The working steps of the box body hot plate welding machine are as follows:
1) placing the box body to be welded on the conveying mechanism 15;
2) rotating a hexagonal knob 84 on the first clamping and adjusting structure 13 to enable a clamping clamp mounting plate 81 on the first clamping and adjusting structure 13 to be far away from an adjusting structure mounting plate 86 on the first clamping and adjusting structure 13, so that two opposite first clamping clamps 14 are close to each other, and a box body to be welded is fixed;
3) starting the conveying mechanism driving motor 155 and the first clamping support frame telescopic cylinder, and then the conveying mechanism 15 and the first clamping support frame 12 drive the box body to be welded to move to the lower side of the welding head 3;
4) at the moment, the conveying mechanism driving motor 155 and the first clamping support frame telescopic cylinder stop, the welding head telescopic rod 34 extends and movably welds the box body to be welded through the welding head driving motor 111, and the clamping adjusting motor rotates to annularly weld the box body to be welded;
5) when the clamping surface of the box body to be welded needs to be welded, the second clamping driving motor 65 rotates to drive the first threaded rod 61, the second threaded rod 62, the third threaded rod 612 and the fourth threaded rod 614 to rotate, so that the second clamping upper-lower adjusting frame 5 is driven to move, and the second clamping clamp 10 and the second clamping adjusting structure 8 are moved to the front end face and the rear end face of the box body to be welded;
6) at the moment, the second clamping telescopic rod 54 extends, the second clamping clamp 10 is moved to be tightly attached to the front end face and the rear end face of the box body to be welded, then the hexagonal knob 84 is adjusted, the second clamping clamp 10 is tightly attached to the front end face and the rear end face of the box body to be welded, at the moment, the welding moving frame 9 drives the welding head 3 to move to the box body to be welded, and the second clamping clamp 10 rotates to weld the other faces of the box body to be welded;
7) after the welding is completed, the second clamping clamp 10 loosens the fixation of the box body, and then the conveying mechanism driving motor 155 is started to move the box body to the position of the discharging plate 7 and lead out the equipment through the discharging plate 7.
