The cleaning basket 518 is made of polyethylene plastic, and a plurality of water through holes are formed in the cleaning basket 518, so that water can enter or leak through the water through holes.

a rectangular opening is formed in a bottom plate of a workbench of the machine tool main body (1); the cleaning brush (2) is arranged on a sliding mechanism of the collecting and classifying unit (3); the upper end surface of the funnel (301) is fixedly arranged in a rectangular opening of the machine tool main body (1), a classification opening (302) is formed in the lower end of the funnel (301), and a separation sheet (304) is arranged in the classification opening (302) to divide the classification opening (302) into two openings; the sliding mechanism is arranged in the opening of the funnel (301); the sawdust collecting unit (4) is fixedly arranged on one side of the sorting opening (302), and a sawdust inlet (402) of the sawdust collecting unit (4) is aligned with one side opening of the sorting opening (302); the metal chip processing box (501) is arranged on the other side of the classification port (302), the metal chip inlet (505) is aligned with the other side port of the classification port (302), and a cleaning box (506), a purifying box (507) and a discharging box (508) are arranged in the metal chip processing box (501); the waste material drawer (509) is arranged in the discharging box (508); the water pumping pump (510) is arranged in the purification box (507), the lower end of the water pumping pipe (511) is connected with the water pumping pump (510), and the upper end of the water pumping pipe (5111) is provided with a water spraying head (512); the movable waste material mechanism is fixedly arranged in the metal scrap treatment box (501); the sewage water pump (520) is arranged in the cleaning box (506), the sewage water pump (520) is connected with the purifying device (521) through a water pipe, and the purifying device (521) is arranged in the purifying box (507);
when the machine tool works, the cleaning electric cylinder (201) pushes the fixing block (202) to enable the cleaning belt (205) to be in contact with materials, the cleaning motor (204) drives the cleaning belt (205) to rotate to clean chips on the materials, the stepping motor (307) drives the threaded shaft (308) to rotate so as to drive the sliding block (309) to slide, the cleaning brush (2) is driven to slide and clean, when wood materials are cut, the rotating button (303) is manually rotated to enable the baffle (305) to block one side of a metal collecting opening of the separating sheet (304), and a fan (404) works to suck wood chips into the wood chip box (401) to finish the collection of the wood chips;
when metal materials are cut, the baffle (305) is enabled to block one side of a wood chip collecting opening of the separating sheet (304) by manually rotating the rotary button (303), waste chips fall into the cleaning basket (518), the cleaning basket (518) is driven to move downwards through the telescopic push rod (516) and soak into water, ultrasonic cleaning waste is sent through the ultrasonic generator (519), after cleaning is finished, the cleaning basket (518) filled with the waste is driven to move to the upper part of the discharge box (508) through the waste moving mechanism, the cleaning basket (518) is driven to turn over through the steering engine (517), the cleaned waste is poured into the waste drawer (509), sewage in the cleaning box (506) is pumped into the purifying device (521) through the sewage water pump (520) to be purified and discharged into the purifying box (507), purified water is sprayed out from the water spray head (512) through the water pump (510) to cool a cutting head, and clean water is re-injected into the cleaning box (506), the water is recycled.
