Abstract
本发明公开了一种竹单板轻质复合板,主要是在侧拼竹单板的竹黄面上,由胶粘剂复合至少一层金属或塑料衬网构成竹面板,在两块竹面板之间,夹持复合有泡沫板或蜂窝板或禾杆段或芦苇杆段或竹杆段,四周边设置有封边层。所述的竹单板,外观呈矩形平板状,其竹青面平整致密,竹黄面上存有部分纵向裂纹。其明显的优点是在常温常压状态下,对竹单板的竹黄面上复合上金属或塑料的衬网,既节能降耗,又解决了竹单板自然卷曲与开裂问题,还方便了后续复合工序的施工操作。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于竹板材生产技术领域,其中特别涉及到一种竹单板轻质复合板的制造方法及其具体结构。
背景技术
众所周知,目前我国的竹板材的生产技术,还基本停留在以生产竹胶板和重组竹板为主的阶段,其产品质次价高,容易脱胶分层,应用场景面窄,因而市场竞争能力较差。本人在201410097127.X的授权专利中,就曾经提出过在竹单板之间夹持塑料片,通过高温高压熔化塑料片而复合竹单板的方法,但是在实施过程中我们发现,该工艺方法对施工温度和压力要求较高,加工效率偏低,因此,我们很有必要对其生产工艺进行改进重组,生产出用胶量少、成本较低、强度较高,易于后续深加工的一种竹单板轻质复合板。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是避免背景技术的不足,提供出一种竹单板轻质复合板的制造方法,即在易纵向开裂的竹单板竹黄面上,复合一层金属或塑料衬网构成竹面板,在两层竹面板之间,夹持复合轻质材料层。
本发明的另一个目的,是为实施上述发明方法,提供出一种竹单板轻质复合板的具体结构,其结构简单、施工方便、粘接牢固、品种多样。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种竹单板轻质复合板的制造方法,其发明创新的主要特征与步骤在于:
一是依照本人201410097127.X授权专利所述方法制备出竹单板。该专利由鲜竹段经解剖、加热、展平、等厚及干燥,制备成竹单板。
二是在竹单板的竹黄面上复合至少一层金属或塑料衬网构成竹面板。用上述专利方法展开的竹单板,在竹黄面上复合一层金属或塑料衬网,既防自然卷曲和开裂,又可作为建材直销市场。
三是在两层竹面板之间夹持复合有比重在0.3至0.8之间的轻质材料层。用较少的粘接剂消耗生产出高强轻质的竹复合板,降本增效。
四是在竹单板轻质复合板的四周边设置有封边层。对被夹持的轻质材料层提供封边层保护,既防水进入又美观,提升了复合板的使用价值。
为实施上述发明方法,所提供的一种竹单板轻质复合板的具体结构,主要是在侧拼竹单板的竹黄面上,由胶粘剂复合至少一层金属或塑料衬网构成竹面板,在两块竹面板之间,夹持复合有泡沫板或蜂窝板或禾杆段或芦苇杆段或竹杆段,四周边设置有封边层,构成竹单板轻质复合板。所述的竹单板,外观呈矩形平板状,其竹青面平整致密,竹黄面上存有部分纵向裂纹。
本发明与背景技术相比较具有下列优点:一是在竹黄面上复合有金属或塑料的衬网,既解决了竹单板自然卷曲与开裂问题,又方便了后续复合工序的施工操作;二是在常温常压状态下对竹面板实施衬网复合,既节能降耗,又方便施工;三是在两块竹面板之间夹持复合有轻质材料层,四周边设置有封边层,既减轻了竹单板轻质复合板的重量又为其提供了有效的保护。
下面通过举例结合附图对本发明做进一步阐述:

具体实施方式
图1是本发明竹单板结构示意图。图中的10是竹单板,外观呈矩形平板状,由竹段展开等厚加工成竹片材11,其竹青面12致密平整,竹黄面13上存有部分纵向裂纹14。
图2是本发明竹面板结构示意图。图中的20是竹面板,外观呈矩形平板状,是在侧拼竹单板10的竹黄面13上,由胶粘剂21复合至少一层金属或塑料衬网22。
图3是本发明竹双面板结构示意图。图中的30是竹双面板,外观呈矩形平板状,由胶粘剂21对两张竹面板20的竹黄面13相复合构成。
图4是本发明竹单板轻质复合板实施例结构示意图。图中的40是竹单板轻质复合板,外观呈矩形平板状,由胶粘剂21在两张竹面板20之间,夹持复合至少一层轻质泡沫板41或蜂窝板42或禾杆段43或芦苇杆段44或竹杆段45,四周边设置有封边层46。
Claims (2)
1.一种竹单板轻质复合板的制造方法,其发明创新的主要特征与步骤在于:一是依照本人201410097127.X授权专利所述方法制备出竹单板,二是在竹单板的竹黄面上复合至少一层金属或塑料衬网构成竹面板,三是在两层竹面板之间夹持复合有比重在0.3至0.8之间的轻质材料层,四是在竹单板轻质复合板的四周边设置有封边层。
2.为实施上述发明方法,所提供的一种竹单板轻质复合板的具体结构,主要是在侧拼竹单板的竹黄面上,由胶粘剂复合至少一层金属或塑料衬网构成竹面板,在两块竹面板之间,夹持复合有泡沫板或蜂窝板或禾杆段或芦苇杆段或竹杆段,四周边设置有封边层,构成轻质竹单板复合板,所述的竹单板,外观呈矩形平板状,其竹青面平整致密,竹黄面上存有部分纵向裂纹。
