according to the target return air temperature.
In the technical scheme, the air conditioning equipment comprises a second fan, and the second fan is a fixed-frequency fan. Under the condition of setting the fixed-frequency fan, the frequency of the fan cannot be adjusted, the target return air temperature of the air conditioning equipment is obtained at the moment, and a water valve of the air conditioning equipment is adjusted according to the target return air temperature.
Wherein, under the condition that sets up the second fan, the fan is the fixed frequency fan promptly, according to the process of return air temperature adjustment water valve, specifically for adjusting the surface cooler water valve.
In any of the above technical solutions, the step of adjusting the operating frequency of the chilled water pump according to the target opening degree specifically includes: controlling the chilled water pump to increase the operating frequency based on the condition that the target opening is greater than or equal to the opening threshold; and controlling the chilled water pump to reduce the running frequency based on the condition that the target opening is smaller than the opening threshold.
In the technical scheme, the operation frequency of the chilled water pump is adjusted according to the current target opening degree of the water valve, and specifically, if the current target opening degree of the water valve is greater than or equal to an opening degree threshold value, the chilled water pump is controlled to increase the operation frequency at the same time. And if the current operation frequency of the water valve is smaller than the opening degree threshold value, simultaneously controlling the water pump to reduce the operation frequency. According to the current target opening of the water valve, the operation frequency of the chilled water pump is correspondingly adjusted, so that the upstream water pump frequency is matched with the downstream water valve opening, the water supply quantity is adapted to the actual water quantity demand, the control of the water pump is more reasonable, and the overall operation energy efficiency of the air conditioning equipment is effectively improved.
When a plurality of water valves are arranged in the system, namely the number of the water valves is multiple, the weight opening values of all the water valves can be calculated, and control is executed according to the weight opening values of all the water valves. And when the weighted opening values of all the water valves are larger than the opening threshold value, controlling the chilled water pump to improve the running frequency. And when the weight opening degrees of all the water valves are smaller than the opening degree threshold value, controlling the chilled water valves to reduce the operating frequency.
In any of the above technical solutions, the operation control method of the air conditioning equipment further includes: acquiring the current operating frequency of the water pump; based on the condition that the current operating frequency is continuously greater than or equal to the third frequency threshold value within the second preset time length, reducing the target outlet water temperature of the air conditioning equipment; and increasing the target outlet water temperature of the air conditioning equipment based on the condition that the current operating frequency is continuously less than or equal to the fourth frequency threshold value within the second preset time.
In the technical scheme, when the current operating frequency of the water pump is continuously greater than or equal to the third frequency threshold value within the second preset time, it is obvious that the cold quantity cannot be increased by increasing the operating frequency of the water pump at the tail end at the moment, or the effect is greatly influenced by continuously increasing the operating frequency of the water pump, and at the moment, the target outlet water temperature of the air conditioning equipment is adjusted, so that the target outlet water temperature is reduced, that is, the system load is increased, and the requirement of the cold quantity at the tail end is met.
If the current operating frequency of the water pump is continuously less than or equal to the fourth frequency threshold value within the second preset time, the fact that the cold quantity of the tail end cannot be reduced by reducing the operating frequency of the fan at the moment is indicated, and the target outlet water temperature is adjusted at the moment, so that the target outlet water temperature is increased, the cold quantity is matched with the tail end requirement, the system load is reduced, and the energy consumption is reduced.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the control sequence from the tail end to the cold source of the machine room is followed, when the load of the tail end changes, the tail end is preferably controlled to meet the requirement, and in the tail end control, the fan frequency and the water valve opening degree are in associated control, so that the air system and the water system of the air conditioning equipment are mutually linked, and the air conditioning equipment can be kept in an efficient operation interval.
After the terminal control reaches the boundary value, the operating frequency of the water pump is controlled to meet the terminal load requirement, and after the water pump control also reaches the boundary value, the load of the machine room is changed by changing the target outlet water temperature of the air conditioning equipment, so that the air conditioning equipment can be always kept in the most efficient operating interval.
In any of the above technical solutions, the range of the target outlet water temperature is: 4 ℃ to 18 ℃.
In the technical scheme, after the current operating frequency of the water pump reaches a boundary value, the load of the machine room is adjusted by changing the target outlet water temperature. Wherein the adjustment interval of the target water outlet temperature is 4-18 ℃.

EXAMPLE seven
In an embodiment of the present invention, the technical solution of the present invention is described in its entirety with a complete embodiment.
The central air conditioning system in the related art generally separates the load end and the machine room cold source group control from independent setting, and the two do not work in coordination, wherein, for the air system, the fan frequency is controlled according to the return air temperature, and the fan frequency can influence the supply air temperature.
For a water system, a proportional integral valve is controlled according to target air supply parameters, namely the actual air supply condition is not considered, and the change of the proportional integral valve can cause the change of the tail end requirement.
And to the computer lab cold source, the frozen pump frequency conversion control is controlled according to target difference in temperature and target pressure difference, and its actual air supply condition and the terminal demand that can not consider terminal consequently lead to water pump control to mismatch with terminal actual demand.
The outlet water temperature of the cold source host machine of the machine room is generally set as a fixed temperature, so that the conditions of temperature change, load regulation, cold quantity waste and the like cannot be frequently caused according to the requirements of the tail end.
Fig. 8 shows a block diagram of an air conditioner control system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the air conditioner control system 800 includes a cold source room energy-saving control cabinet 802, a terminal energy-saving control cabinet 804, and a main control cabinet 806.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the cold source machine room energy-saving control cabinet 802 is arranged in the cold source machine room, the tail end energy-saving control cabinet 804 is arranged at the tail end, the main control cabinet 806 provided with the central air-conditioning system is additionally arranged, and all the control cabinets carry out data sharing through the Ethernet bus, so that the cold source system and the tail end system directly carry out data intercommunication and exchange. The problem that the tail end and the cold source are not matched unreasonably in control is solved, the cold source can rapidly respond to load fluctuation of the tail end, the control is more stable and reliable, and the purposes of comfort, energy conservation and high efficiency are achieved.
The cold source machine room energy-saving control cabinet 802 is responsible for controlling and collecting the running states and parameters of equipment and sensors of the monitoring machine room; the tail end energy-saving control cabinet 804 is responsible for controlling and acquiring the running states and parameters of the tail end equipment and sensors; the main control cabinet 806 is configured with a controller for collecting main data of the system and performing logic operation. All control cabinets carry out data intercommunication and exchange through an Ethernet bus and present the data in an upper computer system.
Specifically, the tail end and the cold source machine room control cabinet are interconnected in information intercommunication, and tail end control and machine room cold source control are related on control logic. When the load fluctuates, the frequency control of the water pump follows the change of the opening of the water valve, and the end requirement is quickly responded; when the frequency of the water pump reaches the upper limit and the lower limit, the target value of the outlet water temperature of the main machine is changed to adapt to the load at the tail end.
In the embodiment of the invention, the control of the tail end and the machine room follows the following priority: the frequency of the fan is controlled firstly, then the opening degree of the water valve is controlled, and finally the frequency of the water pump and the water outlet temperature of the cold source host are controlled, so that the optimal energy-saving state is achieved.
Specifically, the end control comprises fan frequency control and water valve opening control, and establishes a correlation between the indoor return air temperature.
Specifically, for the case that the fan is a variable frequency fan, the return air temperature is controlled by the fan frequency, and the supply air temperature is controlled by the water valve opening, wherein the fan control is related to the water valve control. And when the frequency of the fan reaches a boundary value, changing the target air supply temperature, wherein the adjustment interval of the target air supply temperature is 16-22 ℃.
And for the condition that the fan is a fixed-frequency fan, the return air temperature is controlled through the opening degree of a water valve.
The control of the tail end is realized through a tail end energy-saving control cabinet.
The control of the chilled water pump establishes a correlation between the control of the water valve opening.
Specifically, the frequency of the chilled water pump is controlled by weighting 85% of the opening of all water valves. And when the weight opening of all the water valves is more than 85%, controlling the cold water pump to increase the operation frequency, and otherwise, controlling the cold water pump to decrease the operation frequency.
The control of the chilled water pump is realized by data intercommunication between the cold source machine room energy-saving control cabinet and the tail end energy-saving control cabinet.
The outlet water temperature control of the main machine is related to the control of the chilled water pump. And when the frequency of the freezing pump reaches a boundary value, changing the target outlet water temperature of the main machine. The step is realized through a cold source machine room energy-saving control cabinet.
The association is established by controlling the terminal to the machine room cold source, and when the load changes, the requirement is met by controlling the terminal. When the terminal control reaches the boundary value, the requirement is met by controlling the water pump. And after the water pump control reaches a boundary value, finally, the outlet water temperature is adjusted to change the coincidence, so that the system is kept in the most economical and energy-saving running state.
The following description will be given taking a central air conditioner of a station as an example:
when the station load becomes high, the return air temperature or the average temperature of the station rises, and the end first responds. Specifically, the fan frequency is controlled to rise. And when the frequency of the fan reaches the upper limit frequency threshold of the fan for 20 minutes, reducing the target air supply temperature value and increasing the opening degree of a water valve of the system.
And after the weight opening of the water valve is increased, specifically when the weight opening is greater than 85%, controlling the frequency of the chilled water pump to increase. And when the frequency of the chilled water pump reaches the upper limit frequency threshold of the chilled water pump for 15 minutes, the host machine reduces the target outlet water temperature.
When the station load becomes large, the return air temperature or the average station temperature decreases, and the end first responds. Specifically, the fan frequency is controlled to decrease. And when the frequency of the fan reaches the offline frequency threshold of the fan for 20 minutes, increasing the target air supply temperature value and simultaneously reducing the opening degree of a water valve of the system.
And after the weight opening of the water valve is reduced, specifically when the weight opening is less than 85%, controlling the frequency of the chilled water pump to be reduced. And when the frequency of the chilled water pump reaches the lower limit frequency threshold of the chilled water pump for 15 minutes, the host machine increases the target outlet water temperature.
