The wastewater automatically flows into an aerobic nitrification area from a water inlet pipe, and the degradation of ammonia nitrogen and sulfanilamide antibiotics is carried out in the aeration and oxygenation stage; then enters an anaerobic zone, and denitrification is carried out after a carbon source is added through a carbon source supplementing pipe; then enters an aerobic zone to carry out aeration to remove COD in the water; finally, the water enters an ultraviolet disinfection stage to remove free bacteria, resistance genes and other biological treatment byproducts in the water. This system can effectively get rid of ammonia nitrogen, antibiotic and COD in the low COD's of high ammonia nitrogen plant waste water.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sewage treatment, and is suitable for treating high-ammonia nitrogen and low-COD (chemical oxygen demand) farm wastewater.
Background
The wastewater produced by the farm generally has the following characteristics: the impact load of water quality and water quantity is large, the concentration of organic matters, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus is high, the C/N ratio is low, and the treatment difficulty is large. If the wastewater generated by the centralized large-scale culture place is directly discharged to a natural water body, the water quality of the receiving water body is rapidly deteriorated, and the ecological environment around the culture place is seriously influenced. The waste water of the farm is not treated in time, and can be fermented to generate malodorous gases such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia gas, dimethyl sulfide and the like in an anaerobic state, thereby affecting the air quality of the farm and surrounding areas and harming the health of people in the farm and surrounding areas. In addition, the antibiotics added to the feed and used for veterinary treatment during the cultivation of poultry and livestock, both enter the waste water of the farm with the manure. These refractory antibiotics have biological inhibiting effect and raise the biological treating difficulty.
The Biological Aerated Filter (BAF) occupies small area, is convenient to operate and manage, has high quality of treated effluent, and has good effect on removing organic matters, particularly nitrification, denitrification and the like. BAF treatment mainly depends on microorganisms growing on the filler to degrade organic matters, ammonia nitrogen and other pollutants in the water body under the condition of oxygenation. Ultraviolet disinfection primarily kills bacteria by destroying nucleic acids in cells or generating reactive oxygen species to oxidize cell membranes, proteins, nucleic acids, and other cellular materials. The ultraviolet irradiation can obviously reduce the abundance of the resistance genes in water.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem is as follows: the invention relates to the field of sewage treatment, and provides an aeration biological filter and ultraviolet disinfection equipment integrated system, which is suitable for treating high-ammonia nitrogen and low-COD (chemical oxygen demand) farm wastewater, can effectively remove ammonia nitrogen and antibiotics in water, and reduces the biological inhibition effect of the antibiotics on microbial communities in subsequent treatment.
The technical scheme is as follows: the system consists of a water inlet pipe, an aerobic nitrification zone, an anaerobic zone, an aerobic zone, a carbon source supplement pipe, a carbon source storage tank, a carbon source feeding pump, a water outlet pipe, an aeration pipe, an air pump, a backwashing water inlet pipe, a backwashing water tank, a backwashing water outlet pipe, a backwashing air inlet pipe, a backwashing water pump, a backwashing air pump and ultraviolet disinfection equipment. The aerobic nitrification area is inoculated with a nitrified community domesticated by the sulfanilamide antibiotic so as to play the biological synergistic degradation function of the sulfanilamide antibiotic and the ammonia nitrogen. The wastewater automatically flows into an aerobic nitrification area from a water inlet pipe, and the degradation of ammonia nitrogen and sulfanilamide antibiotics is carried out in the aeration and oxygenation stage; the wastewater enters an anaerobic zone, and a carbon source feeding pump is utilized to convey a carbon source to the anaerobic zone to provide nutrients for denitrification of denitrifying bacteria; then the wastewater enters an aerobic zone to carry out aeration to remove COD in the water; finally, entering an ultraviolet disinfection stage to kill free bacteria, degradation resistance genes and other biological treatment byproducts in the water.
The technical effects are as follows: the invention has the following characteristics:
1. the invention utilizes the aeration biological filter and the ultraviolet disinfection equipment integrated system to treat the high-ammonia nitrogen low-COD farm wastewater, and different aerobic zones are arranged in the aeration biological filter to remove different target pollutants, thereby completing the removal of ammonia nitrogen, sulfonamides and COD in the culture wastewater. By using the ultraviolet disinfection equipment, byproducts of biological treatment in the effluent, such as bacteria, resistance genes and other substances, are reduced, and the risk of biological leakage is reduced. A series of treatments such as nitrification, antibiotic degradation, denitrification, COD removal, ultraviolet disinfection and the like are completed in the same system, so that the system is stable and efficient, and the occupied area is saved.
2. According to the invention, microorganisms loaded in the aerobic nitrification area can generate a synergistic degradation effect with the nitrified community through the domestication of the sulfonamides, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and the sulfonamides is improved, and the biological inhibition effect of the sulfonamides on the microorganisms on the subsequent filler is reduced.
